MV1 was parked in the corner spot in the center island of the parking lot. MV2 was turning right around the MV to approach the dumpster and misjudged the distance and struck MV1. MV2 is a Waste Management truck contracted by the City of Newton. I took pictures and they were TOT IT.

On 01/04/19 I responded outside of #54 Needham St for a two vehicle crash. Veh #1 was a delivery box van who was driving due North on Needham St. The operator of veh #1 stated he was attempting to take a left into #55 Needham St. when veh #2 came from behind him on his left and he struck veh #2 as he turned. The operator of veh # 1 was taken by Ambulance #1 to Newton-Wellesley Hospital for an evaluation after complaining of pain in his chest area. The passenger of veh #1 stated everything happened "so fast" he didn't see what transpired. Moderate damage to veh #1. The operator of veh #2 stated he was traveling due North on Needham St. and was behind veh #1 for a long stretch of the road. The operator of veh # 2 stated veh #1 put his right directional on three different times but didn't turn. He stated veh #1 had his right directional on and was in the right lane when he went to pass him. Veh #1 then turned into his rear passenger side as he passed. Moderate damage to veh # 2. The operator of veh #2 stated the operator of veh #1 was walking around and yelling about the accident for a period of time and then eventually grabbed his chest and fell to the ground complaining of pain. From the result of my investigation it appears as if veh # 1 attempted to turn from the wrong lane and veh # 2 was passing in the "suicide lane", also wrong lane. There will be no citations issued at this time as both operators were given verbal warnings.

Motor vehicle 1 (MV1) was traveling eastbound on Beacon Street, when unknown motor vehicle 2 (MV2 ) pulled out from a parking space in front of 706 Beacon Street, without signaling, and crashed into the front passengers side of MV1. MV1 pulled over to the side of the road to exchange information as MV2 fled the scene eastbound on Beacon Street. The operator of MV1 stated that MV2 appeared to be an older model sedan, possible maroon or red in color, and was operated by a white female in her 60's. MV1 sustained significant front end and passengers side damage. MV2 likely sustained significant front drivers side damage. I was unable to check the surrounding businesses for possible security footage of the crash as all of the surrounding stores were closed when I arrived on scene.

On the above date and time I responded to 25 Curve Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash with property damage " house". Upon arrival I met with the operator Ms. Brown who had an active learners permit and her father Mr. Brown who had an active license who was sitting in the right front of the vehicle.. She stated while pulling into the Church parking lot she misjudged the width of the driveway and doing so had minor contact with the right side of the house belonging to 25 Curve Street. I then spoke to her father who stated the same thing. We went over to 25 Curve Street and met with Mr. Turner the home owner. The process was explained to everyone and everyone had each others information. There were no reported injuries.

On 1/18/19 at approximately 1200hrs, a party who wished to remain anonymous reported observing a tractor trailer travelling on Washington St W/B at #1479 where the street curves to the right struck a traffic light pole in front of Burke & Blackington Funeral Home. The side of the trailer struck the pole. It was reported the operator, a non descript black male, stopped after the collision, picked up the downed pole and moved it onto the sidewalk. Markings observed on the trailer were "Powered Transportation" out of Laurel, Mississippi. Unknown plates. Operator left scene and as of this time, it hasn't been reported by the operator. Photos were taken of the downed pole and submitted to the IT bureau. Daigle Electric notified to respond. Google search of "Powered Transportation" was negative results.

Aubrey Quintus states that she parked ND Reg 539AAR at 200 Boylston St in the parking lot. When she came back to her vehicle she noticed the right side had been struck by an unidentified vehicle. No witnesses, injuries or tow. Quintus was advised.

The OP. of MV#1 states while travelling northbound on Lexington Street, her car suddenly started sliding causing her to strike a tree by the roots area. Minor damage to the city tree, pictures taken.

On the above date and time I responded to the area of St.James St at Washington Street for a report of a past hit/run with City traffic signal knocked over. Upon arrival I observed the the traffic signal on St. James Street westbound just before the Washington Street bridge on the roadway. I did observe what appeared to be a sidewalk plow tire impressions on the sidewalk to the traffic signal. I cnanvassed the area with negative results and I am waiting to hear back from Public works who may have been assigned the area to plow the side walks. I also checked for any cameras in the area with negative results. I took pictures of the crash site area and I will have them downloaded at th I.T. Bureau.

On the above date/time I responded to 647 Washington Street for a report of a two vehicle crash. Upon arrival I met with the operator of vehicle two Mr. Weiner, he stated he was stopped in the Whole foods parking lot when vehicle one backed up into his vehicle. They exchanged information but the operator of vehicle one Ms. Adetola left prior to my arrival. I obtained her license information through Mr. Weiner and when I ran the reg plate on vehicle one it came back to Watertown Ford. I advised Mr. Weiner of the process and I will contact Watertown Ford for more contact information on Ms. Adetola to obtain a statement. Update:Jan. 21, 2019 On Jan. 21, 2019 I contacted Watertown Ford advised them of the crash and obtained a phone number for the operator of vehicle one. I spoke to her on the phone she stated the parking lot roadway was covered in snow/ice, she was backing out of the parking spot and vehicle two continued traveling and struck her vehicle. I advised her of the process.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was backing out of a parking spot in the Star Market Parking lot, #2040 Commonwealth Ave when she was involved in a MV crash. Operator #1 stated that she and the other operator both exited their MV's and even though there was obvious damage to MV#1, the operator of MV#2 refused to provide any information, got back into his MV and left the area. Operator #1 describes MV#2 as a large yellow backhoe that did not display a MV plate and she didn't observe a company name anywhere on the MV. The operator id described as W/M, approx. 40 YOA with brown hair. There is a backhoe type MV presently in the Star Market parking lot and operator #1 stated that is not the other MV involved. I also spoke with a Star Market manager who will view their exterior video footage of the parking area and notify me if it provides any information.

OPERATOR OF MV 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON CALIFORNIA STREET WHEN SHE HIT HER BRAKES. DUE TO THE VERY ICY CONDITIONS OF THE ROADWAY MV 2 WAS UNABLE TO BRAKE IN TIME AND STRUCK MV 1 IN THE REAR. MV 3 WHO WAS TRAVELING BEHIND MV 2 WAS UNABLE TO BRAKE IN TIME AND STRUCK MV 2 IN THE REAR. MV 4 WHO WAS TRAVELING BEHIND MV 3 WAS ABLE TO SWERVE AND MISS MV 3 BUT MV 5 WHO WAS BEHIND MV 4 STRUCK HIM FROM THE REAR. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED AND MODERATE DAMAGE SUSTAINED.

Motor vehicle 1 (MV1) was parked facing southeast in front of 97 Union Street, when unknown motor vehicle 2 (MV2), sideswiped MV1 and then left the area. As a result of the crash, the passengers side, side view mirror was ripped of MV1. MV2 likely sustained minor drivers side damage. The reporting party, Gianfranco Palestro, heard the collision and believes that MV2 was a dark colored SUV, but was unable to get a license plate number. I was unable to check if any of the local businesses had security cameras that may have captured the crash as they were all closed for the night.

MV#1 Was facing Westbound on Lincoln St parked in front of 27 Lincoln St when it was struck by the OPMV#2. OPMV#2 Was traveling Westbound on Lincoln St when he struck the left side mirror of MV#1. OPMV#2 Stated he was heading to do a delivery and never noticed he struck a parked car left side mirror.

On 02/08/2019, I, Officer Conary, responded to 309 Tremont Street for a past hit and run involving a pedestrian. Upon arrival, I was met by FEBLOWITZ, Colleen, who stated at approximately 1745 hours, she was crossing in the crosswalk at Tremont at Hibbard when her foot was hit by a car. FEBLOWITZ explained to me that she was in the crosswalk and she saw a silver sedan, MV1, traveling Eastbound on Tremont Street approaching her but it was far away where she felt safe to walk across the street. She said she also raised her hand to draw attention to herself. FEBLOWITZ was halfway in the crosswalk when she felt severe pain in her right foot. She looked behind her and saw MV1 was very close to her. MV1 continued to drive down Tremont Street and not stop. There were no witnesses. FEBLOWITZ went to Partner's Urgent Care to be treated for minor injuries. The crosswalk is in a lighted roadway. FEBLOWITZ was unable to gain any other information on MV1. No further incident to report.

On 2/9/19 I responded to 54 Ash St and met with Ms. Zardar Hovhannisyan in regards to a past hit & run to her vehicle. Hovhannisyan parked MA reg 1EC474 on Ash St (a northbound public one way street) just prior to Commonwealth Ave around 0800 hrs this morning. When she returned around 1000 hrs, she noticed moderate damage to the front left area of the vehicle. There was minor debris on the ground consistent with the damage I viewed. It should be noted that there are parking stalls parallel to where the vehicle was parked, with several residents of Norumbega Gardens coming and going quite frequently. It is not believed that there are cameras facing the specific area where the collision occurred. Hovhannisyan was advised to contact her insurance company.

OPERATOR STATED SHE WAS BACKING OUT OF HER DRIVEWAY AT #132 EDINBORO ST WHEN SHE POSSIBLY HIT THE ACCELERATOR AS OPPOSED TO HER BRAKE AND ACCELERATED ACROSS THE ROAD INTO A STONE WALL AT #137 EDINBORO RD. PROPERTY OWNER OF #137 EDINBORO IDENTIFIED AS ANITA WALSH WAS GIVEN VEHICLES INSURANCE INFORMATION. I ADVISED HER TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE ACCIDENT SCENE, WHICH SHE DID WHILE I WAS THERE.

Oper # 1 stated he was driving on Washington Street on 1/30/19 at 20:00 and spun out causing him to hit a pole. Claims no damage to pole and minor damage to car. Only reporting to satisfying Insurance company.

Operator of MV1 stated he was travelling over the bridge attempting to switch lanes to get onto the Mass Pike westbound on ramp and collided with MV2. He stated he did not know which lane he was in when the collision happened. Operator of MV2 was also travelling over the bridge attempting to get onto the Mass Pike westbound on ramp, when MV1 collided with their drivers side front end. Operator of MV2 believes MV1 crossed into their lane causing the accident. MV1 had damage to the passenger front end fender and the front passenger tire. Todys was notified to tow the vehicle because the tire and axle were bent making the vehicle undriveable. All parties stated they were not injured and declined medical attention.

Operator #1 stated that she was traveling east on Webster St when her MV began to swerve in the snow and she couldn't control it. MV#1 then struck the curb and a telephone pole. MV towed by Tody's.

OPER OF MV#1 STATED THAT HE WAS TRAVELLING SB ON CENTRE ST (#855), WHEN HIS VEHICLE LOST TRACTION ON THE SNOW COVERED ROAD, AND SPUN OUT STRIKING A TREE. MV#1 SUSTAINED HEAVY FRONT END DAMAGE WITH AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT, AND WAS TOWED FROM THE SCENE. OPER OF MV#1 WAS ISSUED MA CITATION T1440992 FOR OPERATING AN UNREGISTERED VEHICLE ON A PUBLIC WAY.

Operator of MV#1 stated he was travelling westbound on Commonwealth Ave with his dog in the front seat when he slid on ice and off the roadway. The roadway was wet from previous snow fall but was very well plowed and sanded. MV#1 hit a curb, drove through a snowbank, hit a tree with the left front of his vehicle and then hit a pole with the right front side of his vehicle. The car then came to a rest in the median. The operator appeared confused by the accident and did not realize the extent of the damage to his car.He asked what he had hit. He continuously asked if it was driveable even though the entire front end was totaled. He was able to provide me with his license and all pertinent information but spoke in a slow manner. There was no odor of alcohol. Operator declined medical attention. When asked if he was on any medication he stated he was on heart medication. We were able to contact the operator's son who was transported to the scene and stated the operator had previously suffered a stroke. David Donahue arrived on scene towed the vehicle to Tody's. A licensed driver picked up the operator. A search of the immediate area yielded negative results for ice in the roadway. A request for Immediate Threat License Suspension/Revocation was filed.

MV1 stated he "had his directional on" and was attempting to "turn left" into his driveway when MV2 "sped around and hit me" causing minor damage. MV2 stated that she observed MV1 with "its hazards on" and when I "went around him and he drove into me" subsequently causing minor damage.

Operator of MV1 states she parked her vehicle on the street in front of 135 Winchester Street at approximately 8:00pm and when she came out to her vehicle at 1:28am there was damage to the front left fender and tire. No witnesses to the accident. MV1 was disabled due to the damage and towed by Tody's. UPDATE: On 03/10/2019, Timothy Grady came to the Newton Police Station to report he hit a vehicle on Winchester Street. He stated he thought he hit snow, but with the damage on the front right he realized he hit another vehilce and wanted to report it. Grady's statements (date, time, and location) matched with this hit and run. Grady was advised of the process.

OPERATOR#1 REPORTS THAT SHE WAS GOING N/B ON JACKSON RD WHEN SHE OBSERVED VEHICLE #2 BACKING UP IN HER DIRECTION. OPERATOR#1 THEN STOPPED AND ATTEMPTED TO REVERSE HER DIRECTION WHILE BEEPING HER HORN. VEHICLE #2 STILL ENDED UP BACKING INTO HER VEHICLE. OPERATOR #2 REPORTED THAT SHE HAD JUST BACKED OUT OF HER DRIVEWAY TO #108 JACKSON RD TO ALLOW HER MOTHER TO GET HER VEHICLE OUT OF SAME DRIVEWAY. VEHICLE #2 BACKED OUT S/B BUT WAS FACING N/B ON JACKSON RD. SHE FURTHER REPORTED THAT SHE WAS STOPPED PRIOR TO THE CRASH AND VEHICLE#1 DROVE INTO HER VEHICLE AS SHE WAS STOPPED WAITING FOR HER MOM TO BACK OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY. SHE DENIES BACKING UP INTO VEHICLE #1.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was traveling south on Washington St in the left hand lane when her MV was struck by MV#2. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was also traveling south on Washington St in the right hand lane directly next to MV#1 when his MV began to slide due to icy road conditions and his MV struck MV#1. No injuries & no citations

MV#1 was parked in the parking lot at 153 Needham St. Owner of MV#1 stated that she parked he car there after lunch, and that when she came out of work this evening, observed damage to her rear bumper. Owner of MV#1 stated that she did not see anyone hit it, and that there was no information left on her vehicle. MV#1 was driven off scene.

On 03/12/2019, while assigned to WN, I, Officer Conary, met with DRAGAT, who wanted to report a motor vehicle accident have occurred on 03/04/2019. MV1 was parked behind 25 Oak Street in a parking stall. MV2 with a plow attached hit MV1 right rear bumper while plowing the snow. Witness, RAYMOND, asked the plow driver if they wanted MV1 moved before the accident and they said no. RAYMOND saw MV2 hit MV1. DRAGAT did not get the information from the operator or passenger of MV2. Operator of MV2 told her to contact the owner of the MV2, who was the operator's boss. DRAGAT said that she notified her insurance and the owner PADILLAGONZALES. DRAGAT said PADILLAGONZALES failed to give more information regarding the incident and DRAGAT's insurance advised her to file a police report. DRAGAT said that her insurance and PADILLAGONZALES's insurance have been in contact with one another. I attempted to call PADILLAGONZALES with negative results. DRAGAT is going to update her insurance. No further incident to report.

Operator of MV1 stated that at approximately 1600hrs, she was traveling westbound on Washington Street in the Newton Corner rotary, when her vehicle was struck by another vehicle travelling in the same direction. MV1 sustained minor damage to the passenger side front bumper. Operator of MV1 said that the other vehicle got onto the Mass Pike westbound on ramp. She was unable to get a license plate or any information except that it was a brown or gold sedan. She declined medical attention and the vehicle was able to be driven from the scene.

No vehicle was observed in the area of the incident. It was observed that a 2 hour parking sign had been struck. Visible tire marks were on the sidewalk/ curb of Pembroke St. It was observed that the tire marks from the vehicle and the way the street sign fell that the vehicle was possibly traveling southbound on Pembroke St and crossed over to the left side of the roadway striking the sign. 3 pictures were taken at the scene and submitted to IT. City of Newton notified about damages.

The operator of Vehicle #1 returned to her vehicle to a note from a witness that stated that she witnessed a vehicle strike her front bumper, as it was reversing to park. I also observed a small dent and a scratch consistent with a collision of this type on Vehicle #1's bumper. All attempts to contact Vehicle #2 have been negative, of yet. I will follow up on my next tour. The witness, identified as Ms. Michelle Temple, stated that she observed the collision, and added that it was with enough force to cause damage to the bumper. She then stated to the operator, "you just hit that car", to which the operator replied, "I know", and then walked away towards Newtonville Square. I was later able to speak with Ms. Rogovin. She stated that she didn't believe any damage was caused, thus she didn't notify anyone.

Owner of MV1 reports he came out to the parking lot and observed new damage to the drivers rear door of his MV. MV1 was parked at approximatley 0900 hours and the damage was observed at 1700 hours. I observed damage to the drivers side rear door of MV1. I also observed broken red plastic on the ground, consistent with a broken taillight from being backed into by another MV. Owner of MV1 is going to check with his boss to see if cameras from his workplace capture the parking lot. No other cameras were visible in the parking lot area.

Vehicle 1 was parked in a parking space perpendicular to vehicle 2, in front of Splash. The operator of vehicle 1 went inside of Starbucks from 1300-1445 hours. When she arrived back to her car she noticed damage to the drivers side of the vehicle. I observed there to be moderate damage to this side of the vehicle. It appeared that vehicle 2 backed into the drivers side of vehicle 1. The operator of vehicle 2 left from the scene and failed to provide their information. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. There are surveillance cameras in front of Splash. I asked the employees in Splash if I could access the camera's, and they explained that they would have to wait until tomorrow to speak with the manager. No one was injured, and vehicle 1 did not need to be towed. On Monday, April 29th 2019, at approximately 1600 hours, I left a voicemail for the owner of Splash, Jamie Mcmanus, in regards to any possible surveillance footage. I requested that he call Newton Police headquarters and ask for me, when he gets the message.

On 04/17/2019, I responded to the parking lot of 73 Walnut St for an accident. MV1 stated that she was driving her vehicle (MA Reg:2889DC) slowly through the parking lot when MV2 backed out of a parking spot and collided with her. MV2 was not on scene during my arrival but left all of her information. MV1 sustained damage on the passengers side. MV2 sustained damage on the passengers side rear bumper. Neither vehicle required a tow.

MV1 operator states he was driving around the Newton Corner Rotary and approached the merge at the beginning of the bridge to change lanes to head towards Waltham/Watertown, when MV2 collided with his vehicle. Damage was observed on the front passenger door. No injuries reported. MV2 operator states she was driving on Washington St and approached the merge at the beginning of the bridge to change lanes and head onto the Mass Pike W-Bound, when MV1 collided with her vehicle. Damage was observed on the front drivers side bumper. MV2 operator reported having whiplash but signed a medical refusal and was not transported to the hospital. I then cleared without further incident. The main crash factor was due to the weather being a heavy rain storm at night. It should be noted there is a yield sign facing MV1s incoming direction.

Vehicle #1 was parked in front of 105 Grant St. and unoccupied when it was struck from behind by Vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was traveling southbound on Grant St. when they stated they didn't see Vehicle #1 and struck Vehicle #1 from behind. Vehicle #1 had moderate damage to the rear of the vehicle and was unable to be driven. Vehicle #2 had moderate damage to the front and was unable to be driven. Both Vehicle #1 and 2 were towed away by Tody's towing. Operator of Vehicle #2 stated she had wrist pain and was evaluated by medics. Operator of Vehicle #2 was evaluated and signed a patient refusal and declined any additional medical attention.

MV1 was parallel parked in front of Bank of America on Walnut St when he began to pull out, MV2, ( suspected to be MA Reg:8WX995) hit MV1 on his driver's side door. MV2 backed up in the road and then sped off without stopping to give his information. MV1 operator, Marcus Klevan, came into the police station to report this hit and run which occurred around 1430hrs today. MV1 operator and passenger were able to identify the license plate of the vehicle as it left the scene. The plate came back to a 1997 Toyota Tercel, blue, registered to John Twinomujuni out of Waltham. Waltham PD was notified and was unable to locate the vehicle at this time. UPDATE: Waltham PD was requested to check again for this vehicle at it's registered address tonight, 5/1/2019. This check resulted in negative results for the vehicle. No citation will be issued at this time until there is verification that this vehicle was indeed involved in this accident.

Owner of MV1 states his vehicle was backed into a parking spot at the JCC, 333 Nahanton St. Sometime between 0720 to 0815 his vehicle was struck on the drivers side bumper (minor damage). There was possibly some white paint transfer however it was cleaned off prior to my arrival. I contacted the JCC, they stated they may have cameras, however the only person that can access them is not working (617 558 6552 - Brian Morris). There were no witnesses to the accident and it was not reported until later in the day.

Vehicle 1 was travelling southbound on Needham St in the left turn lane getting ready to turn left into 191 Needham St, which was the next block away. Vehicle 2 was travelling southbound as well, and took a left turn into the parking lot at 188 Needham St. At this time vehicle 1 was parallel to vehicle 2. The front left of vehicle 2 hit the front right of vehicle 1. I observed moderate damage to the point of impact on both vehicles. Both vehicles were towed by Tody's to their lot. No one was injured due to the accident.

Operator #1 states he was parked in vehicle #1 (MA reg 396FJ3) in front of 1349 Washington St when vehicle #2 (MA reg 61YM44) backed into him. Operator #2 states he was backing up in his metered space and "may or may not have" made contact with vehicle #1 while doing so. Operator #2 was not sure if he hit vehicle #1 however Opertaor #1 and the witness/vehicle owner in the passenger seat state they distinctly felt vehicle #1 shake when vehicle #2 backed into them. There are minor scratches on both cars that appear consistent with Operator #1 and the witness' statements. All parties declined medical attention and no tows were needed.

I responded to the area 107 Dartmouth St. at approx. 0345 on 04/28/9019 along with N493 Officer Kelly Donahue and N508 Sgt. Devine for a report of an MVA. The MVA was reported to be single vehicle crash. The vehicle left the roadway and was on the front lawn of 107 Dartmouth St. I arrived on location (first on scene ). I observed tire tread marks across the front lawn of 107 Dartmouth St. I then observed a vehicle in the bushes toward the left front side of the house. The vehicle; NY Reg. JHE8252, Porsche color blue. The RMV info on the plate came back registered to Porsche;of ;South. Registration plate type: Dealer Assignment. 185 W Sunrise HWY; Freeport,NY (no further info). The vehicle was unoccupied and secured. I felt the hood of the car which was still warm from the engine. I checked the immediate area surrounding the crash scene for an operator but found no one. I radioed to other responding units to canvas the neighborhood and surrounding area for the operator on foot. I spoke to the homeowners at 107 Dartmouth St., identified as Anthony and June Limberis. Mrs. Limberis stated she heard a load noise and a car engine revving. She stated when she looked out the window she observed a W/M tall, thin, wearing tan khakis and a light colored plaid shirt walking across the front lawn. He proceeded up Dartmouth St. (northbound) toward Commonwealth Ave. Newton Fire Dept arrived on location to check the crash scene and vehicle for possible leaking fluids and any other hazards. As I was talking with the firefighters we were approached by two men. One of the men was intoxicated. He was unsteady on his feet, had glassy bloodshot eyes, and was slurring his speech. The man was a W/M tall/thin approx. 6'2" and was wearing tan khakis and a light colored plaid shirt. He was identified as Eric Adams DOB 09/18/1969. The second man with him was identified as John Adams DOB 02/07/1936; An elderly W/M approx. 5'6" also wearing tan khakis and a light colored plaid shirt. Eric Adams stated his father John was the operator of the vehicle. Eric Adams had a strong odor of Alcoholic beverage emanating from his person and breath. He continued to slur his speech and was unsteady on his feet as he spoke. He was swaying back and forth and side to side as he spoke to me. Officer K. Donahue and Sgt. Devine were on scene at this time and also made the same observations. Multiple times we had to grab hold of Eric Adams to keep him from losing balance and falling. We spoke with Eric and John Adams for several minutes as their accounts of what took place were not consistent. I asked Eric Adams where the keys to the vehicle were. Eric Adams immediately pulled the starter key to the vehicle from his front right pocket. Eric Adams became defensive and belligerent when questioned about who was operating the vehicle. John Adams appeared tired (as if he just woke up) and confused as to the situation. Sgt Devine and I both spoke with Eric Adams and John Adams. Although both men claim John Adams was the operator of the vehicle, a clear determination was uncertain. A query of both mens driver's license status on NY Licenses came back active. Eric Adams has two prior DUI's on his RMV record. Officer Donahue and Sgt. Devine escorted the two men to 93 Dartmouth St. Eric Adams stated they were staying at that residence which is his sister's house. I stayed at the crash scene to document information and assist with clearing the MV from the property with Tody's Towing Service. As they were walking away I observed Officer Donahue and Sgt. Devine continue to have to assist Eric Adams with staying on his feet. Approximately ten minutes later as I was speaking with the aforementioned homeowners Mr.&Mrs. Limberis. Officer Donahue and Sgt. Devine returned to the crash scene. As they were updating me we observed Eric Adams returning to the crash scene. He was stumbling and swaying as he walked and repeatedly almost fell. Officer Donahue and Sgt. Devine immediately intercepted and assisted him before he fell. As they were assisting him again I continued speaking with the homeowners. Suddenly I heard Officer Donahue and Sgt. Devine struggling with Eric Adams who was now on the ground and resisting being handcuffed. I ran to assist them. Eric Adams continued to resist and be uncooperative until he was appropriately restrained in handcuffs. Eric Adams was placed under arrest by officer Donahue for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Reference Officer Donahues Newton Police Incident Report #19016484. The vehicle NY Reg. JHE8252 was removed from the property of 107 Dartmouth St. and towed from the crash scene by Tody's Towing Service.

Mauricio Maldonado states that he parked his vehicle (2) Ma Reg. 197ZC! in the parking lot at Planet Fitness at approx 1130 hrs. When he came out at 1400 hrs he noticed that someone smashed into his right rear side. No witnesses, no video surveillance.

Vehicle # 1 was parked on Church Street in front of #91 at 09:00 on 5/6/19 and owner noticed damage on 5/6/19 at 11:15. Appears that unknown vehicle # 2 was coming WB on Church St and sideswiped vehicle #1. No tows.

Vehicle # 1 was parked on Church Street at the intersection with Eldredge St. There was fresh damage to the front half of the vehicle. Another vehicle was struck on this road between 09:00 and 11:15. I left a note on Vehicle # 1 to notify her that a police report was taken.

OPER OF MV1 STATED THAT HE WAS PULLING OUT FROM A BOSTON COLLEGE DRIVEWAY (ON TO BEACON ST), WHEN MV2 DROVE AROUND ANOTHER STOPPED VEHICLE, CAUSING THEM TO COLLIDE. OPER OF MV#2 STATED THAT HE WAS TRAVELLING WB ON BEACON ST. OPER OF MV#2 STATED THAT HE DROVE AROUND A STOPPED VEHICLE (LEFT SIDE) AND ENTERED A LEFT TURN LANE. WHILE DOING SO, MV#1 EMERGED FROM A DRIVEWAY (WB SIDE) AND THE VEHICLES COLLIDED. MV1 SUSTAINED MINOR FRONT DAMAGE. MV2 SUSTAINED MODERATE PASSENGER SIDE DAMAGE.

The operator of vehicle 1 MA REG: 1AB918 stated she was traveling West on Washington Street and did not see vehicle 2 MA REG: 925WP2 at all until she crashed into the rear driver side of it. This caused major damage to vehicle 1 and minor damage to vehicle 2. Both drivers exchanged information and the operator of vehicle 2 left the area. The operator of vehicle 1 remained there to speak with police and wait for a private tow company.

Vehicle 1 stated she was proceeding westbound down Commonwealth ave when Vehicle 2 pulled out from a parking space into the lane of traffic causing the side swipe. Vehicle 2 stated that she was parked out in front of 66 Commonwealth ave when she looked to see that no cars were traveling westbound down Commonwealth ave. Vehicle 2 then proceeded to pull out of the parking spot when Vehicle 1 came down Commonwealth ave and swerved to go around her vehicle and caused a collision.

MV#1 was parked in the Pelham St parking lot in front of Ms Heffernan Dry Cleaner. MV#1 was struck by an unknown MV#2. Operator of MV#1 observed the damage at approximately 1520 hrs. Operator of MV#1 stated that she had parked there at approximately 1207 hrs, and did not return to her vehicle prior of 1520 hrs. A search was done for cameras facing the accident location, and none were found. No vehicles towed. No injuries occurred.

Opr of V1 stated she was stopped in traffic waiting for vehicles to start moving that were ahead at the traffic light. Opr stated when she looked up she saw V2 driving towards her and made contact with her vehicle. Opr of V1 stated she did not see V2 turning and it was too late to stop or move out of the way. Opr of V2 stated she was taking a left hand turn into the parking lot. Opr stated the first lane of traffic let her take the left. As she was completing the turn she made contact with V1 in the second lane of southbound traffic. There were no injuries. V1 suffered damage to the front left part of her vehicle. V2 suffered damage to the front of her vehicle.

Vehicle 1 was travelling southbound on Brookline St, and took a right turn onto Lovett St. The operator of the bicycle crashed into the back right of vehicle 1 as it was taking the turn. There was minor damage to the rear of vehicle 1. I observed a dent with a small amount of blood on it. I observed a laceration on the right arm of the operator of the bicycle. The medics evaluated the operator of the bicycle, and cleared with a patient refusal. Pictures were taken, and placed in the IT bureau's mailbox.

Operator 1 stated she was traveling Westbound on Centre St when her front passanger side tire blew out. Operator 1 lost control of the vehicle and it struck a City tree in front of 1611 Centre St. Vehicle 1 sustained major damage and was towed by Tody's. There were no injuries.

Merrill Lawson states that she parked Ma Reg 12969 in front of 140 Beethoven Ave at approx 0820 hrs this morning. When she returned at approx 0910 hrs she noticed that someone sideswiped her vehicle causing damage to the left rear/side. No witnesses.

MV1 was driving northbound in the parking lot when MV2 backed out of a parking spot striking MV1 in the right rear door and quarter panel. Oper 1 stated he was driving in the lot when MV2 struck the right rear of the car. Oper 2 stated she was backing out of he spot when she struck MV1 she stated she did not see MV1 prior to the accident. pictures were taken by and forwarded to IT

Operator of MV1 parked his vehicle outside his residence from 1100-1600hrs today. When he returned home at 1630, he came outside and noticed someone had struck his rear drivers side bumper. The vehicle had moderate damage and did not require a tow. The vehicle was unoccupied at the time of the accident and no note or other party information was left. Operator of MV1 requested the accident to be documented for insurance purposes.

On 6/13/19 I responded to 19 Sutcliffe Pk for a report of a MVA. Upon arrival I spoke with the operator of MV#1 who stated he turned onto Sutcliffe Pk to turn around and when he came back down the hill his brakes wouldn't' work when he struck MV#2 which was legally parked on the street. The owner of MV#2 was on scene and was not inside the vehicle at the time. There was heavy rear end damage and the owner stated he would call for his own tow first thing in the morning. MV#1 had air bag deployment and heavy front end damage. NFD and medics responded to evaluate the operator of MV#1. The operator had no injuries and signed a patient refusal. Tody's towing responded and towed MV#1. MV#2 had a dealer plate DUKE, but did not come back to anything through the registry. The vehicle was a 2006 black Bentley Flying Spur, VIN# SCBBR53W96C034217. John Bortone owns Velocity Motors out of 14 Hawthorne St in Newton and stated he recently purchased the vehicle out of Florida.

OWNER OF MV#,1 STATED THAT HIS MV WAS PARKED IN THE LOT OF #20 HAMMOND POND PARKWAY, AND THAT SOMETIME OVERNIGHT, MV#2 STRUCK THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. OPER OF MV#2 STATED THAT HE WAS BACKING OUT OF THE SPACE NEXT TO MV#1 AND STRUCK THE VEHICLE. MV#2 SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE MIRROR AND SIDE (LEFT). MV#1 SUSTAINED MINOR REAR DAMAGE.

The OP. of MV#1 states he was on the westbound lane of Washington Street, making a left turn into Newton-Wellesley Hospital at 2014 Washington Street. As he was making the turn, MV#2 that was somewhere behind him came from his right and tried to overtake him during the turn and they collided together. The OP. of MV#2 states he was on the westbound lane of Washington Street, making a left turn into Newton-Wellesley Hospital. MV#1 tried to overtake him on his left side as they were entering hospital property and a collision occurred.

The operator of vehicle 1 pulled forward out of their parking space, and struck vehicle 2 in the front right side. I noticed moderate damage to the front left side of vehicle 1, and moderate damage to the front right side of vehicle 1. No one was injured. Vehicle 2 was towed by Tody's to their lot.

The operator of MV#1 stated that he had backed out of his parking spot at the rear of #1349 Washington St and about to drive forward when crash occurred with MV#2. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was also backing out of a parking spot at the rear of #1349 Washington St directly across from MV#1 when crash occurred with MV#1. No injuries, no tows.

The owner of vehicle #1 who resides at 142 Cabot St. stated that due to construction being done on Cabot St. that she was unable to park her motor vehicle at 142 Cabot St. The vehicle was parked along with numerous other vehicles on Westchester RD. Vehicle #1 was parked in front of 99 Westchester Rd from approximately 2000 Hrs on 06/26/2019 until approximately 1000 hrs on 06/27/2019. Vehicle #1 was struck by an unknown vehicle during those hours. At vehicle owner one's request I spoke with detail Officer Stake who was on Westchester Rd. in the morning of the 06/27. Officer Stake stated he did not hear or see Vehicle #1 being struck by a vehicle while he was on scene.

On 6/28/2019, I responded to area of 350 Chestnut St for a a motor vehicle accident. The operator of MV1 ( Ma. Reg: DEB5) stated that they were stopped in traffic southbound on Chestnut St. MV1 stated that they were then rear ended by MV2 while they were stopped in traffic. The operator of MV2 (Ma Reg: S81436) stated that he was stopped in traffic southbound on Chestnut St behind MV1. MV2 stated that he saw the light at Commonwealth Ave turn green and started accelerating. MV2 stated that he collided with the rear end of MV1. All parties involved were checked by medics and signed patient refusals. No vehicle needed to be towed. MV1 sustained damage to the rear. MV2 sustainted no damage.

On 06/28/2019, while assigned to West Newton, I, Officer Conary, met with Owner of MV1 for a report of a past hit and run accident. Owner of MV1 explained to me that at approximately 0800 hours they parked MV1 on Walker Street on the side of the road. At 1700 hours, they observed a dent on front right bumper. There was a note left that stated "a green van hit your car and scraped - License plate C49807". There was no additional information. The registration comes back to a party out of Somerville MA, Frank Sarno Jr. Somerville PD was contacted to check the residence. They left a note to have Sarno call Newton Police. Investigation is still ongoing until all parties involved have been contacted.

On 01/03/2020, while assigned to WN, I, Officer Conary, met with reporting party WONG, Douglas for a report of a hit and run. WONG stated that he parked in his car, MV1, in the back of 330 Nevada Street and went to work. When he left work to return back to his vehicle he saw that there was damage to the left side and back tail light. WONG was able to retrieve the video for the parking lot and get the other vehicles information. WONG showed me the video and I saw that a white pick-up/trailer truck, MV2, was making a delivery and pulled out of the parking spot right next to MV1. After MV2 left the area the damage to MV1 was visible. I was able to get the plate information, and contact the company. I left a voicemail for them to call Newton Police regarding the accident. WONG was able to drive the vehicle. Video of the incident will be submitted to IT accordingly. No further incident to report. Traffic Bureau update (Officer Gaudet): I contacted Igos Welding Supply Company and spoke with the operator of MV2, Tyler Igo (S35470305). Igo stated he was operating MA CON: P90238 while making a delivery at 330 Nevada Street, Newton at the time the crash allegedly occurred. Igo stated he did not know his vehicle was involved in a crash and has not observed any new damage to his vehicle. Igo's information has been added to this report to reflect him as the operator of MV2. No further action will be taken.

Miriam Plavin-Masterman states that she parked vehicle #2 at the Whole Foods on Washington St earlier today. When she came out she noticed someone struck her right rear bumper. Miriam stated that checked with the store to see if there was video surveillance and there was not. No witnesses at this time. report for insurance purposes.

The owner of MV#1 stated she parked in the parking lot at 9 Beacon Pl. at 0800 hrs. At 1345 hrs. she noticed damaged to the drivers side font fender. There were no witnesses and the operator of MV#2 in unknown.

The owner of MV#1 states that her MV was parked and unoccupied in front of #9 Lill Ave when MV#2 backed into it from the driveway across the street. The operator of MV#2 states that he was backing his MV out of the driveway across from #9 Lill Ave when the rear of his MV struck MV#1. No injuries, no tows.

On January 9, 2020 at apprrox. 1430 hours I responded to the parking lot of 333 Nahanton St " JCC greater Boston" for a report of a past hit/run. Upon arrival I met with the RP Mr. Eugene Magier d.o.b. 7-7-61 35 Brandeis RD Newton MA 02459. He stated he parked his vehicle in the parking lot of 333 Nahanton St JCC building at approx. 0930 hours. He stated he returned to his vehicle at approx. 1030 there was a vehicle next to him parked too close so he went through the passenger door to get into his vehicle. He stated when he went to his next destination, he exited his vehicle and observed the damage. I observed the damage to the driver side rear near the wheel well to the pass door. He also stated he went back to the parking lot where he parked and found a blinker light next to where he parked and the color of the blinker light matched the partial color of the damage to his vehicle. The blinker had "Toyota" on it and the following partial numbers "KOITO - 48-5 SAE EAP2 96" I canvassed the area and observed camera in the possible area of the crash. I went to the JCC and met with Director of facilities Brian Morris 617-558-6552. We observed some video in that area that may be visible if the vehicle goes against the building to park. Mr. Morris is going to watch the video to see if there is a vehicle within the time frame and can observe the crash. He will contact NPD of his findings. I advised the owner of the process. I then left without further incident.

MV#1 was traveling northbound on Cherry St. when the operator stated she felt the vehicle was having mechanical issues. These mechanical issues, caused the operator to loose control of the vehicle, crashing into a utility pole, outside 157 Cherry St. Significant damage was observed to MV#1's entire front end. The utility pole suffered significant damage and the utility company was contacted to assess the severity of the damaged pole.The operator of MV#1 refused medical attention. MV#1 was ultimately towed from the scene. Pictures from this accident were taken on the N492 camera and submitted to the Newton Police IT Bureau.

MV#1 was parked and unoccupied in front of #296 Woodland Rd at the time of the crash. The force of the crash pushed MV#1 from its original spot an entire car length to now be blocking the neighbors driveway. MV#2 stated that she was traveling north on Woodland Rd and somehow struck MV#1. Operator #2 sustained minor injuries, but repeatedly refused medical attention. No tows.

The owner of MV#1 stated she had parked her vehicle in the parking lot of 1314 Centre St and went into the store (Holly Cleaners) to pick up her dry cleaning. The owner of MV#1 stated her friend "Rosemary" who was sitting in the front passenger seat of MV#1, observed the vehicle parked next to it back out of its parking spot and struck MV#1. I spoke to the manager of Holly Cleaners and she was able to provide me with the customer's contact information that drove MV#2. The manager of Holly Cleaners was able to show me video footages of the accident. The video shows that operator of MV#2 attempted to back out of his parking spot making a sharp turn and leaving the area. The video then shows the passenger of MV#1 get out of the vehicle and looked at the damages. I am unable to determined if contact was made between the two vehicles but it was highly possible that contact was made. MV#2 appeared to be a gold colored "Audi" SUV operated by a Fred Ellis of 36 Sallbury Rd in Brookline MA (617 731-3358). I am unable to view a registration or locate a registered vehicle to a Fred Ellis at this time. The damage to MV#1 is to its driver's side rear door. It displayed a light color mark (Minor damages). There were no reported injuries to all parties involved. The front passenger of MV#1 was only known as "Rosemary" (Unknown last name, address or D.O.B). I contacted the operator of MV#2 and left a voicemail. To be further investigated pending statements from the operator of MV#2. On 01/17/2020 at 09:45 I spoke to Alfred Ellis and he stated that he was at the Holly Cleaners parking lot and could not reverse due to MV#1 parking so close to his vehicle. Mr. Ellis stated he unsure if he had made contact with MV#1. Mr. Ellis was forthcoming with his statements and provided me with his vehicle and license information. He stated he was not injured and I provided him with this accident report number along with information of the other involved vehicle.

Owner of V1 stated between the hours of 3:00pm and 5:00pm her vehicle was hit by an unknown vehicle. V1 was parked in the parking lot of 239 Watertown Street. The unknown vehicle left the crash and did not leave any information. V1 sustained significant damage to the right rear side of the vehicle. No injuries and no tows.

On Thursday, January 23rd 2020 at 1850 hours, I responded to a past hit and run on Walnut St across from 1203 Walnut St. Reporting Party Nadira Balgobin stated she was driving west on Walnut St when a vehicle merged off the Rt 9 ramp and collided with her vehicle while they were trying to merge onto her lane. The vehicle collided with the right side of her vehicle leaving fresh paint damage across the right side of her vehicle. The vehicle continued driving after Nadira pulled over to the side of the road. Nadira was unable to get a description of the vehicle other than it being green in color. There were no injuries. Nadira is the registered owner of CO Reg # RBW107, 2018 TOYT RAV COLOR MAROON.

Owner of V1 stated while shopping, Ruth (HomeGoods employee), called her plate number over the speakers in the store. Ruth told the Owner of V1 she just witnessed a MVA involving her car. Ruth took a photo of the involved vehicle and watched V2 leave. Owner of V1 came and explained what happened to me. Ruth sent the photo to the Owner of V1. V1 sustained damage on the left rear side of the vehicle. I spoke to Ruth, she stated she watched V2 drive in, attempt to turn left into a spot, hit the vehicle, and leave right away. Ruth stated she took a photo of V2's plate and then went to the store to call it over the speakers. Ruth stated at no time did V2 stop. Ruth spoke to the owner and explained what happened. During the investigation, I spoke to the Opr of V2. She stated she was in the parking lot, but does not remember hitting a vehicle. Opr of V2 gave me all necessary information and apologized. V2 has minor damage on the right front side consistent with the damage of V1. V2 will not be charged. No injuries.

Vehicle #1 was traveling south on Crafts St. Vehicle #1 came to a stop to take a left turn into the operators driveway in front of 297 Crafts St. when it was struck in its rear end by Vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was traveling south on Crafts St. and failed to slow for the Vehicle #1 that was stopped in traffic. Vehicle #2 crashed into vehicle #1 then continued south on Crafts St. before turning left onto Linwood Ave and leaving the scene. While on a routine traffic stop at California and Bridge St. Officer Spinney and Sergeant Mcneil heard me give out the description of vehicle #2. Officer Spinney and Sgt. Mcneil saw a damaged vehicle matching the description pass them going east on California St. Sgt. Macneil stated the truck said "Franchi" on the side. When Officer Spinney cleared the MV stop he was able to locate vehicle #2 located behind 37 Riverdale Ave. The Trucks hood and engine was still warm to the touch and had corresponding damage that matched witness statements. I was able to match pieces of the truck left at the scene of the accident to the vehicle Officer Spinney located. Pictures of the scene and both vehicles were taken and turned into the IT bureau. The co-owner of Vehicle #2 Robert Franchi could not tell us who was operating the vehicle. The co-owner of Vehicle #2 Robert appeared to be intoxicated and admitted to drinking. The owner of vehicle #2 has video footage of the vehicle being parked but could not provide us with a copy of it. Vehicle #1 suffered minor damage to its rear but was disabled and needed to be towed from the scene. Todys towed the vehicle. A towed MV report was completed and filed. Vehicle #2 suffered heavy front end damage primarily to its driver side. No injuries were reported.

On 1/29/20 at approximately 1835 hrs I responded to 50 Winchester St for a report of a MVA hit and run. Upon arrival I spoke with the owner of Tile in Style which is located at this address. Inga Sipicina stated that at 1050 hrs a brown UPS truck bearing S79977 struck a sign that was attached to the building above the entrance in two different locations. Inga stated the truck then took off. The sign had clear but minimal damage. A branch manager from UPS later came to the store to speak with Inga and her husband Slava and stated they would be in contact with them but didn't leave any information. I attempted to call the business but it was after hours and left a message. There were no injuries involved in this accident. On 2/4/20 I again attempted to contact UPS with negative results.

MV#1 was parked in a stall of the parking lot of 199 Boylston Street when it was struck by MV#2. The owner and operator of MV#2 left the area, however, during an investigation of the mater the owner and driver was identified and located. -OpMv#1 stated that approximately 1140 she parked her vehicle in a parking stall in the parking lot of 199 Boylston Street. She stated she returned, approximately, an hour later and discovered the damage to her vehicle. -OpMv#2 stated, via telephone, she was at 199 Boylston Street, was operating MV#2, however,that she did not know she had struck Mv#2. She stated it was a very tight parking space but did park in the stall. - While at the scene I observed a scrape on the door of MV#1 front right passenger door. I next observed that MV#2 very close to MV#1 making it very difficult to move between vehicles. I also observed that MV#2 was parked very far forward than the vehicle on the right. I observed a scrape on the front bumper with traces of white paint into it; it appeared to be paint transference. -Neither vehicle was towed from the scene and since neither driver was in the vehicle at the time of the collision there were no injuries reported.

On 02/02/20 I responded outside of #1088 Boylston St and met with the home owner William J. Malaguti. He stated he found that s.t.b. yesterday 21:00 and 05:00 this morning, a vehicle had crashed into his fence and left the area. On he Circuit Ave side of his residence, I observed a post and two sections of white vinyl fence that were knocked over and damaged. One section of the fence had been propped back up and had tire marks on it. There was no other damage to the area or utility pole (located right near the fence). I canvassed the area with negative results. Malaguti stated this it the second time this type of incident has happened in the past couple of years.

William Hdogson was operating vehicle #1 N/B on Center St. William states that vehicle #2 pulled out in front him and he struck the vehicle. Jonathan Fascetti was parked at a parking spot across from 1243 Center St. Jonathan states that he entered the traffic lane and while doing so he was struck by vehicle #1. No injures, no tows.

On February 10, 2020 at approximately 1911 hours, while on patrol in Newton Centre Sq, I was approached by a woman who wished to report a past MV hit and run. Ms. Eileen Kavall stated last Thursday(02/06) between the hours of 1745 and 1830, her MV was parked in a handicap spot in front of the Star Market at 1 Boylston St. While parking her vehicle, she noticed a large white SUV parked in the spot directly next to her. She stated this vehicle was also in a handicap parking space but did not see a handicap sticker on the vehicle. When Eileen exited the store, she observed damage to her front left fender and the SUV was gone. I also observed this damage. Eileen did not have a number plate for the MV that hit her but stated the Star Market may have cameras facing where the incident occurred. I then provided Eileen with an accident report number and went to Star market to speak with the manager. At Star Market, I spoke with Janet Yaksic, store manager, who stated she remembered speaking with Eileen about the accident. Janet stated that she would have to contact the store's director in order to contact the loss prevention employees who do not work on site. The loss prevention employees would be able to review any possible footage by the end of the week and contact Newton Police with their findings. I left my name and contact info with Janet. This accident is still under investigation pending a review of the Star Market footage. Update: 02/22/20 I have not received any video surveillance from Star Market. RP will be advised to pursue with their insurance company.

Operator #1 states he was attempting to back up spare Engine 11 into the left bay at Fire Station #2, when he accidentally hit a city light pole during the maneuver. The pole is located on the island between the eastbound/westbound lanes of Commonwealth Avenue. The pole was knocked down however it landed completely within the grassy island and is still intact. There is no damage to Engine 11, and Capt Roche notified NPD dispatch to contact DPW about the light pole. Pictures were taken and submitted to IT by myself. No injuries were sustained.

On Wednesday 2/12/2020 at approx 1821hrs, while assigned to N-494, I responded to the area of 573 Washington St for a 2 car MVA. Operator of MV1 stated he was in the left lane heading EB on Washington St when he used his right turn signal before entering the right lane. He states that MV2 slowed down to allow him to move over. He then said, while changing lanes, MV2 then sped up and struck the passenger side of his vehicle. Operator of MV2 stated that he was in the right lane heading EB on Washington St. He said he observed MV1 stopped in traffic while cars ahead where trying to take a left turn. He stated that he saw MV1's right turn signal activated but did not slow down nor motion to the other operator to change lanes. He said MV1 abruptly cut in front of his vehicle striking the front driver side. Neither party stated they had injuries.

Owner of V1 stated he was in the YMCA swimming. When he came out he was notified V1 was involved in a MVA. Owner of V1 stated he had to be at an appointment so he left. Later in the day, the Owner of V1 called for assistance. Owner of V1 showed me minor damage (cracked bumper). It should be noted I could not see the damage until he pointed it out. I had to bend down to see the damage. Witness stated she saw V2 back up into V1. Witness stated she took an image of V2 and told the Opr of V2 she hit V1. Witness went into the YMCA and gave them the information. V2 left the scene. I called the Owner/Opr of V2. Opr of V2 stated she was unaware of the damage. Opr of V2 stated she thought she felt a bump while backing up, got out of V2, looked for damage, did not see any, and left. Opr of V2 stated she was backing up to leave the parking space. No injuries and no vehicles were towed.

On Wednesday 02/19/2020, at approximately 1500 hrs, operator of MV1 stated she was traveling eastbound on Newtonville Ave, right before Walnut Street, a dark colored pick up truck was traveling behind her. Operator of MV1 stated she was driving below speed limit due to the approaching intersection at Walnut street when MV2 went into the eastbound traveling lane attempting to go around her. While attempting to go around MV1, MV2 side swiped MV1 causing the driver side mirror to break off causing moderate damage to the driver side of her vehicle. Operator of MV1 stated the pick up truck then stopped in front of her and the operator, an adult male began to yell at her then drive off. Operator of MV1 stated she got back in her car and did not get any information and did not have her cell phone to call the police. Operator of MV1 stated she was able to drive her vehicle home that day. No further description of the pick up truck was provided.

The operator of vehicle 1 stated she was traveling West on the Washington Street bridge over the Mass Pike when vehicle 2, a gray SUV attempted to change lanes, as this happened the front passenger side quarter panel of vehicle 2 came in contact with the rear drivers side quarter panel of vehicle 1. This caused minor scratches to vehicle 1. The operator of vehicle 1 attempted to pull over and exchange information with the other driver. The operator of vehicle 2 continued driving away and got onto the Mass Pike, during this process the operator of vehicle 1 and the passenger of vehicle 1 were able to get the license plate number of vehicle 2 which was NY REG:T797800C. In an attempt to locate and identify the driver of vehicle 2 I ran NY REG T797800C which comes back registered to a short term rental company called Flexdrive. I called a phone number on their website 8663539399 which is listed as the number to call if you are in an accident with one of their vehicles. I was only able to speak to a service technician, a Tom Louis of ARI Fleet Service 18002272273, who told me the vehicle was out of the Flexdrive North Dighton Mass hub located at 123 Williams Street North Dighton MA 02764.Tom also mentioned the location would most likely not be open again until Monday. He did not have any other information regarding who may be operating the vehicle. I have attempted to find contact information on this North Dighton location which I have had negative results so far. I have also emailed the Flexdrive customer service department. To be followed up on. Traffic Bureau update (Officer Gaudet): On Tuesday, February 25, 2020, I made contact with the registered owner of MV2, Flexdrive. The representative from Flexdrive stated MV2 is registered to the company but Lyft uses their vehicles for ride sharing. I contacted Lyft and spoke with a party named Jonas from their support team. Jonas stated he would make contact with the operator of MV2 and ask them to contact me to give a statement. Lyft stated they would also conduct their own internal investigation. On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, I spoke with the operator of MV2, Gary Procaccini (S36066201). Procaccini stated he was operating a 2019 Santa Fe (NY Reg: T797800C) as a Lyft driver on the evening of February 22, 2020. Procaccini stated he was traveling on Washington Street (W) towards the Massachusetts Turnpike entrance in West Newton. Procaccini stated he was in the wrong lane and looked in his mirror before attempting to merge into the correct lane. Procaccini stated to the right of his vehicle he observed a vehicle "flying" towards the entrance to the Pike. Procaccini stated he came to stop to allow the vehicle to pass. Procaccini stated the vehicle passed at a high rate of speed and he continued on his way onto the Pike (E). Procaccini stated he had a passenger in the vehicle using Lyft servies and there were no signs that a crash had taken place. Procaccini's information has been added to his report to reflect him being the operator of MV2. I then spoke with Peter Houser who is a Driver Services Representative with Lyft. Houser stated he had just visually inspected the vehicle alleged to have been involved in the crash. Houser stated the vehicle was in "pristine" condition and he observed no damage to the front passenger side quarter panel of MV2. Houser e-mailed me pictures of the vehicle. I observed no damage to MV2. Those pictures were submitted to the IT Bureau.

The registered owner of MV#1 stated she parked her vehicle outside 1149 Washington St. at 0800 hrs, on 2/29/2020. At 1730 hrs, the registered owner exited her place of work and observed damage to the vehicle's driver side bumper and wheel well. The damage is consistent with being struck by a passing vehicle. MV#1 was able to be driven away from the scene. No cameras were observed in the area.

Mv#1 operator stated while backing out of her driveway, she looked to her right only, saw Mv#2 drive by N/B on Centre St, but didn't look to her left. At that time #1 driver's side rear end struck #2 passenger side rear lift gate area, which had just stopped at the end of the driveway to park. #2 operator stated he was travelling on Centre St N/B and pulled over to the side of the road to park. When #2 came to a stop to park, the rear lift gate area was hanging over the edge about 1' into the driveway opening when #1 struck #2.

Operator of MV1 stated at approximately 2000 hrs while parked in the Whole Foods parking lot, located at 647 Washington Street, her vehicle was struck on the front passenger side of her vehicle. Operator of MV1 stated she did not see who hit her due to her shopping inside whole foods. MV1 had minor damage to the passenger side of the vehicle.

Operator 1 stated she was traveling Southbound on Center St when vehicle 2 pulled out of a parking spot into traffic. Operator 1 did not have time to react and was struck on the passenger side fender by vehicle 2. Operator 2 stated he was parallel parked on Center St. Operator 2 attempted to inch out into traffic when he was struck by vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 was then pushed into vehicle 3 which was parked and unoccupied in front of him. All vehicles sustained moderate damage and vehicle 1 was towed by Tody's. There were no injuries.

On Friday, March 6, 2020 between approximately 0218 to 0220 hours MV1 was parked at 258 Centre St, Newton. At this time an unknown MV struck MV1 from behind and pushed it approximately 10 feet to the Sunoco Entrance (170 Galen St, Watertown). MV1 sustained heavy rear-end damage and was towed privately by the Sunoco owner with MV1 owner's permission. The Sunoco owners do not have a recording of the crash but has the recording of MV1 being pushed from behind into the camera view. The unknown MV was not seen in the camera recordings. MV1 owner was inside his residence at the time, and no injuries were reported.

MV1 was parked facing westbound on Rumford Ave at approximately 7pm last night. The owner returned this morning and found MV1 had been side swiped along the drivers side door and front fender. No other information is available for MV2. Owner of MV1 will forward any other information after reviewing the surrounding businesses video surveillance

Operator of MV1 was parked in the parking lot at 40 Needham Street from 1200-1330. When she returned to her vehicle, she observed the rear passenger panel was struck and had minor damage. No note was left and there were no witnesses to the accident. Operator of MV1 requested an accident report be generated for insurance purposes.

The operator of MV#1 stated he was puling to the side on the roadway in front 8 Rogers Street when he struck a City tree. There was damage to the top of MV#1's truck cab. The tree uprooted, Forestry responded, and Eversource. The tree was removed. Officer McSweeney took pictures. The home owner at 10 Rogers Street ( Nicole Holguin) electrical wires got torn off the house from a tree branch.

RP/resident reports hearing a crash while inside his residence and looking outside and observed a silver SUV against the stop sign located at Derby St and Tolman St. RP reports MV in question left the area on Tolman St and then turned right onto Underwood Rd. RP states MV would have damage to drivers side and possibly the drivers side front quarter. A search of the area resulted in negative results. Traffic Officer McSweeney took photos of the damaged stop sign and the DPW was notified.

MV#1 and MV#2 was involved in a minor accident and exchanged paperwork. MV#1 is a business vehicle and the company requested a police report afterwards. The OP. of MV#1 states he was parked near 684 Commonwealth Ave. and sitting in the car when MV#2 drove by and their side-view mirrors collided with each other. MV#1 side-view mirror had no damage while MV#2 side-view mirror popped out. I later spoke with the OP. of MV#2 who states while travelling on the eastbound lane of Commonwealth Ave., MV#1 suddenly opened the car door and the door struck her side-view mirror causing some damage. No witnesses available.

Operator of MV1 stated while inside the Whole Foods located at 647 Washington Street her MV was hit. Her vehicle was parked in the parking lot and had minor damage to the driver side. Operator of MV1 was able to drive her vehicle after the incident. No information was provided for the 2nd vehicle involved.

The operator of MV#1 was traveling westbound on 40 Rochester Road when the wires from pole 75/6 caught the top on the vehicle. The utility pole came down with the wires in the middle of the roadway. Eversource responded to replace the pole. Unknown height of MV#1.

Mv#1 owner stated he parked his Mv on Lakewood Rd (opposite #23 driveway) at about 1000hrs this date. Owner stated he returned to his unoccupied parked Mv at about 1045hrs to find fresh light moderate driver's side front end damage with light scrape marks. A witness from #32 left a note indicating a beige or tan Range Rover unknown plates (Mv#2) backed into that front left bumper. I raised the witness who further stated she was on her porch and heard a noise but didn't see a collision. She stated it (#2) backed out from the driveway and observed it perpendicular to #1 trying to maneuver away from it and drive away. I raised occupant of #23 and spoke to #2 operator who was not on scene by cell phone. #2 operator was unaware of any collision. #2 texted pictures of his Mv's rear bumper. One picture appeared to show a light colored scrape on driver's side upper rear end. Mv#1 is dark blue. Mv#2 is bronze. Both parties agreed to exchange information. Both parties were advised the matter would be documented and to proceed further with their respective insurance companies.

On 5/22/20 at approx 1245 I responded to the Dunkin Donuts for a report of a MVA Hit and Run. Upon arrival I spoke with the RP and vehicle owner Diana Santiago who stated she was working inside Dunkin Donuts when one of her employees told her that her car was just struck. Ms. Santiago came out and approached the operator of MV#1 who doesn't speak english well but stated she didn't hit the car, and then left the area. I spoke with the registered owner of MV#1 who stated her mother-in-law was driving the vehicle and that she lives on Parker St. Ofc. Gabriel went over to speak with her and confirmed the vehicle was involved in an accident with rear end damage. Ms. Girginis stated she didn't even realize she was involved in an accident. MV#2 was parked on Langley Rd as MV#1 was backing up to get out of her parking spot and struck MV#2. There was light damage and no injuries to report.

On June 14, 2020 at approximately 17:13 hours Newton Police responded to Union St at Langley Rd for a report of a motor vehicle crash into bicyclist where the motorist took off. Upon arrival, I spoke with the operator of Bike1, who informed me that he was traveling eastbound on Union St when he rode his bicycle into the back of MV1. MV1 did not get out of the vehicle and drove away from the scene. Bike1 informed me that he was traveling behind MV1 and observed MV1 traveling slow on Union St at approximately 10-15mph. MV1 stopped at 45 Union St which is when he collided into the rear bumper. Witness 1 said that she saw a white male operator of MV1 and a female passenger. Both the operator and passenger looked behind them and then continued to drive away. it is unknown if the operator was aware that there was a collision. It should be noted that the collision caused a loud yell and bang that multiple people were able to hear. Bike1 did not have any visible damage to his bicycle and declined medical attention. A photograph of MV1 was forwarded to IT to be attached to this report along with a photograph of bike 1.

Reportedly STB June 25 at 1500hrs and June 26 at 0700hrs, an unknown Toyota MV struck a large wooden fence structure and struck a large back up generator behind that fence and left the scene at the Adelaide of Newton Centre grounds at 157 Herrick Rd. A broken Toyota "Koito" taillight or headlamp case (part #SAE AIPP2 97 DOT 60-64) was found in front of the damaged area. Appears unknown MV was parked in an angle marked space in front of generator and either backed up into it or collided head on into it. Damage appears extensive with possible underground conduit damage connected to the generator power source. Eversource notified. No outdoor video. Adelaide staff will update NPD if they become aware of any MV involved. Canvass of the grounds was negative results.

I responded to the area of 2310 Washington St for a two car MVA. I arrived on location and spoke with both operators who were outside their vehicles neither reporting any injury. V1 was stopped on the westbound side of Washington st facing westbound. V2 was stopped along the Eastbound side of Washington St, facing Eastbound. V1; MA REG. 2EPK24, 2020 Toyota, Tacoma PU color gray operated by Mamounas Panagiotis MA OLN#S42813380. V2;MA REG. 3VSB91, 2014 Honda, Accord sedan color black operated by Luckens Aristide MA OLN#S428088556. V1 operator stated both V1 and V2 were traveling westbound on Washington St. V1 operator alleges V2 made a left turn, from the outside lane (double lane) attempting to turn left into 2300-2310 Washington St. V2 crossed directly in front of V1. The V1 operator stated he could not avoid a collision. V1 collided into V2 at an angle causing V2 to spin out, facing eastbound on the eastbound side of Washington St. V2 operator stated he was travelling westbound on Washington St. in the inside lane. V2 operator alleges he slowed with a left turn directional activated and was suddenly rear ended. I observed the damage to both vehicles. I could not determine based on the damage, that I observed, who's account of the crash was consistent with the damage. I advised both operators that i would be documenting both of their accounts of the MVA.
