Narrative:

On 09/13/2020, while assigned to N491, I, Officer Conary, Officer Marini (N494) and Sgt McLean ( N507) responded to the area of Centre Street at Pearl Street for a possible road rage incident. Upon arrival, I observed MV1 in the drive way of 21 Pearl Street with a flat front right tire. Operator of MV1 explained to me that she got into a argument with her ex boyfriend while driving and he and her friend exited the vehicle. (Incident 20041927) At this time, she was upset and reversed back into the intersection then continued to drive Westbound down Pearl Street. She went to pull back over when she struck the curb. MV1 right front tire was flat. I asked operator of MV1 if she needed any medical attention and she declined. MV1 was towed by AAA. No further incident to report.
