Narrative:
MV3 was travelling w/b on Washington St when his "foot slipped off the pedal" and he rear ended MV2 who was stopped at the light causing minor damage to both vehicles. Once MV2 was rear ended, he then crashed into MV1 who was also stopped at the red light causing minor damage. No tows were required and all parties signed patient refusals. An immediate threat has been filed on the operator of MV3 as he has 2 prosthetic legs and I believe they were a contributing factor to this crash. See Incident Report # 20015650
