The operator of MV#1 stated he was stationary at the red traffic light in front of 712 Dedham St eastbound when he observed MV#3 approaching him from behind not slowing down and striking MV#2 which in turn pushed MV#2 into MV#1. MV#1 sustained moderate damages to its rear end. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#1. The operator of MV#1 was evaluated by Newton Paramedics and signed a patient refusal of treatment. The operator of MV#2 stated she was stationary at the red traffic light on Dedham St eastbound directly behind MV#1 when she was struck by MV#3 from behind which in turn pushed MV#2 into MV#1. MV#2 sustained heavy front and rear end damages. The operator of MV#2 stated she had some neck pain. The operator of MV#2 was evaluated by Newton Paramedics and signed a patient refusal of treatment. The operator of MV#3 stated she made a left turn from Rosalie Rd onto Dedham St eastbound when MV#2 abruptly stopped. The operator of MV#3 stated she could not stop in time and struck MV#2, pushing it into MV#1. MV#3 sustained heavy front end damage. The operator of MV#3 stated as a result of the crash, her chest struck her steering wheel. The operator of MV#3 was transported to the Beth Israel Needham by Newton Paramedics. Tody's Towing took possession of MV#3.
