Owner of V1 stated he was parked in the parking lot, came outside, and noticed damage to his right rear door. After several minutes, I was able to make contact with the second vehicle involved. Opr of V2 stated she was attempting to park her vehicle. Opr of V2 stated she backed up to try and park and that is when she made contact of V1. Opr of V2 stated V1 was not in a valid parking spot. V2 sustained damage to her right rear bumper. V1 was not in a spot and it is unclear if it is a valid parking spot.

On Tuesday 07/09/2019 at approximately 1422 hours I responded to Walnut St at Kirkstall Rd for a two car motor vehicle accident involving a City of Newton owned DPW truck. Kirkstall Rd and Walnut St are both public ways in the City of Newton. At the time of the accident the weather was sunny and the road conditions were dry. The operator of MV1 identified as Yaakov Bier (SS72653068) stated he was stopped on Walnut St attempting to take a left turn onto Hull St when he was rear ended by MV2. MV1 sustained heavy rear end damage and was towed from the scene by Todys. The operator reported no injuries. The operator of MV2 identified as Denis Doucet (S15405545) stated he was traveling southbound on Walnut St and as he was coming around the bend approaching Hull St he did not have enough time to stop behind MV1. MV1 sustained no damage and the operator reported no injuries.

Georgi Simov states that he was operating M/V #2 N/B on Hammond St. Simov states that he noticed vehicle #1 was at a stop sign on Hammondswood Rd, who then proceeded to cross the intersection striking him in the left front. Joy Lewis was operating vehicle #1 on Hammondswood Rd. Lewis states that she was at the stop sign and did not see any cars. Lewis states that when she attempted to go through the intersection vehicle #2 struck her car. No injuries no tows.

Opr of V1 stated she was attempting to turn left onto Centre Street from Carleton Street. Opr stated a vehicle in the first lane stopped for her and let he turn. V2 was traveling and did not see V1 and V1 made contact with V2. Opr of V1 signed a patient refusal and V1 sustained damage to the right front side and was towed. Opr of V2 stated he was traveling south on Centre Street. A short time later, V1 was attempting to turn, did not see him, and made contact with him. V2 sustained minor damage to the right side. V2 was not towed.

Vehicle 1 was merging onto Centre ave from Centre St. She said that she was hit while travelling straight ahead. Operator of vehicle 2 stated she was travelling straight when vehicle 1 cut her off.

Veh #1, MA reg 628BJZ, being operated by Mr. David McDonald was traveling east on Commonwealth Ave, attempting to turn right on to Auburn St. According to Mr. McDonald, he began to turn right when he heard a thump against the driver's side of his car, and as he looked, notice a man, Mr. Kejie Gu, fall away from his car. Mr. McDonald pulled over and assisted Mr. Gu to his feet. Mr. Gu got up and walked away. A witness, Mr. Brian Washburn was on his bicycle, and observed the accident. Mr. Washburn was across the intersection traveling west, when he said all the traffic east and west was stopped. Mr. Washburn observed Mr. Gu crossing the street, and stated as he got approximately 2/3 of the was across, he was spun around by the black car. Mr. Washburn believed Mr. Gu to be in the crosswalk. Another witness, Mr. Walter Sims stated he did not see the collision, but did observe Mr. Gu on the ground in the middle of the intersection, not near the crosswalk. Paramedics arrived on scene, Mr. Gu had some scratches on his right elbow, which were bandanged. Mr. Gu signed a patient refusal.

OPMV#1 Was traveling Southbound on Chestnut St when she saw an object in the middle of the road and swerved into the Northbound lane of Chestnut St. OPMV#1 Drove up over the curb and onto the sidewalk colliding with a stone wall at 542 Chestnut St and a Utility pole. The vehicle then traveled Southbound on the sidewalk and stopped at the intersection of Chestnut St and Roslyn Rd. I observed major damage to front of the vehicle along with left and right side damage. Airbags were deployed on all sides. OPMV#1 Was evaluated by EMS and she signed a medical refusal. Vehicle was towed by Tody's Towing. OPMV#1 is charged with the following: M.G.L. C.89 S.4A Marked Lanes, M.G.L. C.90 S.24 Negligent Operation, M.G.L. C.90 S.24 OUI Alcohol. Refer to incident #19029056.

An unknown MV struck a fire hydrant located on the sidewalk in front of Whole Foods. Fire department and water department were notified. Four photos were taken of the hydrant by me and given in hand to the It bureau.

On the above date and time Mary Lacamera (operator # 1) came to NPD Headquarters to report a traffic accident that occurred on 07/14/2019 in the parking lot of Brae Burn Country Club, 326 Fuller St. Lacamera stated that she found a note on her M/V stating that the note writer had witnessed a black Buick Terraz (Ma Reg 9LW783), back into Lacamera's car, and leave the scene. The author of the note did not leave any contact information, or name. Ma Reg 9LW783 came back as a 2006 Black Buick Terraz, registered to Mirna Espinal, of 12 Delford St. Roslindale Ma. 02131. I attempted to contact Espinal with negative results. Citation #T1442113 was mailed to Espinal for MGL 90/24 Leaving The Scene?Property Damage. Lacamera stated that there was damage to the right rear of her M/V. (See NPD Incident Report #19029166)

On 7/20/2019 at approximately 1525 hours I responded to 60 Elliot ST the City water department building parking lot for an accident with a city vehicle. Vehicle 1, Cruiser N-495, was backing out of a space as vehicle 2 was pulling into an adjacent parking space. Vehicle 1 has minor damage to the left rear bumper. Vehicle 2 has damage to the front passenger side wheel well. No injuries were reported.

On 7/17/2109 at approx 1510 Hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the intersection of Quinobequin Rd and Washington St for a report of a two car collision. Upon arrival I found Ma reg T69734 being operated by Mario SIGNORE and Ma Reg 2GGH11 being operated by John ZENGILOWSKI pulled over on the wb side of Washington St. Both SIGNORE and ZENGILOWSKI would become verbally confrontational when out of their vehicles so I had them both remain seated inside their vehicles.Both SIGNORE and ZENGILOWSKI claimed to be taking the right onto Washington St from Quinobequin Rd when the other swerved into them twice. SIGNOREs vehicle had minor driver side tire well and rear passenger side bumper damage , ZENGILOWSKI had minor damage to front driver bumper . Both SIGNORE and ZENGILOWSKI had significant driving histories including multiple suspensions and aggressive driving habits.

On Monday July 22nd, 2019 at 0200 hours, I responded to the intersection of Beacon St and Langley Rd for a hit and run with property damage. One of the City of Newton street signs and street lights located on Langley Rd was knocked over by a vehicle. Based on the damage, it appears the vehicle went the wrong way and drove west on Langley Rd past the intersection and struck the traffic sign and traffic light. Their were no witnesses to this hit and run and pictures were taken at the scene.

On Tuesday, July 23rd 2019, at approximately 5:24pm, I, Officer Brooks, responded to 444 Lowell avenue for a 2 car MVA. Upon my arrival I observed MV1(NH REG 4120041) with heavy front end damage. The vehicle was located in the driveway of 444 Lowell avenue, with the front end sticking out into the roadway. I spoke with the operator of MV1 who stated he was trying to exit the driveway and turn left onto Lowell avenue southbound, when he was struck by MV2(MA REG 3AP243) which had been traveling northbound on Lowell avenue. According to the operator of MV1, MV2 had been traveling at a high rate of speed and tried to swerve around him. There was airbag deployment in MV1 however the operator signed a patient refusal with Cataldo. MV1 was towed by Tody's. I then spoke with the operator of MV2 who stated she was traveling northbound on Lowell avenue and saw MV1 exiting the driveway. She assumed he was going to stop pulling out of the driveway, and when he did not she stated she attempted to swerve around him. MV1 made contact with the passenger side rear wheel well of MV2 causing MV2 to spin out. The operator was not injured and arranged for a private tow due to the damage in the wheel well area.

OPMV#1 Was traveling Westbound on Washington St in the left travel lane when he reached the traffic light in traffic at Washington St and Commonwealth Ave. OPMV#1 Attempted to enter the right travel lane colliding with the OPMV#2. OPMV#1 States he signaled to change lanes, looked over his shoulder and when he entered the lane he was struck by the OPMV#2. OPMV#2 Was traveling Westbound on Washington St in the left travel lane when she reached the traffic light at Washington St and Commonwealth Ave. OPMV#2 Attempted to enter the right travel lane and the OPMV#1 entered the right lane at the same time colliding with the OPMV#2. OPMV#2 Stated she signaled to get into the right lane and when she entered the lane to pass the OPMV#1 thats when she was struck by the OPMV#1 entering the right travel lane.

MV1 was turning left(east) onto Dexter Rd from Walnut St. As he made the turn he side swiped MV2 who was inching out from Dexter near the center line(not marked). Oper MV1 stated that he was watching MV2 as he turned onto Dexter Rd. He stated that he did not see her stop at the stop sign and she was moving forward at the time of the collision. She was very near the middle of Dexter Rd and was almost past the crosswalk. Operator MV2 stated that she stopped at the stop sign and began inching forward past the crosswalk to see southbound on Walnut St so she could safely turn right(north) onto Walnut St. She did not see MV1 turning onto Dexter Rd. I asked her if she was injured and she stated she was shaken up and she has a past spinal/disk injury. I requested a BLS to evaluate her at the scene(signed refusal) I spoke with witness Gabrielle Wachman 857-204-4144. He was stopped southbound on Walnut St at Dexter St due to traffic. He observed the City truck which was behind him turn left onto Dexter and strike MV2. . He did not see if MV2 stopped at the stop sign. He only saw that she was moving forward past the crosswalk at the time of the MVA. I took pictures of the scene and TOT IT.

Operator 1 stated he was coming out of Jackson Rd onto Washington St and attempting to turn right onto Adams St. He saw vehicle two sitting in the right turn/straight lane and not moving. cars had begun to proceed through the intersection and go passed vehicle two, so he assumed vehicle 2 was parked or disabled and drove around him on the left in order to make a right hand turn. When he started to turn, vehicle 2 proceeded straight through the intersection striking vehicle 1. Operator of vehicle 2 stated he looked up and saw a green light so he proceeded straight, striking vehicle 1 as it was turning in front of him. there were no injurys and no vehicles were towed.

The operator of Vehicle #1 stated that he proceeded through a green light, prior to his vehicle being struck on the passenger side by Vehicle #2. As a result of the collision, his vehicle then struck a traffic light. Operator #1 was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital by Medic-1, and his vehicle was towed by Tody's Towing Co. The operator of Vehicle #2 stated that he wasn't sure if his light was green prior to the collision with Vehicle #1. He declined medical attention, and his vehicle was towed by Tody's Towing Co. It should be noted that Operator #2 was unable to produce a Driver's License, and a routine query showed no status, thus he was issued a criminal app.

Mv#1 was travelling on Wood End Rd W/B passing by a parked Mv (#2) in front of #73. At the same time, an unknown Mv was travelling E/B on Wood End passing by #1. As a result, the unknown Mv caused #1 to squeeze over to its right causing #1 to sideswipe #2. Passenger side damage sustained to #1 and towed by Tody's. Driver's side damage sustained to #2. Attempts to call #2 owner were negative results. An exchange form note was left on #2.

The operator of M/V#1 stated that she was driving east on Needham St. in the right hand lane, when M/V#2 pulled out of 191 Needham St. (turning left) and struck her vehicle. The operator of M/V#2 stated that cars heading east and west, had stopped to allow him to turn left ( eastbound) on to Needham St. when M/V#1 went around the vehicles in the eastbound lane (using the middle turn lane) and he collided with M/V#1. There were no injuries due to this accident and neither vehicle was towed.

On August 1, 2019 at approximately 17:34 hours I, Officer Guarino, responded with Newton Fire and Medics for a report of a single vehicle crash into the building of 335 Boylston St. Upon arrival, the operator and sole occupant of the vehicle was out of the vehicle and had minor injuries. MV1 struck a stop sign and was up against 335 Boylston St, which appeared to have a broken window and minor structural damage. Operator of MV1 said that he was traveling in the right lane of Boylston St (Westbound) when a white Mercedes sedan (unknown model or registration number) turned into his lane and almost struck his vehicle. Operator of MV1 swerved to the right to avoid a collision and as a result crashed into the stop sign on John St. and the side of 335 Boylston St. Witness 1, who was parked at 325 Boylston St. saw the incident and corroborated MV1's story. A second witness, who I was unable to make contact with stopped and gave MV1 his phone number of (508)215-4951 and texted MV1 that he caught up with the possible vehicle, MA Reg 9BT373, which comes back to DESOUZA PLASTERING SERVICES INC. I will attempt to make contact with an operator during their business hours. The owner of 335 Boylston St, Onir Spiegel, was on scene, was given the incident number and was advised to contact her insurance company. MV1 was towed from the scene by Tody's and the operator signed a patient refusal from the Medics. Pictures were taken at the scene of the damage and submitted to IT to be attached to this report. Sergeant McLean notified the DPW for the stop sign and glass in the roadway. Sergeant McLean also left a message for Newton Inspectional Services to come inspect damage to the building at a later time.

Matthew Dalleva was operating vehicle #2 S/B on Langley Rd. Matthew states that vehicle #1 pulled out of Union St in front of him and he struck the vehicle. Joseph Zegarelli was operating vehicle #1 E/B on Union St. Joseph states that he went to cross Langley Rd and vehicle #2 hit his vehicle. Beatrix Elder-Sanford was a passenger in vehicle #2 and was transported to NWH for unknown injuries. Both vehicles towed by Todys

Operator of vehicle # 1 stated she was travelling Northbound on East side parkway. Operator #1 stated as she approached a curb bump out that narrowed the roadway, an oncoming unkown(no description) vehicle sped up around a parked vehicle and entered vehicle # 1's travel lane. Operator #1 was forced to swerve to the right to avoid a collision . The cargo portion of the truck collided with a large branch of a city tree overhanging the road which then uprooted the tree. Photos of the crash were taken by traffic. Eversource responded to the scene and the tree was removed by the city. The home owner of 152 East side Parkway was not home at the time of the incident. I spoke to the home owner Mr. Hans Hinteregger on 08/19/2019. Mr. Hinteregger stated that his residence sustained damage when the power line was pulled from the side of his house. The crash drawing and property information has been updated with the homeowners information.

Operator of vehicle 1 states she was traveling eastbound on Washington St behind vehicle2 when that vehicle stopped quickly due to another vehicle in front of her coming to a quick stop. As a result vehicle 1 rear ended vehicle 2. Both operators stated there was another vehicle in front of them that stopped quickly causing a chain reaction. Neither driver was injured. Neither vehicle required a tow.

Owner of vehicle 1 was informed by Marina Feldman that she witnessed vehicle 2 back into vehicle 1 while it was parked in the lot of 677 Winchester St. Operator of vehicle 2 stated that he was unaware that he hit vehicle 1.

Operator of vehicle #1 stated she was travelling Westbound on Sargent St. when an unknown oncoming vehicle swerved into her lane. Operator #1 was forced to swerve to the right to avoid a collision and struck a utility pole. The unknown vehicle left the area. There was minimal damage to the utility pole.

The operator of vehicle 1 stated she was travelling southbound on Waverley Ave, when vehicle 2 went through the stop sign, and struck her vehicle on the rear passenger side. The operator of vehicle 2 stated that she was already out in the intersection trying to take a right hand turn. Operator 2 states that vehicle 1 was travelling at a high rate of speed, and that is why they crashed. I observed heavy damage to the front of vehicle 2, and heavy damage to the passenger side of vehicle 1. No one was injured. Tody's towed both vehicles to their lot.

On 8/7/2019 at approx 1140hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to 2014 Washington St, NWH west entrance for a report of a two car crash without injuries. Upon arrival I spoke with the operators of Ma Reg 2GF281 Kira WIRSIG and Ma Reg LV56933 Yevhen ROITBERH. WIRSIG stated she was travelling straight ahead in the right EB lane when ROITBERH turned right into her vehicle from the left EB lane causing the collision. ROITBERH stated he was turning right into NWH from the right EB lane when WIRSIG attempted to pass him on the right . WIRSIGS passenger Christopher BERRY agreed with her version. ROITBERH had photos on his phone of his vehicle in the right lane turning into NWH which he claims show he had the right of way.

Owner of MV1 stated while she was inside the Starbucks at 224 Needham St her motor vehicle was struck in the front driver side bumper. Owner of MV1 stated she parked her vehicle to the right of the Starbucks, facing Southbound. Owner of MV1 stated there was moderate damage to the right front bumper and fender. Owner of MV1 was not able to provide a description of the vehicle.

On Wednesday August 14th I responded to 42 Waterston Road for a report of a past hit and run. Upon arrival I met with Anne Giudice who stated her vehicle was struck while parked and unoccupied in front of her house sometime between 11am and 1245pm today. I noticed the vehicle to have been sideswiped and had white paint transfer and indentation all along the drivers side of the vehicle from bumper to bumper. The damage appears consistent with being hit by a white work van or SUV. A canvass of the area for a possible involved vehicle yielded negative results.

The operator of Vehicle #1 stated that vehicle #2 merged into his travel lane as they began to cross the bridge. His vehicle sustained heavy damage to the passenger side, as a result of the collision. The operator of Vehicle #2 stated that Vehicle #1 attempted to pass him on the inside prior to the collision. No injuries were reported at the time, and both vehicles were able to drive away from the scene.

Mv#1 operator states she was pulling out forward W/B from a parallel marked parking space in front of 843 Beacon St. #1 states she was about half way into the travel lane coming out of her turn to proceed straight ahead. #1 states at this time, she was struck on her driver's side front end that took off the bumper by Mv#2 that was travelling past her at a high rate of speed from behind straight ahead on Beacon St W/B. #1 operator further states #2 had crossed over the double yellow line to drive around her as she was out into the travel lane. Mv#2 operator states she was travelling on Beacon St W/B and was struck on her passenger side by #1 as #1 was pulling out of the parking space. I observed the initial contact damage on #2 on its passenger side rear door running down to the front of the passenger side wheel well and passenger side rear tire (tire wall partly sliced from impact). When #2 operator was asked if she crossed over the double yellow line, #2 replied only after the impact. #2 added prior to the collision, she briefly looked at her GPS. After statements were received from both operators and at the conclusion of this investigation, a witness identified herself on scene. The witness stated she was sitting in her driver's seat in her parked Mv directly in front of #1. Witness stated she observed #1 pull out from behind her into the travel lane. Witness stated #1's front end had almost fully reached her driver's side door before #2 made impact. Based on statements and witness statements and it appears #2 operator did not see #1 enter the roadway until the last second before impact by overcorrecting and entering the opposite lane of travel.

Vehicle 1 was travelling southbound on Centre St, behind Vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 started to stop because of traffic ahead. Vehicle 1 attempted to slow down, and hydroplaned into the left rear of vehicle 1. I observed minor damage to the left rear of vehicle 2, and moderate damage to the right front of vehicle 1. No one was injured due to the accident.

Opr of V2 stated she was attempting to take a left hand turn from Craft Street to Watertown Street. The uninvolved vehicle coming from the opposite direction was also attempting to make a left hand turn. Opr of V2 stated she waited for the vehicle to turn so she could too. At this time, V2 was in the process of taking the turn, saw V1 drive around the uninvolved vehicle, and made contact with V2. Opr of V1 stated he was traveling straight. He saw the vehicle in front of him was turning left. At this time, he drove around the uninvolved vehicle and made contact with V2. There were no injuries. V1 was towed.

Operator #1 states he was traveling westbound on Auburn St when he collided with vehicle #2, which was pulling out of the driveway of #3 Auburn St. Operator #1 states he did not see vehicle #2 until contact was unavoidable. Operator #2 states he was pulling out of his driveway to turn right onto Auburn St when vehicle #1 hit the left driver's side of the vehicle. Operator #2 did not see vehicle #1 approaching. All parties declined medical attention but vehicle #2 had to be towed to Tody's due to moderate damage to the left driver's side door and bumper. Vehicle #1 sustained minor damage to the front right bumper but was driveable.

The OP. of MV#1 states she was travelling eastbound on Washington Street. There was a steady green traffic light for her as she proceeded through the intersection of Quinobequin Rd. That's when MV#2 suddenly turned in front of her causing a collision. The OP. of MV#2 states he was on the westbound lane of Washington Street and wanted to make a left turn towards Wales Street. He had a green traffic light and didn't see any oncoming traffic and proceeded to turn left. That's when he collided with MV#1. The OP. of MV#2 is not sure if he had just a green light or had a green left turn arrow as well.

Operator #1 states she thought that the walking path in front of 2095 Commonwealth Ave was a street meant for the motoring public, and turned left onto it from the Starbucks parking lot. Vehicle #1 ended up parked illegally on the path/sidewalk area and was towed by Tody's. Operator states she has a new learner's permit however dispatch could not locate an OLN. Given the unique circumstances, operator will not be cited and this crash report is for basic documentation purposes only. Please see incident # 19035703. No injuries reported.

The operator of MV1 stated he parked Northbound facing Kenrick St. in the driveway of the golf course across from the club house at approximately 0600 hrs. When the operator returned to his vehicle at 0730 hrs, there was minor front drivers side damage. There is no other vehicle information at this time, and no cameras in the area.

Operator 1 of MV 1 was slowed in traffic on Washington st (wb) by Quinobequin Rd when MV 2 collided with the back of MV1. Moderate damage to MV1, no injuries to Operator 1. Operator 2 of MV 2 was traveling w/b on Washington St by Quinobequin Rd when he stated MV1 stopped abruptly and was unable to stop. MV2 collided with MV1. Moderate damage to MV2, no injuries to Operator 2. No citations issued at this time.

Owner of V1 stated she received a text from her neighbor that a vehicle struck her vehicle and drove off. The neighbor described the vehicle as a white truck with a yellow stripe. V1's left mirror was struck and damaged. The other involved vehicle left without reporting. Owner of V1 wanted a report for insurance purposes.

Based on observations, and statements made, the following occurred. M/V#1 parked in the parking lot of Stop N Shop on Needham St. She stated that she went shopping, and returned to her vehicle, she observed damage to the left rear. She also found a note from a Kathleen Bateman. The note stated that Kathleen Bateman witnessed an white Mercedes SUV, back into M/V#1, then drive away. She included a MA. REG for the Mercedes (MA REG 56J140). The operator of M/V#2 was charged with MGL 90/24 Leavung The Scene (Property Damage) citation #T2015402. See NPD incident report #19035938.

Vehicle owner states he parked MA reg 3DH161 on the opposite side of the road from 297 Derby St around 0100 hrs this morning. Around 1530, he came out and noticed moderate damage to the front left corner of the vehicle. No tow required at this time, as the vehicle is parked legally and owner has his own tow coming. Area canvassed with negative results.

Vehicle #1 was traveling westbound on Boylston St. and was attempting to take a right turn onto dudley rd. Vehicle #1 was going too fast to make the turn and struck a rock wall belonging to 25 dudley rd. Vehicle #1 then traveled down the road a short ways and pulled over. The owner of the rock wall was notified and stated he was not home at the time of the crash. Vehicle #1 had moderate damage to the front of the vehicle and was towed by AAA. Both the operator and passenger of Vehicle #1 stated they were not injuried and declinded any medical attention.

OPMV#1 Stated he was attempting to take a right turn onto Dedham St when he observed a vehicle traveling Westbound on Dedham St at a high rate of speed. OPMV#1 Stated he had to quickly move over to the right side of the road on Dedham St so he wouldn't get struck by the vehicle causing him to collide with the utility pole. Vehicle was towed by Tody's Towing. Verizon was notified of the damage done to the utility pole.

The homeowners at 1574 Centre Street reported that sometime between the hours of 21:00 and 08:00 a motor vehicle struck two US Postal Service Mailboxes which were on the sidewalk they then fell over and damaged there green fence, located in the front yard. I canvassed the area with yielding negative results. I contacted the US Postal Service and notified them of the incident. The mail boxes remained lock and its contents remained inside of the mail box.

The operator of Vehicle #1 stated that he was attempting to pull out of a spot in the parking lot at 237 Watertown St when Vehicle #2 passed in front of his vehicle as she was attempting to leave her spot. The operator of Vehicle #2 offered a similar account, and added that she believed that Vehicle #1 was stopping to let her go. All parties declined medical attention.

The OP. of MV#1 states while travelling on Washington Street eastbound, he had a green traffic light and was making a right turn onto Quinobequin Rd. That's when he collided with MV#2. The OP. of MV#2 states he was on the westbound lane of Washington Street and had a green left arrow. He turned left onto Quinobequin Rd. and that's when he collided with MV#1.

Operator #1 states he was traveling southbound on Cherry St when he observed vehicle #2 drive through the stop sign at the end of Harris Rd, resulting in a collision with the front end of his vehicle, vehicle #1. Operator #2 states she was traveling westbound on Harris Rd and did not see the stop sign as she approached Cherry St. She subsequently drove through the stop sign and made contact with vehicle #1. Her intention was to cross Cherry St and go down Cherry Place, which is directly across the street from Harris Rd. No injuries were reported. Vehicle #2 sustained damage to the right rear corner as well as the undercarriage and was towed by Tody's. Vehicle #1 was parked legally on Cherry St and the operator has his own tow coming, as the vehicle is a contracted Waltham school bus van. It should be noted that no students were on board the van at the time of the collision.

Rizza stated he waited for the crosswalk signal to turn on. When it finally turned on to walk (white walking person) he got on his bike to start peddling. At this time, he observed a black vehicle traveling southbound traveling towards him. Moments later, Rizza was struck by the vehicle. Rizza rolled over the vehicle and hit the pavement. Rizza stated the vehicle took off, but he was unsure where it went (Mass Pike, Newton Corner, or Washington Street). The medics looked at Rizza and he was alert and had a minor laceration to his head. Rizza's mother Domenica Rizza picked him up and brought him to NWH. I drove around the area and could not find a black Honda sedan with damage to the front of it. As of now, I do not have anymore information. This report is a hit and run. Traffic Update (Officer Gaudet): Myself and Officer Anderson have both canvassed the area of the crash for identifying physical evidence from the vehicle that fled the scene with a negative result. We have also reached out to local business's in an attempt to secure surveillance footage of the crash with a negative result. At this time we are unable to obtain any further information on the vehicle that left the scene of the crash.

MV#1 Was parked on Lenglen Rd next to 29 Craft St when it was struck by another vehicle. The owner of MV#1 stated he has cameras on the vehicle and captured video of a gray Volkswagen (MA REG#R8875) traveling down Lenglen Rd and side swiping his vehicle before making a right turn onto Craft St traveling Northbound. I attempted to contact the OPMV#2, which he stated he didn't realize he struck a parked vehicle.

The owner of Vehicle #1 stated that he returned to his vehicle to find fresh damage to the driver's side door, and the driver's side quarter panel. No video, or signs of the other vehicle were left at the scene. The damage on the vehicle appears consistent with that of another vehicle side-swiping it from the opposite direction.

The owner of MV#1 states he parked his vehicle on the roadway on 09/17/2019 at approx. 1300 hrs. On 09/18/2019 at approx. 1700 hrs., he noticed there was damage to the left side of his vehicle. There was a note on the windshield of his car with a phone number and an illegible name, unknown if that's related to the accident. The owner of MV#1 tried calling that number and didn't get a call back. Dispatch tried calling as well and left a message. The owner of MV#1 will forward that piece of paper to his insurance company.

The owner of MV#1 states he parked his vehicle across the street from 51 Hancock Street at approx. 1300 hrs. today. He went back to his vehicle at approx. 1530 hrs. and noticed someone had struck it and did not make any attempts to leave their information.

The operator of veh #1 initially stated she was about to back out her parking spot but was stopped when veh #2 backed into her vehicle. Operator of veh #1 later stated she backed out "only slightly" before stopping and that's when veh #2 backed into her car. Slight damage to rear passenger side of veh #1. The operator of veh #2 (U.S.P.S. delivery truck) stated he was backing up and as he did, veh #1 also backed up and thats when they collided. No visible damage to veh #2. There were no witnesses or security cameras in the area.

On the above date and time I responded to Cotton Street at Sunset Road for a report of an MVA without injuries. I spoke with the operator of MV#2 who stated she hit the left front wheel of MV#1 with the passenger side of her vehicle. MV#2 had front passenger side damage and a flat front tire. The operator of MV#2 had a private tow company come to remove the vehicle from the roadway. MV#1 appeared to have no visible damage, was parked, and unoccupied. I spoke with Anthony Marascia who was in possession of MV#1 but not operating it at the time. Mr. Marascia stated he was landscaping across the street when he heard a loud bang and noticed the accident. Mr. Marascia also stated he did not see any damage to MV#1. He notified the owner of MV#1 about the accident.

E Run Li was operating vehicle #2 E/B on Brandies Road. Li states that he was driving straight ahead when he noticed a white SUV pull out of Olde Field Rd and strike his vehicle on the left side. Suyeon park states that she was operating vehicle #1 on Olde Field Rd. Park states that she looked both ways when taking a left turn onto Brandies Rd. and did not see any cars. No injures, vehicle #1 towed by Todys.

On 10/02/2019, while assigned to N492, I, Officer Conary, responded to the area of Lowell Ave and Highland Ave for a report of a hit and run involving a utility pole. Reporting parties stated that a dark colored Ford pick up truck, with Florida registration, hit the pole and continued to drive from the scene. No full registration was reported. Myself and Officer March (N491) checked the area with negative results. MV1 hit utility pole 43/25 on Lowell Ave. There is significant damage to the pole. Eversource was notified. Pictures were taken and submitted to IT accordingly. No further incident to report.

Vehicle 1 stated she was driving westbound on Commonwealth ave when she was in front of vehicle 2 and vehicle 2 merged into her causing them to side swipe each other. Vehicle 2 stated she was traveling westbound on Commonwealth ave in the outter most left lane, when Vehicle 1 did not yield to traffic flow causing vehicle 1 to side swipe her.

Vehicle #1 was parked on the right side of the road and was unoccupied at the time of the crash. Vehicle #2 was attempting to parallel park behind Vehicle #1 and struck Vehicle #1 in the left rear with the right rear of Vehicle #2. A witness stated they watched Vehicle #2 hit Vehicle #1 in the attempt to park and then drove off after the accident leaving no information. The Witness left a note with Vehicle #2's information along with his information in regards to the accident. Vehicle #1 had moderate damage to the left rear and left side. Vehicle #2's damage is unknown at this time. I attempted to contact the owner of Vehicle #2 via the Boston Police with negative results. I was able to contact a relative of Vehicle #2 who refused to give me the drivers information but stated he would pass the message along to the driver. Ms.CORIOLAN, Roodline contacted me back and stated she was involved in an minor accident while attempting to park but stated there was no to little damage done. Ms. CORIOLAN was advised of the accident report that was filed. I contacted the owner of Vehicle#1 and advised him that I obtained all of Vehicles #2's information and informed him that it would all be in the accident report.

Gary Clemons was operating vehicle #2 S/B on Needham St. Clemons states that he was stopped in the middle left turn lane attempting to turn onto Charlemont Rd. Clemons states that he was then struck on the right side by vehicle #1. Jamie Suprenant was operating vehicle #1 S/B on Needham St. Jamie states that he was in the right lane attempting to take a left turn onto Charlemont Rd. when vehicle #2 came up the middle lane. No injuries, no tows.

The OP. of MV#1 states he was in a parking space and trying to correct his position within the lines. He pulled out and then when he was about to drive forward, MV#2 suddenly reversed into him. The OP. of MV#2 states she was exiting the parking lot due to it being full. As she was driving forward, MV#1 pulled out of a spot and collided into her. There is supposedly a witness by the name of Jean Charles working for VPNE Valet that observed the accident. He has left for the day and does not have a cell phone or a house phone. Manager on duty states only corporate headquarters 617-451-1393 has information on him. I checked with hospital security for surveillance footage and observed MV#2 passing MV#1. MV#1 then started backing out of his space but MV#2 started reversing. Both vehicles ended up colliding with each other at an angle. Director of Public Safety Ashley will make footage available at insurance request. 617-243-6478 (Footage starts around 2:41PM)

On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, I, Patrolman Hatfield, was assigned to marked cruiser N 495 to Division 5 for the 1530 to 2330 hour shift. At approximately 1742 hours, FTO Guarino and I were dispatched to Commonwealth Ave at Cedar St for a motor vehicle accident with minor injuries. FTO Guarino and I arrived on scene and noticed two MVs with damage. I spoke with the RO/operator of MV2, Janet Haines (Janet). Janet stated she was not suffering from injuries. Janet said she was operating southbound on Cedar St crossing Commonwealth Ave when she had a collision with MV2. Janet stated prior to crossing Commonwealth Ave, an unknown MV stopped at the intersection to allow her to cross. Janet then stated she proceeded accross when she crashed into MV1, who drove around the stopped MV. Janet said her brakes did not work and she continued to drive forward and ended on top of the curb of Commonwealth Ave facing eastbound. MV2 suffered damage to the whole front bumper and wheel wells. FTO Guarino spoke with the operator of MV1, Madeleine Richard (Madeleine). Be advised both front and side driver airbags were deployed, and the front driver's side door was unable to be opened. I then spoke with Madeleine. Madeleine stated she was operating eastbound on Commonwealth Ave before being involved in the collision. Madeleine stated she drove around the MV infront of her that was attempting to take a left from Commonwealth Ave onto Cedar St, and she did not see MV2 prior to the accident. MV1 was struck on the driver's side by MV2, and ended facing westbound in the middle of Commonwealth Ave. EMTs and fire arrived on scene. Janet stated she did not need to be transported. Madeleine was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital for an evaluation. Both MVs were towed by Todys.

Mv#1 came to a stop at the traffic light at the end of Hobart Rd S/B at the intersection of Beacon St. All traffic lights were on flash mode. #1 had a flashing red light. #1 stated she proceeded straight ahead after she believed traffic was clear. #1 middle/passenger side front end struck Mv#2 passenger side rear quarter panel area which was travelling through the intersection on Beacon St W/B. #2 stated he had a flashing yellow light and was negotiating his way through the intersection on Beacon St W/B. #2 stated at that time he was struck on the passenger side rear quarter panel area. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage. Observations upon arrival was heavy rush hour traffic with the intersection completely congested as vehicles were trying to get through it on flashing lights. City of Newton traffic light contractor Dagle Electric was notified to respond.

Vehicle 1 was parked in front of 165 Lexington St when it was side swiped by a car passing by. Multiple units checked the area for the vehicle that left the scene with no findings. Vehicle 2 described as a white SUV.

Operator of MV1 stated she was parked facing Northbound on Dedham Street in front of Country Side School when a School Bus (Bus #354) struck her driver side mirror. Operator of MV1 stated she attempted to stop the bus but was unsuccessful. Operator of MV1 stated the bus was last seen traveling toward Needham Street. Operator of MV1 stated she was not injured. MV1 had minor damage to the driver side mirror. A voicemail was left for the Eastern Bus Company Newton office to identify the driver of the Bus.

Vehicle #1 stated they were traveling southbound on Chestnut St. and was turning right on green onto Elliot St. when they were struck by vehicle #2 in the front left corner. Vehicle #2 stated they were traveling west on Elliot St. crossing Chestnut St. Vehicle #2 stated he had the green light when he was struck by vehicle 1 in the right front corner. Vehicle #1 had minor damage to its front left corner and was able to be driven away. Vehicle #2 had minor damage and was able to be driven away. Operator of vehicle #1 stated he was uninjured and refused any medical attention. Both passengers were asked if they were injured and they said no and both refused any medical attention. Operator of vehicle #2 stated he was uninjured and refused any medical attention.

Oper of Veh # 1 stated she stopped at red light at Centre and Park and was rear ended by vehicle #2. Oper of Veh #2 stated that vehicle # 1 stopped short at a green light and she was unable to stop in time due to the wet roads. no tows. on injuries.

Vehicle 1 was traveling east on Washington St taking a left turn onto Cherry St with a green light, when vehicle 2 hit her passenger front door on Cherry St. Vehicle 2 was traveling west on Washington St taking a right hand turn onto Cherry St with a green light when vehicle 1 hit the drivers side front fender.

Joseph Lokuta was operating m/v E/B on Brookline St., Joseph states that he was traveling straight when he was struck on the right side by vehicle #1. Caroline Murray was operating vehicle #2. Caroline states that she stopped at the stop sign at Vine St & Brookline St. A driver from the right motioned her to take the left turn. When Caroline pulled out she struck vehicle #2. No injures, vehicle #1 towed by Todys.

Mv#1 came to a stop (posted stop sign) at the end of Hyde St where he allowed a pedestrian to cross on Centre St. #1 then proceeded turning left onto Centre St. At that time #1 left front end struck Mv#2 passenger side front wheel which was travelling straight ahead on Centre St W/B. Significant front end damage sustained to #1 and significant passenger side axle damage sustained to #2. #2 towed by Tody's.

Operator of MV1 stated she was traveling westbound on Washington Street passing the area of 719 Washington Street. As she was traveling in her lane, Newton Fire Engine 4 was in the lane next to her on her left. The engine veered to the right and went into her travel lane. Operator of MV1 said that she was forced to turn to the right to avoid colliding with the fire truck. She then struck MV2, which was parked on the side of Washington Street causing damage to his drivers side mirror and her passenger side mirror. The operator of MV2 was in his vehicle at the time of the accident. He stated that he also witnessed Engine 4 enter MV1's travel lane forcing her to collide into his vehicle. Neither party was injured and no contact was made with Newton Engine 4.

Operator of Vehicle #1 stated that he was backing out of a parking spot on Floral street and gently tapped Vehicle #2. Operator states that a vehicle was parked closely in front of his vehicle making it difficult for him to pull out of the parking spot. I observed no damage to Vehicle #1. Operator of Vehicle #2 stated that he was walking on Floral Street back to his parked car. Vehicle #2 was unoccupied at the time of the crash. Operator of Vehicle #2 stated that he was approximately 10 feet away and saw the reverse lights of Vehicle #1 illuminate. He then heard what he believed to be a crash and observed his vehicle rock back and forth as Vehicle #1 backed into Vehicle #2. I observed no damage to Vehicle #2. Both vehicles were driven from the scene and no injuries were reported.

On arrival with two Waltham Police officers to this MV accident, it was decided that the accident occurred on the Newton/Waltham line on the corner of 61 Waltham St. Classic Cars, Inc, 61 Waltham St is a West Newton address, therefore, I took jurisdiction of this MV accident. MV1 (2012 Volvo S60) was traveling Southeast on Waltham St when he took a left hand turn onto Joyce Rd to head Northbound. MV2 (2016 Toyota 4Runner) was at a stop sign on Joyce Rd heading Southbound. MV1 operator stated that he was struck by MV2 because he proceeded through the stop sign. MV2 operator stated that he stopped at the stop sign and when he felt it was clear to proceed he began to do so. MV2 operator said that MV1 came out of nowhere turning left into his vehicle. MV1 had damage to its driver's side rear passenger door. MV2 had no visible damage. No vehicles towed and no injuries reported on scene.

Operator #1 stated he driving w/b on Washington St, in the area of #300, Crown Plaza Hotel on his left, in middle lane when vehicle #2(small box style school bus changed into his lane from the lane to his left causing the crash. Operator #1 had a dash cam video that recorded the crash. Operator #2 who was operating a City of Boston Transportation mini box style school bus, stated he was travelling w/b on Washington St near the Crown Plaza Hotel when he felt like something struck his bus.Operator reports never seeing vehicle #2 prior to the crash. Operator#2 also reports he never changed lanes and was always in the middle lane. Both vehicles had already moved from the crash site to further down the road in front of Honda village, #371 Washington St. Bus driver had one student passenger who resides in Boston but attends Newton North High. There were no vehicles towed and no reported injuries.

MV#1 stated while driving his truck and trailer Westbound on Nahanton St across from the golf course the right top side of the trailer struck a City of Newton tree. MV#1 stated after hearing and feeling the collision he immediately stopped his MV. The collision caused part of the tree to break off and fall on top of his truck as well as into the Eastbound lane. MV#1 sustained minor damage to the top passenger side of his trailer. MV#2 stated while traveling Eastbound on Nahanton St she witnessed MV#1 strike a tree on the top passenger side of his vehicle. MV#2 stated a tree branch then fell from the top of his MV into her Eastbound lane. The branches scratched the diver side of her vehicle while passing. MV#2 had scratch marks that was consistent to both operators statements. MV#2 sustained minor damage. Both parties stated the were not injured and refused medical attention at this time. Neither vehicle was towed from the scene due to minor damage. City of Newton Public works along with Newton Fire were able to safely remove the branches from the trailer as well as the road.

MV #1 was traveling northbound on Lagrange St. MV #2 was traveling southbound on Lagrange St. when the operator turned eastbound onto Corey St.(Boston). As MV#2 turned eastbound it collided with MV #1. Significant damage was observed to both MV#1 and MV#2's front bumpers and engine compartments. Both MV#1 and MV#2's airbags were deployed upon impact. The Operator of MV#1 reported she was uninjured while the Operator of MV#2 was transported to the hospital. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Tody's Tow Service.

On Wednesday, November 6th, 2019, at approximately 0859 hours I, Officer Newton and Officer Boudreau were dispatched to 183 Jackson Rd for a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I spoke to the operator of vehicle 1. He stated he was driving Southbound on Jackson Rd when vehicle 2 came into his lane while driving the opposite direction and side swiped him. The operator of vehicle 2 stated he was driving Northbound on Jackson Rd when vehicle 1 came into his lane while driving the opposite direction and sideswiped him. The operator and passenger in vehicle 1 stated they had minor injuries from the collision but did not request any medical assistance. The operator and passengers of vehicle 2 denied any injuries or medical assistance. Both vehicles were able to drive away from the scene safely.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was traveling north on Lexington St approaching Commonwealth Ave in the left hand lane. Operator #1 then realized she needed to enter the right hand lane to make a right hand turn onto Commonwealth Ave. According to operator #1, as she was entering the right hand lane, MV#2, who was traveling directly behind her also entered the right hand lane and passed MV#1. While MV#2 passed MV#1 her front bumper was struck and ended up on the street. Operator #1 stated that MV#2 did not stop and the only description is a truck with a trailer. No injuries, no tows.

Opr of V1 stated she was driving east on Washington Street. Opr of V1 stated while she was driving she noticed a dark SUV trying to turn or change lanes. At this time, Opr of V1 could not stop and made contact with V2. Opr of V2 was attempting to change lanes. Opr of V2 stated she did not see how close V1 was and once it was too late she made contact with V1. V1 had damage and was not towed. V2 was damaged and towed by Todys's. Opr of V2 was not injured, but was transported due to being pregnant.

The OP. of MV#1 states while travelling eastbound on Fuller Street near #326, the curb suddenly extended out without warning. She struck the curb and sustained two flat tires and unknown axle damage. The OP. of MV#1 states there are no signs or reflective painting to show motorists that the curb has extended out into the roadway. This and the rain was the contributing factor to her accident. She states she will file a complaint with Newton City Hall about this.

Operator #1 states he was driving eastbound on Auburn St in MA reg 905RRM (now known as vehicle #1), when a rabbit ran in front of his car which caused him to swerve. This resulted in vehicle #1 sideswiping MA reg 445ZE2 (now known as vehicle #2), which was parked/unoccupied on Auburn St in front of the Auburndale Commuter Lot. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the entire right side and vehicle #2 had minor damage visible near the front driver's side wheel well. Upon querying both vehicles it was discovered that vehicle #1 had an expired registration. Vehicle #1 was subsequently towed by Tody's, and operator #1 was issued MA citation T1444941 in hand. A note was left on vehicle #2 referencing this crash report. It should be noted that vehicle #2 was parked in a posted No Parking area on Auburn St. Auburn St is a public way in the City of Newton. Operator #1 declined medical attention.

Operator #1 states he was driving northbound on Lexington St operating MA reg 47C440 (vehicle #1). Once at the green light at Lexington/Rumford Ave, operator #1 attempted to take a left turn onto Rumford when MA reg 4FR581 (vehicle #2) collided with him. Vehicle #2 was driving eastbound on Rumford and operator #1 states he did not see the car until the crash occurred. Operator #2 reports he was driving eastbound on Rumford and was attempting to take a right turn onto Lexington St at the intersection. Operator #2 acknowledges that he had a red light but states he stopped prior to turning (right on red is allowed). It should be noted that upon my arrival on scene, vehicle #2 was located partially in the intersection with airbags deployed and I am not able to conclude that vehicle #2 was in fact turning right. The point of impact does appear to be the left front area. Operator #2 states he doesn't know what happened, and that vehicle #1 may have oversteered the left turn. The damage to both vehicles is extensive and mostly contained to the front end/undercarriage areas. Both vehicles were towed by Tody's and all parties signed patient refusals from medics on scene.

The operator of MV#1 stated that he was stopped in the area of #300 Central St while looking at a property in the area, when MV#2 backed into MV#1. Operator #1 stated he observed MV#2 backing towards him and used his horn to warn her. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was backing out of her driveway at #295 Central St and didn't see any MV traveling on the roadway or hear a horn prior to backing into MV#1. No injuries, no tows.

The operator of Vehicle #1 stated that an unidentified Red vehicle almost struck him, and caused him to collide with Vehicle #2. It should be noted that Vehicle #2 was parked, and unoccupied at the time. The operator declined medical attention, and he was able to drive his vehicle away from the scene.

Judith Spiegel-Markson reported to me that on 11/4/19 between 08:00 and 11:00 a trailer delivering a backhoe to Temple Beth El backed into her vehicle parked outside. Driver left a note with a name and phone number but he has not answered his calls. Waiting on her to call me back and leave his name and number to finish report.

I, Officer Sullivan, spoke with Margaret Wilkens MA OLN#S33922902 at Newton PD Headquarters at approximately 1745hrs. 11/14/2019. M. Wilkens was involved in an MVA in the area of Chestnut St.@Elliot St. (Newton) . M. Wilkens appeared upset as crying. I asked if she were injured. She stated her neck was sore but she'd be ok. I asked if she had hit her head or if there were airbag deployment to which she answered "no". I asked her if she wanted EMS to medically evaluate her to which she also stated "no". M. Wilkens stated she was reared ended by another woman who refused to give her any information. M. Wilkens stated after being rear ended she and the other woman were outside of their vehicles checking for visible damage. M. Wilkens stated it was dark and difficult to see. The other woman stated their was no damage to M. Wilkens car. M. Wilkens told her the vehicle (V1) she was driving was not hers and is in fact a rental. V1; MA Reg. 8ZA768, 2019 Lexus/NX300H color gray. M. Wilkens stated the other woman returned to her vehicle and drove away. M. Wilkens thought she was going to her vehicle to get her license and vehicle information. M. Wilkens also had recorded with her cell phone the brief interaction with the other operator. M. Wilkens described the other woman as in her mid 20's average build approx. 5'5'' with brown hair (in a pony tail), M. Wilkens took a photo of the other vehicle's (V2) license plate MA Reg. 3PA394, 2013 Niss/Altima color Brown. V2 is registered to Samantha Burns MA OLN# S88523502. for further info reference NPD Incident report #19049137

OPMV#1 Was parked in the parking lot of Marshals located at 260 Needham St when she was attempting to exit her vehicle. When the OPMV#1 opened her car door, the door was struck by the OPMV#2. OPMV#1 Stated she was exiting her car and another vehicle wiped into the spot next to her. OPMV#2 Was attempting to pull into a parking spot in the Marshals parking lot located at 260 Needham St when she struck the left drivers side door of the OPMV#1. OPMV#2 Stated the person parked in the spot didn't even check to see if it was clear to open her car door before she pulled into her spot. OPMV#2 Was issued MA UNIFORM CITATION#T1442156 M.G.L. C.90 S.10 Unlicensed Operation. See INCIDENT REPORT#19049296.

On 11/21/2019 at approx 0740 hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the intersection of Washington St and Beacon St for a report of a two car crash with entrapment. Upon arrival I observed NFD and Cataldo Medics assisting the driver of Ma Reg 5RA826 which was in the left EB lane of Washington St with the driver side of the vehicle caved in , the driver of the vehicle, Dorcus BIRUNGI was crying and shaking complaining of left side pain . NFD was working on opening the driver side door which was stuck from the collision. BIRUNGI related she was travelling WB on Washington St through the intersection of Washington and Beacon St when she was struck . The crash forced her car to spin sliding over the center island coming to final rest in the EB lane of Washington St. I was approached by Newton School Crossing Guard Regina GAYLE who stated she had witnessed the crash. GAYLE stated the Operator of the black Jeep Ma Reg 8VX486 had the green light, was well into his left turn from the EB laft lane of Washington St onto Beacon St when the Suburu "came flying " through the intersection. GAYLE stated she didnt know if the Suburu driver was trying to beat the light but she was "going so fast". I spoke with the operator of Ma Reg 8VX586 , nicholas MANCINI. MANCINI stated he was taking the left onto Beacon from EB Washington St with the green light when the other operator came over the rise of WB Washington St at a extremely high rate of speed . BIRUNGI transported to NWH by Cataldo, Vehicle towed by Todys.

On 11/21/2019, at 1731 hours, I responded to the intersection of Bridge St and California St. Upon arrival, I observed MV1 to have damage to the passenger side and MV2 had damage to the front passenger side. The operator of MV1 stated that he was traveling southbound on Bridge St and as he was turning left onto California St he collided with MV2. The operator of MV2 stated he was traveling northbound on Bridge St when MV1 turned in front of him and they collided. Both operators stated they had a green light. No injuries were reported and MV2 was towed from the scene.

The operator MV1 of stated that he was traveling Southbound on Walnut St attempting to turn left and travel Eastbound on Beacon St when MV 2 attempted to pass MV 1 and side swiped the right side of MV 1. The operator of MV 2 stated that MV 2 was attempting to take a left onto Beacon St and MV 1 attempted to illegally pass MV 2 on the left hand side causing a collision. Fire and EMS responded as well but there were no injuries sustained to either party. MV 2 was towed by Tody's due to it being disabled on a public way.

Mv#1 operator states she was travelling on Needham St W/B and safely merged into the left turn lane ( suicide lane) at approximately 111 Needham St preparing to turn left into the parking lot at 130 Needham St. #1 states she was travelling at the 25mph speed limit nearing the turn. #1 states Mv#2 suddenly pulled out from another parking lot to her right, went into her travel lane and struck her on the passenger side. #1 sustained significant passenger side damage from the start of the front passenger side door down to the passenger side rear door and passenger side rear tire. #1 was checked out by medics and signed a patient refusal. #1 was able to be driven by the operator from the scene. Mv#2 operator states she was exiting the side access parking lot at 141 Needham St. #2 states W/B traffic was clogged when a vehicle stopped to create an opening to allow her to exit. #2 states she turned left onto Needham St and was struck on her passenger side front end by #1 that was driving by straight ahead in the left turn lane. #2 states she was already in the left turn lane at the time #1 collided with #2. #1 appeared to be pushed to its left as a result from impact as #1 was found partially resting in the E/B travel lane. #2 sustained significant damage starting near the center of the front end with heavier damage on the passenger side front end. #2 was also checked out by medics and signed a patient refusal. #2 was also able to be driven by the operator from the scene. No reported witnesses.

ON 11-23-19 AT APPROX. 1501HRS. WHILE WORKING N492 I TOOK A REPORT FOR MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF NEWTONVILLE AVE AND CENTRE ST. I SPOKE TO THE OPERATOR OF VEHICLE #1. DRIVER#1 STATES SHE WAS TRAVELING E-BOUND ON NEWTONVILLE AVE AND SHE STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF NEWTONVILLE AVE. AND CENTRE ST. DRIVER#1 STATES SHE STARTED HEADING OUT AND VEHICLE #2 HAD STOPPED ON HER LEFT. SHE LOOKED RIGHT AND WHEN SHE FOUND AN OPENING SHE PROCEEDED. AT THIS TIME VEHICLE #2 SHE STATES CUT IN FRONT OF HER AND HIT THE RIGHT SIDE FRONT OF HER VEHICLE. OPERATOR OF VEHICLE #2 STATES HE HAD STOPPED BECAUSE HE WAS GOING TO LET VEHICLE #1 ENTER THE TRAFFIC LANE. DRIVER STATES WHEN VEHICLE #1 STOPPED HE THOUGHT SHE WAS LETTING HIM GO. AS HE PROCEEDED S-BOUND ON CENTRE ST. HE COULDN'T AVOID HITTING VEHICLE #1. VEHICLE #1 HAD FRONT RIGHT SIDE DAMAGE. VEHICLE #2 HAD RIGHT SIDE DAMAGE AND AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT. ALL PARTIES REPORTED NO INJURIES AND SIGNED PATIENT REFUSALS. VEHICLE #1 WAS STILL OPERATIONAL AND LEFT THE SCENE. VEHICLE #2 STAYED ON SCENE AND MADE HIS OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR A TOW. ALL PARTIES ADVISED TO CONTACT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANIES.

MV#1 was traveling North on Fair Oaks Ave, and attempted to make a right turn onto California St. MV#2 was parked in front of 589 California St facing West. MV#1 appeared to have run over the curb at the intersection, hit a city tree in front of 55 Fair Oaks Ave (California St side), and then crashed into MV#2. When I arrived on scene I observed a male party with blood on his head, and another male party standing next to him, later identified as Elmer Lopez.. I asked Elmer which car he was driving, and he stated that he was in MV#1. I asked Elmer what happened, and he stated that he and the other man with him, identified as Ricardo Deras, were in the rear seat with another male party, and that there were two other parties in the front seat, one of them was driving, he was not able to provide me with a name of who was driving. I asked him where everyone else was, and Elmer stated that after the crash, the got out of the car and ran away. At this point, medics arrived on scene and began to tend to Ricardo. I next spoke with the owner of MV#2, Jim Silva. Jim stated that he was in his home when he heard a loud crash. Jim stated that he came out of the house in time to witness the two males I was speaking with looking at the car, and he also stated that he observed three parties walk away from the scene, two heading east on California St, and one heading north on Fair Oaks Ave. MV#1 and MV#2 were towed off scene by Todys. Due to the scene, and the location of the cars in a busy street, I was not able to do a MV inventory of MV#1 until after it was towed by Todys. The inventory was done at Todys Service station, and a MV inventory sheet was filled out and placed the in appropriate box. I took three pictures of the damaged tree and submitted them to IT to be attached to this report. While I was taking the pictures of the tree, two males were walking past the scene. I stopped both parties and questioned them about the incident. They stated that they had been in the car, but had not been driving. I asked them if the knew who the driver was, and they told me that they did not know the name of the driver. Due to no witnesses observing the driver and all parties stating that it was someone else, I was not able to determine a driver of the vehicle. Units checked the area for the fifth party in the vehicle with negative results. Ricardo was transported to NWH hospital by medics. All other parties were sent on their way. All units cleared without further incident. **UPDATE** On Nov 25, 2019 at approximately 1621 hrs, I contacted Westborough Police Department in an attempt to get a hold of Dora. Westborough informed me that they made an attempt to contact her with negative results. Westborough PD left my contact information for her to call me back.

MV#1 was stopped at the traffic light facing northbound on Parker St. MV#2 turned left traveling southbound from the Bolyston St. off ramp and crashed into the front of MV#1. MV#2 continued on and did not stop. Damage was observd to MV#1's driver side front bumper and headlight. No injuries were reported and MV#1 was able to be driven away from the scene.

On 11/26/19 at 14:11 hours, I responded to Newton South High School located at 140 Brandeis Road for a two car motor vehicle accident involving a school transport van for the City of Newton and another vehicle. No injuries were reported. The road conditions at the time were dry and the weather was a mix of sun and clouds. Traffic conditions were heavy due to the release of school at the time. Operator of MV# 1 states he was operating straight ahead eastbound on Brandeis Road awaiting the backed up traffic in front of him that was entering the right roundabout for the main entrance to the high school. While doing so, he states that MV # 2 came up and passed him on the left to go around the traffic. MV # 2 then clipped his vehicle on the driver's side front quarter panel while passing him. I observed no visible damage to the quarter panel area and scuff marks to the left front rim which possibly were from the accident. Operator of MV # 2 states she was also operating straight ahead eastbound on Brandeis Road awaiting the backed up traffic in front. She states that once there was an opening in the roadway ahead of her, she signaled her left directional and started to pass traffic on the left. While doing so, she says that MV # 1 suddenly pulled out to the left without signaling and struck her vehicle on the front passenger side. I observed minor scuff marks to the front passenger quarter panel area and slight damage to the metal grate footstep on the passenger side. The operator was also transporting two students for the City of Newton through JSC Transportation Services at the time. Both students attend Newton South High School. Digital photos taken of the scene and damage.

MV#1 was parked next to handicapped stalls by the front doors of 1 Boyston Street when it was struck by MV#2. -OpMV1 stated he left his vehicle next to the handicapped stalls by the front doors of 1 Boylston Street approximately 1630hrs. He stated he returned to the stall, approximately 1730, where he discovered his vehicle had been struck in the rear right panel. OpMv#1 showed me the pictures of the damage to the vehicle on his phone. He stated he wanted to get the video surveillance of the parking lot before reporting the incident. His vehicle was not towed from the scene and no other incidents matching his collision were reported to the police.

On 11/27/2019, at 1611 hours, I responded to the area of 69 Waltham St, Highlander Farms, for a two car hit and run accident. Upon arrival, I observed MV1 to have damage along the drivers side. The operator stated that she was traveling southbound on Waltham St when MV2, which was parked facing southbound in front of Highlander Farms, abruptly pulled out and hit her. The operator of MV2 then pulled a U-turn and fled northbound into Waltham. MV2 was described as a small light grey car with drivers side damage and a popped front right tire. The operator of MV2 is believed to be female. Waltham PD was notified and searched the area with negative results. There are no exterior cameras on any of the businesses in the area nor was I able to locate any witnesses. No injuries were reported and MV1 was driven from the scene.

On 11/28/19 owners of MV1 had noticed damage to the driver side above the wheel. The car was parked in front of 11 Normandy rd at approximately 1115 hours and the damage had been noticed at 1700 hours. There was minor damage caused.

The OP. of MV#1 was responding to a cardiac arrest emergency call. She was backing into an area close to the front door for the ease of loading patients. Emergency lights and back-up alarm were all in use. She didn't expect a vehicle to be illegally parked at a certain area while she was backing up, and also didn't see observe any lights on that vehicle. That's when MV#1 collided into the rear of MV#2. MV#2 was parked near the front door in order to help an elderly party out of the car and into the building. The owner, who was also the driver of MV#2 was not inside the vehicle when the crash occurred. Inside MV#2 were two passengers waiting for the owner to come back. Pictures were taken and left with IT Bureau.

MV#1 was stopped southbound on Centre St. attempting to turn right (westbound) on Pelham St. MV#2 was behind MV#1 also facing southbound. As MV#2 attempted to pass MV#1 it sideswiped MV#1's front plow. Damage was observed to MV#2's passenger side front bumper. Minor damage was observed to MV#1's snow plow on the driverside. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

MV#1 was traveling north on Hammond Street as it crossed the intersection with Commonwealth Ave when it collided with MV#2. -OpMV#1 stated she was traveling North on Hammond Street. She arrived at the intersection, observed the flashing red light, stopped and as she proceeded MV#1 came out of nowhere and she collide with MV#2. -OpMV#2 stated she was traveling west on Commonwealth Ave when MV#1 was struck by MV#2. OpMV#2 stated she crossed the intersection she felt the strike to the MV#1. She stated the collision was a surprise because she did not see where the strike came from until after the collision. -I next interviewed the passengers of MV#2, in Spanish, at the scene and their statements coincided with those made by OpMV#2. They added that they did not see OpMV#1 slowdown at all as it came at them. - Both vehicles were towed from the scene and one party was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital for further care. No citations were issued at the time of this investigation.
