On 06/17/2022, while assigned to N492, I, Officer Conary, responded to the area of 425 Centre street for a three car MVA. Upon arrival, all three cars were pulled over on the left side of the road on Washington Street. I spoke with Operator of MV1 who stated that they were entering Washington Street from the Mass Pike when they attempted to switch into the left lane. They described a large truck blocking their view so when they merged into the lane they hit MV2, and then turned and hit MV3. Operator of MV2 explained to me that they were on traveling Eastbound and was right behind a truck. She said she was following at the normal distance. MV1 then hit MV2. Operator of MV3 said that they were traveling in the center lane when they were hit by MV1. There was minor damage to MV1 front bumper on both sides. There was minor damage to MV2 right rear. There was minor damage to MV3 left rear. All parties were offered and declined medical attention. All vehicles were driven from the scene.
