On Saturday 9/4/2021 at approx 1222hrs, while assigned to N498, I responded to the Dunkin Donuts parking lot at 138 Needham St in Newton, for a 2 car MVA. Operator of MV1 stated that she was stopped at the time of the accident in the middle of the parking lot. Operator of MV2 states he was backing up and did not see MV1 at all. I observed damage to MV1 passenger bumper. There appeared to be no damage to MV2. No injuries reported.

Narrative:
The operators of MV 2, 3 and 4 were all stopped in traffic on Centre St. by Nathan Rd. Traffic was moderate at the time of the accident, it was raining steadily and the roads were wet. The operator of MV 1 identified as Jon Schroeder stated he was travelling south on Centre St. and attempted to brake as the car in front of him (MV2) stopped, but due to the weather he wasn't able to stop in time and his mv struck MV3 in the rear causing moderate damage. Due to the impact, MV 2 struck MV 3 in the rear causing moderate damage. MV3 was also pushed into MV 4 due to the impact causing moderate damage. The operator of MV2 identified as Carolyn Cimino, was transported to NWH for further evaluation and all other operators signed patient refusals. No vehicles were towed.

On September9th, 2021 at approximately 15:05 hours while working N491 I responded to #355 Craft St for a report of a 3 vehicle crash. On my arrival I located all involved MV'S. Vehicle #1 was a White Toyota Sienna, Comcast truck, commercial plate ME 6c5966, operated by a Stefan Alexa. He reported going N/B on Craft St when vehicle #2 suddenly stopped in front of him. His vehicle then rear ended vehicle #2 which got forced into vehicle #3. Vehicle #2 was a 2007 Grey SUV Amada, Ma reg. 6HX124, operated by a Maria Chilel. She reported going N/B on Craft St when vehicle #3 suddenly stopped in front of her. She then stopped her vehicle. However her Vehicle was then rear ended by vehicle #1 which caused her to be forced into the rear of vehicle #3. Vehicle #3 was a white chev pick up truck MA Reg.5APV80, operated by a Louise Paolini. She stated that she was travelling N/B on Craft St when a vehicle in front of her suddenly stopped. She was able to stop her vehicle but was rear ended by vehicle #2. She later learned that vehicle #2 was forced into her vehicle after she was rear ended by vehicle #1. There were no injuries or tows due to this crash.

On 09/10/2021 at 16oo hrs I responded to the area of Washington St@Belmore PK for an MVA. I arrived on location and observed V1 NY Reg SX77; 2019 Volvo/LL color blue. V1 Operator NY OLN 968528076. V2 MA Reg 389ME3; 2015 Niss/Altima color black. Both operators were out of the vehicles upon my arrival. V2 was having chest, back and neck pain. V2 operator was evaluated by EMS on scene. V2 Operator was transported by ambulance to Newton Wellesley Hospital for further evaluation. V1 operator was uninjured and sign an evaluation waiver with EMS on scene. On scene I spoke with V1 operator who stated he was coming off the (5N off ramp attempting to turn left onto Washington St. (westbound). Both directions of Washington are multi lane. V1 operator described traffic as heavy. V1 operator stated he saw a gap in traffic and proceeded to cross over the eastbound lanes to turn left onto the westbound side. V1 operator stated he never saw V2 traveling in the #1 lane of Washington St (eastbound). V1 had an obstructed view by oncoming traffic in the #2 lane of Washington St. (eastbound) and collided into V2. The crash scene was cleared and both vehicles were towed by Tody's Towing Inc. I did not observe airbag deployment in either vehicle. Once clear of the crash scene I proceeded to NWH to speak with the V2 operator. V2 operator stated she was traveling straight ahead on Washington St (eastbound). V2 operator basically explained never knew what hit her. She never saw V1 and only felt the impact of the collision. V2 operator was waiting to be treated for chest, back and neck pain. V2 was placed in a cervical collar and back board by EMS prior to transport to NWH.

Narrative:
On September 11th, 2021 at approximately 12:23 hours while working N491 I responded to a report of a single vehicle crash in front of #72 Charles bank Rd involving a box truck that struck a utility pole. On my arrival I located the involved truck which was a 2015 White ISU Box truck, Ma commercial S72-504, operated by a Alexis Pimentel. Mr Pimentel reported travelling E/B on Charles bank Rd when he heard a loud bang. He eventually realized his passenger side top portion of his box style truck struck the utility pole in front of #72 Charles bank Rd. The impact split the pole in the middle causing an immediate hazard. Eversource was notified and responded a short time later. Sgt Mclean arrived on scene with Eversource and immediately closed down the road to traffice both E/B and W/B due to the danger of the pole falling down onto the road. Eversource was in the process of getting a pole crew together to replace the compromised pole.

Narrative:
Witness Simon Cross (617 417 4442) stated that he observed MV2 pulled out of the West St Tavern parking lot on West St and strike MV 1, which was parked legally (unoccupied) on West St at the corner of Watertown St. M2 struck MV1 on the drivers side front end causing significant damage. The operator of MV2 was described as an Asian female and was driving a Toyota Rav 4 (MA REG 88EP66). The operator of MV 2 did not stop to attempt to exchange information with the parked car she struck (1XSM26). The owner of MV 2 has an address out of Boston.The witness showed me two pictures of both involved vehicles which I could clearly see the registration plates. He did not send the pictures to me. We found the owner of MV1 and informed her of the accident and she was told she could park her vehicle at the corner of West St and Watertown St until she could make arraignments to have it towed. Owner of MV 1 was given MV2's information for insurance purposes. To be further investigated. Traffic Bureau update (Officer Gaudet): I attempted to make contact with the registered owner of MV2, Ms. Huijun Xie (S78383924) with a negative result. A "Hit and Run" inquiry was mailed to Ms. Xie.
