Narrative:
On 07/25/19 at 10:28 hours, I responded to Centre Street and Boylston St off ramp (WB) for a two car motor vehicle accident with no injuries reported. Operator of MV1 states he was traveling straight ahead on Centre Street (NB) when he observed MV2 inching out of the Boylston Street off ramp. He was not able to stop in time and the two vehicles struck one another. I observed heavy damage to the passenger front bumper and tire area and the vehicle was towed by Tody's. Operator of MV2 states he was exiting the Boylston Street off ramp (WB) and was going to attempt a left turn on to Centre Street after stopping for the stop sign. He then slowly pulled out into the intersection due to National Grid trucks blocking his view and that is when he came in contact with MV1 on his driver's side front bumper. I observed moderate damage to the entire front bumper but the vehicle was still driveable. I did observe National Grid trucks parked at the intersection setting up to do construction work. One truck was parked on the left side of the off ramp and the other was parked on the side where the crash occurred. This did obstruct the operator of MV2's view when pulling out.

OPERATOR OF MV 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON WASHINGTON STREET APPROACHING THE RED LIGHT AT CHURCH STREET WHEN HIS VEHICLE WAS STRUCK BY MV 2 WHO WAS TURNING LEFT OUT OF HOVEY STREET ONTO WASHINGTON STREET (EASTBOUND) . MV 1 HAD FRONT END DAMAGE BY THE RIGHT FROM TIRE, NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED AND MV WAS TOWED FROM THE SCENE BY TODYS. OPERATOR OF MV 2 STATED THAT HE WAS ON HOVEY STREET BY WASHINGTON ST, STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN. A TRUCK WAS IN THE CLOSEST TRAVEL LANE TO HIM AND WAIVED HIM ON TO TURN LEFT. AS MV 2 TURNED LEFT HE COULD NOT SEE MV 1 TRAVELING IN THE OUTER MOST LANE, AND HIS VEHICLE STRUCK MV 1 ON THE PASSENGER FRONT SIDE. MV 2 HAD MODERATE FRONT END DAMAGE AND NO INJURIES REPORTED.

Narrative:
Operator of MV1 stated she was traveling Westbound on Tremont Street and could not see well due to a sun glare. Operator of MV1 further stated when she approached the intersection of Tremont Street at Hibbard Road she struck a pedestrian riding a bicycle. I was able to speak with two witnesses on scene who were friends with Ms. Shokri. Both were approximately 10 feet behind her in the crosswalk before she was struck by MV1. Witness statements are documented in this report. Both parents responded on scene and were entered into this report as non-motorists. Both followed medics to Newton Wellesley Hospital. MV1 sustained moderate front end damage. Pedestrian involved suffered minor injuries and was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital. Operator of MV1 was evaluated on scene and signed a patient refusal. Due to the bicycle being moved prior to my arrival, pictures were not taken on scene. The bicycle was left off the roadway for her friends to pick up. Ms. Skokri was wearing a pink shirt, black shorts and was riding a black bicycle. Ms. Shokri was not wearing any protective equipment.

Operator 1 states that he came to a complete stop on Herrick Rd at Braeland Ave. and then proceeded forward. Operator 2 was traveling Westbound on Braeland Ave and did not stop at the stop sign. Vehicle 2 pulled in front of vehicle 1 and operator 1 did not have time to stop striking vehicle 2. Operator 2 states she was traveling Westbound on Braeland Ave. She did not see the stop signs because they were covered by tree branches and leaves and proceeded forward. While traveling through the intersection vehicle 2 was struck by vehicle 1. Both vehicle sustained moderate damage and vehicle 1 was towed by Tody's. There were no injuries.

(southbound), onto Beacon St. (eastbound), when motor vehicle 2 (MV2), which was traveling eastbound on Beacon St., crashed into the passengers side of MV1. Operator of MV1 stated he was traveling Eastbound on Commonwealth Ave. when MV2 turned left from College Rd. and collided with his vehicle. Operator of MV1 further stated he attempted to swerve out of the way from impact, however did not have time. Operator of MV2 stated he stopped at the stop sign on College Rd. facing Northbound and attempted to turn left to go Westbound on Commonwealth Ave. Operator of MV2 further stated as he was turning left, the sun was in his eyes which obstructed his view and collided with MV1. No injuries. MV1 sustained heavy drivers side damage including the left front fender. MV2 sustained heavy drivers side door damage and moderate drivers side passenger door damage. MV2 drivers window was broken. Tody's towing responded and towed both vehicles involved. A towed motor vehicle form was filled out for both and placed on file.
