Oper of vehicle # 1 stated she stopped on Hammondswood Road at stop sign, then proceeded through intersection where she was struck by MV #2. stated she never saw MV #2. Oper # 2 stated MV #1 just pulled out in front of him while he was traveling SB on Hammond Street. He tried to avoid car but couldn't. No injuries. Both cars towed by Tody's.
