Narrative:

The operator of Vehicle #1 stated that as he was travelling Southbound on Chestnut St, he collided with Vehicle #2 as it attempted to make a left turn from Davis St onto Chestnut St. The operator of Vehicle #2 stated that he looked prior to the left turn, but didn't see any vehicles in his path prior to the collision with Vehicle #1. The operator of Vehicle #1 was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital as a result of the collision. The operator of Vehicle #2 was seen by the medics, but declined to be transported. A routine query revealed that Vehicle #2 was unregistered. As a result, the vehicle was cited, and towed.
