The owner Vehicle #1 stated that he observed fresh damage to the rear of his vehicle. After viewing video he saw that it wa involved in a collision with a vehicle bearing MA Reg. 7MLK30 as it was backing out of a parking space. I was able to contact the operator of Vehicle #2. He stated that as he was backing out of a parking space he sneezed and was not sure if he made contact with Vehicle #1. When he checked the vehicle, he stated that he did not observe any damage. He was informed of Mr. William's claims, and agreed to cooperate.

Narrative:
On May 18th, 2022 at approximately 11:47 hours while assigned to N491 I responded to a report of a MV crash in the area of #727 Washington St, Newtonville. On my arrival to the scene there was a MSP trooper on scene that happened to be driving by. Vehicle #1 was a gray 2018 Hyundai Electra, MA plate 3VMR89, operated by Paula R. Lima with heavy damage. Ms Lima stated she was parked facing W/B on Washington St near #721 when she attempted to make a U-Turn to go E/B when she was struck by vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was a 2016 Jeep Compass, MA. reg 298XH9, operated by a Jevon D. Foster. He stated he was going W/B on Washington St when vehicle #1 pulled out in front of him from a parked position causing him to crash into her vehicle. Both vehicles were towed by Todys and there were no reported injuries.

Narrative:
On Monday, May 30, 2022, at approximately 2240hrs, I responded to 1201 Walnut St. for a report of a hit and run. Upon arrival I met with the Operator of MV1 who stated her vehicle was parked, facing Southbound in front of 1201 Walnut St. for the past hour while she was eating dinner at O'Hara's Pub. Operator stated that when returning to her vehicle she discovered that her drivers side mirror had been struck by an unknown vehicle, sustaining minor damage. Prior to clearing I informed the operator that a report would be generated in regards to the incident. Upon clearing I checked the area for cameras that could of captured the incident, yielding negative results.
