MV2 was traveling northbound on Parmenter Rd, a public way in the City of Newton, when it side swiped MV1 that was legally parked on the side of the road in front of 146 Parmenter rd. There were no injuries. Both vehicles were towed by Tody's.

Mv#2 was traveling east when it was struck my MV#1. -OpMv#1 stated she was traveling west on Commonwealth Ave when she observed that she was drifting into the oncoming lane. She stated she attempted to swerve but did not correct in time. She stated she was not distracted nor had her a mobile device in her hand at the time of the collision. -OpMv#2 stated he was traveling west when he observed Mv#1 drifting into his lane. He stated OpMv#1 attempted observe back into her lane but could not avoid the collision. -Mv#2 Pass#1 &Pass#2 statements both coincide with those made by OpMv#2. -I conducted an inspection of both vehicle at the scene. MV#1 I observed I observed heavy damage to the front Left side wheel well and quarter panel; still operational. I next observed the damage to MV#2. I observed lighter scratches and gouges to the rear left side quarter panel of the vehicle, the bumper was knocked off,but was recovered and still operational. -There were no injuries reported at the scene and neither vehicle was towed.

On Sunday 5/8/2022 at approx 1238hrs, while assigned to N-496, I responded to 339 Hammond St for a 2 car MVA hit/run. There, I met operator of MV1 who states that she was traveling SB on Hammond St when a car heading NB swerved into her lane of traffic and struck the driver side of her vehicle. I observed fresh paint damage to both of MV1's drivers side doors. The passenger door knob was also broken off. She states that the car that struck her was metallic blue and looked like a station wagon. She did not see the operator nor did she see the license plate number. She believes it had a MA reg plate. Myself and N-498 checked the area with negative results. There were no injuries and no tows needed.

MV1 was traveling east on River Street. Operator of MV1 states a large truck was traveling west on River Street. Operator of MV1 states he could not fit between the oncoming traffic and MV2 which was parked on the shoulder in front of 152 River Street. MV1 struck the rear of MV2, pushing MV2 into MV3. MV3 was parked in front of MV2. MV2 was parked, but had an occupant in the drivers seat. The door to MV2 could not be opened and had to be opened by NFD. MV3 was unoccupied. Operator of MV1 signed a patient refusal and the occupant of MV2 was transported to NWH. Todys towed all 3 vehicles.

Narrative:
On 5/11/22 I responded to Commonwealth Ave. and Center St. for a 2 car accident. Upon arrival I spoke with the operator of MV1 who stated he was at fault for the accident. He stated that he was on the center lane of Comm. Ave. heading w/b when he noticed that he had to take a right turn. He stated that he checked his mirror and reversed to merge onto the right lane, and that is when he hit MV2 which was behind him. The operator of MV2 stated that he was driving e/b on the center lane when MV1 backed up and hit him causing moderate damage to the right front of the vehicle. Both parties stated they had no injuries and denied medical attention. Both parties were given the report number and gieven information on how to get a copy of the report.

The Operator of Vehicle #1 stated that she was distracted by something that she saw on the sidewalk, and must have drifted to the right before colliding with Vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was parked and unoccupied; it collided with Vehicle #3 as a result of the Collision from Vehicle #1. Vehicle #3 was parked and unoccupied; it collided with Vehicle #4 as a result of these prior collisions. Vehicle #4 was also parked and unoccupied. The operator of Vehicle #1 was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and her vehicle towed by Tody's Towing Co. The 3 other vehicles had tows arranged by their owners.

The operator of MV1 (MA Reg 225YBS - SWEENEY, Marilyn) stated she was at the red light on Centre St. Southbound, when the light turned green and she proceeded straight across Washington St. She stated she then struck MV2 (MA Reg 1SZR19 - PORDER SCHOCHET, AMI) in the passenger side door. MV2 was traveling Westbound on Washington St. through the intersection. MV3 (MA Reg 583DX8 - SCOTT, Jeanine) was behind MV1 on Centre St. and struck MV1 in the rear right side passenger door. All parties involved exchanged information prior to my arrival on scene and were uninjured. MV1 was the remainder on scene with moderate front end damage and was towed by Todys. SWEENEY reported MV2 and MV3 sustained minor damage. At this time I am unable to get in touch with the other parties involved. SWEENEY stated that she and MV3 had a green light, and was unsure what occurred with MV2.

Vehicle 1 was traveling East on Washington St. in the right hand travel lane. Vehicle 2 was traveling West on Washington St. in the middle travel lane. Both direction each had a straight Green Traffic Signal. Vehicle 2 was attempting a left hand turn onto Lewis Ter. The operator of Vehicle 2 stated when he saw a break in the traffic he attempted the left turn but did not see Vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 collided with Vehicle 2 in a T-Bone manner. Vehicle 1 sustained significant damage to its front end and needed to be towed from the scene (Todys). Vehicle 2 sustained damage to its passenger side door and passenger side front quarter panel but was able to drive away from the scene. There were no injuries reported at the accident.

MV 1 was traveling North on Centre St over the bridge attempting to change lanes. While changing lanes she struck the upper drivers side of MV 2. MV 1 sustained moderate damage to the passenger front and passenger side. MV 1 was towed by tody's at the request of the owner and operator. There were no injuries to the operator of MV 1 or the passenger in MV 1. MV 2 was traveling straight in the third lane on Centre St over the bridge. While traveling straight MV 1 struck his driver side front and driver side attempting to change lanes. MV 2 sustained major damage to his front driverside tire and axel. MV 2 was towed due to the vehicle being disabled. There were no injuries to the operator of MV 2 or passenger in MV 2.

The operator of MV#1 stated she was traveling SouthBound on Waverely Ave when she was struck by MV#2 at the intersection of Franklin Street. The operator of MV#2 stated he was stopped on Franklin Street Eastbound at the stop sign. He then proceeded through to cross over Waverley Ave when he struck MV#1. The operator of MV#2 stated that his view was obstructed by a tree. It also should be noted that there are many motor vehicle accidents at this intersection based on there being no traffic signal making it difficult to cross. MV#1 had major Passenger side damage with airbag deployment. MV#2 had front end damage. The operators signed medical refusal's and Tody's towed MV#1.

The operator of Vehicle #1 stated that as she was crossing the intersection of Harding St, and Crafts St, her vehicle was struck by Vehicle #2 as it went through a Red Light heading northbound on Crafts St. The operator of Vehicle #2 also stated that he went through the red light while travelling northbound on Crafts St. I asked him how that happened and he replied by saying, "I stopped for the red light, but then I just went".
