Narrative:
On 01/03/19 at 07:26 hours, I responded to a two car motor vehicle accident at Boylston Street and Ellis Street with one reported minor injury (headache). Operator of MV # 1 states she was exiting the Boylston Street (RT 9EB) off ramp at Ellis Street when she states that she came to a stop for the stop sign. She then inched out and thought it was clear to proceed straight through and struck MV # 2 on both passenger side doors. Operator also stated that she did not think traffic would be allowed to come from the left of her. She was advised that there is a sign below the stop sign that states that the oncoming traffic does not stop. Operator was issued MA Uniform Citation T1441046 for Ch. 89/9 Stop Sign Violation. MV # 1 sustained front end damage to the entire front but was still driveable and the operator reported no injuries. Operator of MV # 2 states she was operating straight through the Boylston Street overpass (SB) on to Ellis Street when she states that MV # 1 never stopped for the stop sign. MV # 1 then proceeded out and struck her vehicle on the passenger side. MV # 2 sustained moderate damage to both passenger side doors and was towed by Tody's towing. The operator complained of a headache but signed a patient refusal with Cataldo Ambulance One.

Narrative:
On 01/26/19 at 09:58 hours, I responded to a two car motor vehicle accident at Chestnut and Elliot Streets with no reported injuries. Both streets are public ways and maintained by the City of Newton. Operator of M/V # 1 (Quinn) states that she was stopped at the intersection of the above mentioned intersection going (EB) on Elliot Street. Once she received the green light signal she proceeded straight through and was struck by M/V # 2 on her passenger side. The vehicle sustained heavy damage to the passenger side front quarter panel area and it was towed by Tody's towing. Operator of M/V # 2 (Sanaguaray) states that he was operating straight ahead (NB) on Chestnut Street. He states that he thought the signal light was yellow when he proceeded through and does not recall what happened next. The vehicle sustained heavy front end damage and it was towed by Tody's towing. There were two witnesses to the accident. The first one, Karen Cherson, stated that she was traveling behind M/V # 2 when she observed him speeding and run through the red light striking M/V # 1. She said that the light was red by at least two seconds when M/V # 2 went through it. The second witness, John Quackenbush, states he was operating behind M/V # 1 when he observed their travel lane receive the green light signal. M/V # 1 then attempted to proceed through the intersection when it was struck on the passenger side by M/V # 2. Based on the two witness statements, it appears that Sanaguaray (M/V # 2) proceeded straight through the above mentioned intersection against the red light signal and struck M/V # 1. Sanaguaray was also operating a motor vehicle without a license and was issued a MA Uniform Citation # T1441052 for Ch. 89/9 and Ch. 90/10/A. He further stated that he has resided in Massachusetts for five years and was assigned a number of #S19552221 through the MA RMV but it shows no license status.

Narrative:
MV1 was traveling SOUTH on Cherry St through the intersection of Webster St. MV2 was traveling WEST on Webster St through the same intersection. MV2 collided with MV1 inside of the Cherry St/Webster St intersection causing heavy front end damage to MV2 and damage to the rear drivers side wheel and fender. MV1 operator, Leah Wilson, stated that she had a green light and proceeded through the intersection when she was hit by MV2. MV2 operator, Caroline Steiner, and her 12yo daughter (passenger/front seat) Lorelai Steiner, stated that they were proceeding through the green light and observed MV1 going at a high rate of speed through the intersection. No injuries reported. Both vehicles towed by Tody's. MV1 operator, Leah Wilson was issued in hand MA Uniform Citation T1440472 for 89/9 - Red Light/Fail. On scene, I observed debris surrounding the four-way intersection and MV1 laid to rest past the intersection and facing the wrong direction in traffic. The damage to both vehicles was severe and MV1 had air bag deployment. The reporting party was an NPD auxiliary officer who had responded prior to my arrival because he heard the crash from the backyard of the police station which is approximately 350-400ft. Based on my training and experience, I believed Leah Wilson to be traveling through the intersection while failing to yield to the traffic control device.

MV1 was coming down the Rte 9 West off ramp to Chestnut St. Operator was traveling too fast for the snowy road conditions and failed to stop for the stop sign at the bottom of the ramp. A snow storm had started 2 hours prior to the accident and road conditions were slippery. MV1 struck MV2 broadside who was traveling north on Chestnut St with the right of way. MV1 struck MV2 hard enough that MV2 was pushed across the lane and into MV3 that was stopped at the stop sign southbound. According to the operator of MV2, MV1 was traveling "way too fast for conditions" over 30mph. Operator MV1 was cited for 89/9 failed to stop for stop sign and 90/17 speeding too fast for road conditions. Operator was also cited on Citation T1272992 for 90/23 operating after suspended license. Narrative:
On 04/08/2019, at 1620 hrs, I responded to the area of 2040 Commonwealth Ave for a three car MVA with injuries. Upon arrival, I observed all three vehicles facing westbound on Commonwealth Ave. MV1 had heavy front end damage and airbag deployment. MV2 also had heavy front end damage and airbag deployment. MV3 had minor rear end damage. The operator of MV1 was brought to Newton Wellesley Hospital by Cataldo medics. The operator of MV2 stated she was on Pamela Ct attempting to take a left onto Commonwealth Ave. There was heavy traffic headed westbound and a vehicle stopped to let MV2 go. As MV2 was taking a left onto Commonwealth Ave, MV1 was traveling westbound in the eastbound lane around traffic and struck MV2. MV2 then in turn struck MV3s rear end. The operator of MV3 stated that he wasn't sure what occurred because the accident was behind him. The operator of MV1 stated she was traveling westbound on Commonwealth Ave and was planning on taking a left into the Star Market parking lot which was approximately 250 feet down the street. She stated she thought there were two lanes in the westbound direction at that point in the roadway. MV2 then pulled out in front of her and they collided. Two witnesses who were traveling westbound in traffic a few vehicles behind MV3 both stated that MV1 drove erratically into the oncoming lane and around traffic heading westbound. One witness stated "the car was almost completely in the opposite lane" and the other witness agreed. A moment later they stated they heard the crash but did not see it. They also stated that she almost crashed into a car turning eastbound out of the Star Market exit prior to the accident. MV1 and MV2 were towed from the scene by Tody's. The operator of MV2 was brought to Newton Wellesley Hospital by her mother. The operator of MV1 was cited for C90 S23 operating after revoked license, C90 S23 operating after revoked registration, C90 S24 operating to endanger, and C89 S4a marked lanes violation. All aforementioned streets are public ways maintained by the City of Newton.

Narrative:
On Friday 4/12/2019 at approx 2226hrs, while assigned N-494, I responded to the intersection of Washington St and Centre St (public way)for a 2 vehicle MVA. Upon arrival all parties stated they were uninjured. Operator of MV1 stated that he was in the Left Turn Only lane onto Washington St. He immediately stopped when he noticed a car to his left collide with his trailer. Operator of MV2 states that he was also in the Left Turn Only lane onto Washington St. and that MV1 came over from Left Turn/Straight lane on his right. Given that both operators stated that their vehicles had not been moved from where the collision occurred it is evident that MV2 was in the Left Turn Only lane onto I-90 and attempted to change lanes. It should be noted that the crash diagram is accurate to what I observed on scene. Operator of MV2 was cited for marked lanes MGL c89s 4C citation #T1268551 No damage visible to MV1. MV2 had passenger side paint damage.

The operator of MV2 (MA reg 5CG678) stated she was traveling NB on Cherry St approaching the intersection of River St when she struck MV1. Operator of MV2 admitted she ran the red light and stated she zoned out for a minute. Operator of MV2 stated she was unsure if she wanted to turn onto River or continue straight onto Cherry and she ended up driving through the red light. Operator of MV1 was complaining of possibly head injury so I called for an ambulance. ALS 28 arrived on scene to evaluate and ended up transporting Operator of MV1 to NWH. Operator of MV2 stated she was not injured and did not require medical evaluation. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and required tow's. Tody's arrived on scene on towed both vehicles. After MV1 was struck the operator ended up crashing into the retaining wall of the West Parrish Burial Ground. There was significant damage to the fence and wall. Narrative:
On Wednesday, May 22nd 2019, at approximately 6:53am, I, Officer Brooks, responded to Crafts street at Albemarle road for a report of a 2 car MVA. Upon my arrival I spoke with the operator of MV1(MA REG 9MJ713 ), who stated he was traveling northbound on Albemarle road. He stated he stopped at the stop sign at the intersection with Crafts street, and traffic traveling Eastbound on Crafts street stopped to let him cross over Crafts street and continue on Albemarle road. As he proceeded through the stop sign, he was struck on the drivers side front end by MV2(MA REG 7HJ262), which had crossed over the center line of Crafts street traveling Eastbound, passing the cars which had stopped to let MV1 out. MV1 had damage to the drivers side front quarter panel and front bumper. The operator was not injured. I then spoke with the operator of MV2 who stated she was traveling Eastbound on Crafts street, and was attempting to take a left hand turn onto North street, so she was driving in the center lane. The center lane the operator is referring to is actually a left hand turn lane for vehicles traveling Westbound on Crafts street for vehicles who wish to turn onto Albemarle road. There is no right of way in that center lane for vehicles traveling Eastbound. MV2 had damage to the passenger side front quarter panel. The operator was uninjured. The operator of MV2 was issued a citation in hand for 89/4A Marked lanes violation. She notified AAA for a tow. MV1 was towed by Tody's. Both operators were provided the crash report number.

Narrative:
On 07/12/19 at 11:36 hours, I responded to Elliot and Oak Streets for a two car motor vehicle accident with no reported injuries. That intersection has a three way stop sign for all travel lanes. Operator of MV1 states he was traveling eastbound on Elliot Street and stopped for the stop sign at Elliot and Oak Streets. After, he proceeded straight through the intersection and was struck by MV2 on his passenger side rear wheel area. He states that MV2 never stopped for their stop sign and was coming through the intersection from Oak Street. I observed passenger side rear wheel and bumper damage to this vehicle but it was still driveable. Operator of MV2 states that she could not recall exactly what occurred but that she stopped for the stop sign. She could not provide which way she was traveling only stating that she was attempting to turn around and pull over to right side of the road to park. I observed damage to the driver's side front bumper area but the vehicle was still driveable. Based on the debris in the road and damage to the vehicles, it appears that MV2 never stopped for the stop sign on Oak Street (NB) as the other operator was proceeding through. MV2 then angled the vehicle to the right in order to pull over and park on the other side of the road. While doing so, she struck MV1. The operator was issued MA Uniform Citation # T1444918 for a Stop Sign Violation.

Narrative:
On Sunday, March 1st 2020, at approximately 5:38pm, I, Officer Brooks, was dispatched to the intersection of Linwood avenue and Watertown street for a bicyclist struck by a MV. Upon my arrival I spoke with the bicyclist who stated she was traveling westbound on Watertown street, and was in the crosswalk at the intersection of Linwood avenue, when she was struck by MV1(MA REG67FD40), which had been traveling southbound on Linwood avenue. The bicyclist stated that the operator of MV1 did not come to a stop at the stop sign. The bicyclist was complaining of minor leg pain, but signed a patient refusal with Cataldo. The bicyclist was dressed in black pants, and a gray sweater, and was not wearing a helmet. The bicycle sustained damage to the handlebars. At the time of the accident the sun was setting, however the street lights had not yet come on. I then spoke with the operator of MV1 who stated she was traveling southbound on Linwood avenue, and was attempting to turn right onto Watertown street when she struck the bicyclist. The operator stated she never saw the bicyclist before the collision. The front of MV1 sustained minor damage. I was able to speak with a witness to the accident over the phone after clearing the scene. The witness stated that MV1 failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Linwood and Watertown street, and that the bicyclist was already well into the crosswalk at the time of the collision. Officer Howes took pictures of the accident scene that have been submitted to the IT bureau. Based of the witness statements MA Uniform citation T2080576 has been mailed to the operator of MV1 for MGL C.89 S.11 Failing to yield for a pedestrian in a cross walk.

I observed moderate damage to the driver's side front quarter panel area/bumper but the vehicle was still driveable. Operator of M/V# 2 states he was traveling straight ahead northbound on Chestnut Street at Boylston Street. He says that he believes M/V # 1 stopped for the stop sign but was inching out in to the intersection. He says that once she came out he attempted to apply his brakes to no avail and the two made contact. I observed moderate damage to the front passenger side quarter panel/bumper area but the vehicle was still driveable. As a result of the accident and the fact that the operator entered the intersection when it was not clear to proceed, I issued the Operator of M/V# 1 MA Uniform Citation# T2015936 for Ch. 89/9 Failure to Stop for Stop Sign.

Narrative:
On Thursday, November 5th 2020, at approximately 17:45 hours, I, was responding to a call at 1269 Centre St for the report of an attempted larceny. I was travelling northbound on Crescent Ave, when I heard a loud crash behind me on Beacon St. I diverted from that call, and observed a three car accident at the intersection of Beacon at Crescent St, and notified dispatch to send Newton medics. It was determined that vehicle 1 was travelling northbound on Crescent Ave, and drove through the stop sign, without stopping, striking vehicle 2 on the front left of their vehicle. Vehicle 3 was stopped at the stop sign on the other side of Crescent Ave facing southbound. Vehicle 1 spun, and the opposite side of the vehicle struck vehicle 3, on their front right side. Vehicle 2 crashed into the residents fence at 19 Crescent Ave. I observed heavy damage to the right side of vehicle 1, as well as the back left side. Vehicle 2 had heavy damage on the front of the vehicle. Vehicle 3 had heavy damage to the front right of their vehicle. No one was injured, and the Newton medics cleared with refusals. Tody's towed all three vehicles to their lot. Photos were taken of the fence, and were submitted to the It bureau. A Massachusetts Uniform citation was filled out (T2080109) for Ch. 89 S. 9 (failing to stop/stop sign) and given in hand to the operator of vehicle 1.

On Wednesday 1/13/2021 at approx 1802hrs, while assigned to N494, I responded to the intersection of Mandalay Rd and Waverley Ave in Newton(both public ways). Upon arrival MV1 was resting on the sidewalk which damaged a brick wall(11 Clements Rd). Both vehicles involved had their airbags deployed. Operator of MV1 stated she was traveling NB on Waverley Ave. She states she did not see MV2 at all before the crash. Zwick was transported to NWH for neck pain. Operator of MV2 states she was traveling straight ahead and was attempting to cross Waverley Ave. She said she did not see the Stop sign on her side of the intersection. It should be noted that a backhoe was legally parked on Mandalay but would appear to have obstructed motorists from seeing the stop sign. Pictures were taken and submitted to IT. The owner of the brick wall that was damaged was notified. It should be noted that MV2 had an expired registration. Parrilla, operator of MV2, was cited for stop sign violation and operating an expired vehicle.

Narrative:
On Monday May 10th, 2021 at approximately 0825 hours, dispatch sent units to the intersection of Eldredge Street and Vernon Street for a report of a road rage incident involving a crossing guard and a motor vehicle. When units arrived it was determined that the crossing guard who was performing her duties at the time of the incident, was struck by a motor vehicle that left the scene without stopping. I responded to the scene of the accident to conduct an investigation. At the time of the incident the weather was cloudy and the road surface was dry. Eldredge Street and Vernon Street are both public ways owned and maintained by the City of Newton. Upon arrival I spoke with the injured crossing guard inside the ambulance identified as, Margaret Monbouquette. Margaret was being treated by Fallon Medic 3 for leg pain. Margaret stated she was in the middle of the intersection holding her stop sign up as children and adults were actively crossing to get to the Underwood School. Margaret stated she had all three streets stopped when her attention was brought to the vehicle at the stop sign on Eldredge Street on the one way side. Margaret stated it kept inching forward into the intersection attempting to turn left. Margaret stated she still had people crossing at that intersection so she stepped in front of the vehicle and held up the stop sign directly in front of the vehicle and the female driver. Margaret stated she looked at the female driver and stated "No, stop" and that is when the driver started to yell back at her inside her vehicle but she could not make out what she was saying as her window was rolled up. Margaret stated the driver then tried to drive around her and struck her with the front passenger side bumper of the vehicle. She stated she was struck in her hip area which caused her to fall onto the street. Margaret stated the vehicle never stopped and sped up Vernon Street. Margaret described the driver as a slight female with dark hair driving a dark colored SUV. Margaret was able to provide a license plate of MA REG: 1XCS97. A query of the license plate through dispatch was able to provide an address of 74 Charlesbank Rd, Newton. Officers checked this address but got no response at the door and the vehicle was not located. A witness to the incident identified as Alicia Matos left her phone number and I was able to make contact with her over the phone. She stated she was in her motor vehicle stopped at the stop sign on Eldredge St, directly across from the vehicle involved. Alicia stated she was stopped because the crossing guard was in the intersection holding up her stop sign and was actively crossing children and adults. Alicia states she noticed the vehicle across from her kept creeping out into the intersection trying to take the left turn up Vernon Street. She states the crossing guard walked over to that vehicle and told her to stop and saw the female driver start yelling and pointing her hands at her inside the vehicle. Alicia states the crossing guard then backed up and was looking down at the drivers license plate when the driver drove at the crossing guard and struck her with her front passenger side and knocked the crossing guard to the ground. Alicia states the vehicle clearly made contact and did not stop and left the scene turning onto Vernon Street at a high rate of speed. Alicia states several people in the area came to the crossing guards aid and police and medics arrived shortly. Alicia described the driver of the motor vehicle to be a female with dark hair. The principal of the Underwood School, Suzie Talukdar was present after the accident and stated the secretary of the school received a phone call shortly after the incident from a grandparent of the school. The grandparent was identified as Dawn Coleman. Dawn stated her daughter was driving the vehicle involved and was having anxiety over the incident and didn't know what to do. Dawn identified the driver as Chelsey Sullivan (S83874401). I attempted to make contact with Chelsey at her residence of 74 Charlesbank Rd with negative results. The secretary was able to provide phone numbers for Dawn and Chelsey and I responded to the police station to attempt to make contact. While at the police station, I was notified that Chelsey Sullivan was downstairs in the lobby. I met with Chelsey and she stated the following: She was driving MA REG 1XCS97 a black Toyota Rav4 and was stopped at the stop sign on Eldredge Street the one way side. She noticed the crossing guard in the intersection holding up the stop sign but stated there was no one crossing at the time. Chelsey stated she started to inch forward and wanted to turn left onto Vernon Street as she was in a rush. Chelsey stated the crossing guard came right up to her vehicle and started shouting and holding up the stop sign in her hand telling her to stop. Chelsey stated she was yelling back at her stating that the cars behind her were going so she wanted to go too. Chelsey stated when the crossing guard started to walk away from her, she got very anxious and decided to take the left onto Vernon Street. She stated she saw the crossing guard stumble and fall to the ground but at no time did she think she made contact with the crossing guard. Chelsey stated she drove home and called her mother to tell her about the incident. Chelsey stated she wrote an apology letter to the crossing guard and has really bad anxiety and wasn't sure what to do. I advised Chelsey she needs to follow the crossing guards instructions when they are performing their duties no matter if she thinks the road is clear for her to enter/pass. Chelsey stated she understood and was also advised she will be getting a citation and summons in the mail. Chelsey took me to her vehicle where I took several photographs and submitted them to the IT Bureau. No damage was reported or observed. Massachusetts Uniform Citation 997066AA and criminal application was issued and mailed to Chelsey for Chapter 90 section 24 Operating to Endanger and Chapter 90 section 14 Failure to slow near pedestrian.

Narrative:
Centre Street and Church Street are public ways in the City of Newton. The OP. of MV#1 states he was travelling southbound on Centre Street, proceeding through a green light when a vehicle suddenly came out of a side street and collided with him. That vehicle struck the curb and continued down Centre Street without stopping. The OP. of MV#2 states he isn't from around here and was trying to get home to Worcester. He was driving down an unknown roadway when a vehicle suddenly came into his lane and collided with him. There weren't any shoulders on the roadway so he couldn't pull over right away and kept driving until he found a safe area. Witness#1 (Mr. TING) stated he was driving behind MV#1 and they had the green light on Centre Street. MV#2 came out of Church Street and collided into MV#1, then crashed into the curb and continued driving down Centre Street without stopping. Witness#2 (Mr. O'CONNELL) stated he was at the front porch of 150 Church Street when he heard two loud crashes. He observed a motor vehicle accident and a black vehicle kept driving without stopping and the silver vehicle was stopped at the intersection. Witness#3 (Mr. SPENSIERI) stated he was at the front porch of 150 Church Street when he heard two loud crashes before looking over. He observed a motor vehicle accident where another vehicle kept driving away from the scene. He ran after the vehicle that wasn't stopping (MV#2) and was able to follow along because MV#2 was going slowly with blown tires. He followed MV#2 down Centre Street towards Washington St. MV#2 took a right at the intersection and continued down Washington Street before making another right turn onto Park Street. MV#2 finally stopped at Elmwood Street by Park Street where Mr. SPENSIERI phoned it in. The OP. of MV#1 signed a patient refusal with medics. The OP. of MV#2 complained to Sgt. Walton of a head injury and was transported to St. Elizabeth's Hospital. There was a MBTA bus sign knocked over at the accident location. There are multiple parking spots on Centre Street and on Vernon Street that the OP. of MV#2 could have pulled over to be safely out of traffic but he did not. He drove for approx. 0.3 miles on two flat tires before pulling over at Elmwood Street. The OP. of MV#2 was advised that he will be receiving a citation in the mail for his motor vehicle violations.

Narrative:
On 10/21/21 at 15:24 hours, I (Traffic Unit 523) responded to 1479 Washington Street for a motor vehicle accident involving a bicyclist. The weather at the time was seventy three degrees with mostly cloudy skies and some sun(weather.com). The road conditions were dry and Washington Street is a public way maintained by the City of Newton. Washington Street is a two way divided roadway with an unprotected median that runs in a easterly and westerly direction. At this location, there is a marked crosswalk with a walk signal along with traffic signals above in both directions. On arrival, the scene was cleared up and both parties were waiting in the parking lot of the Burke & Blackington Funeral Home at 1479 Washington Street. I spoke to the bicyclist involved who was identified as Rajmattie Thakoordeen. I asked her what occurred and she stated that she was attempting to cross Washington Street in a southerly direction on her electric bicycle. She says that she pushed for the crosswalk signal to activate and once it did she began riding her bicycle when she was suddenly struck by a silver Saab 93. She made it out in to the crosswalk approximately four feet when she was struck by the Saab which was travelling westbound in the right lane of Washington Street. She says that she was struck on the left side of her leg area. She complained of her left leg being sore near her knee area but signed a patient refusal with Fallon Ambulance declining transport. At the time, she was riding a Rad Power Bike Roadrunner 1 Plus that is silver and black in color. It is a Class 2 electric bicycle (750W) that can go up to 20 m.p.h. The only damage it sustained was scrapes to the outside left pedal. Ms. Thakoordeen was wearing black/gray/white pants, yellow reflective jacket, and a black bicycle helmet at the time. Next, I spoke to the operator of the Saab 93 bearing RI registration # FN193. He was identified as Nevan Hanumara with Rhode Island Driver's License # 9960501. He stated that he was travelling westbound on Washington Street in the right travel lane when he came around the curve and noticed the red light signal above in the last second. He says by the time he reacted and attempted to stop he went through the red light and made contact with the bicyclist in the crosswalk. He reported no injuries and no damage to his vehicle. Due to his statement and inattention to the traffic signal, I issued him MA Uniform Citation # 168985AB for Chapter 89/9 Fail to Stop/Yield for the red traffic signal. Digital photos were taken of the scene.

Narrative:
On Thursday 11/18/21 at approximately 834 hours while assigned to marked unit n498 I was dispatched to the intersection of Needham Street and Winchester Street for a report of a minor motor vehicle crash with no injuries. Upon arrival I spoke with detail Officer Colella who states to me he was approached by several motorists stating the operator of the Volkswagon Jetta had raced through the intersection going straight and in doing so went through the red light causing the crash. After speaking with Ofc. Colella I spoke with the operator of the Volkswagon Jetta, PETINOW Vladimir, who states to me he was travelling Westbound on Dedham Street approaching the intersection that was backed up with traffic due to the ongoing construction on Needham Street and Winchester Street. PETINOW states when he was in the intersection the light was green and when it turned red he was stuck in the middle and forced to go through the red light striking Motor Vehicle #1 (Acura MDX). PETINOW stated to me he knew the crash was his fault but didn't know what else to do when he was in the middle of the intersection. After speaking with PETINOW I spoke with the operator of the Acura MDX, ST. VICTOR Roosvelt, who states he was travelling southbound on Winchester Street proceeding through the green light at the intersection when he was struck by the Volkswagon Jetta coming from Dedham Street. After speaking with all parties involved and the statements given to me by Officer Colella and taking into account the manner of the collision which indicated to me the Volkswagon Jetta was not yet in the intersection when the light turned red and he proceeded into the path of the ACURA Mdx who had the green light, hence, the right of way. Due to these circumstances I issued Massachusetts Uniform Citation T2012911 to Vladimir Petinow for violation of C89 S9 Failure To Stop at Red Light.

The operator of MV#1 stated they had a green light as the were traveling southbound on Walnut St. through the intersection of Watertown St. when MV#2 collided into their passenger side. The operator of MV#1's (2) infant children were located within child protection devices in the second row of the vehicle and were reported to be uninjured. The operator of MV#1 and his wife whom was seated in the front seat of the vehicle declined medical attention for themselves and their children. The operator of MV#2 admitted to police he was turning right (southbound) onto Walnut St. from Watertown St. when he collided into the passenger side of MV#1. On 01/27/2022 while working a detail for Feeney Utility Co, Lt Healy called over the air that he had just witnessed a motor vehicle pedestrian accident at his location and that no one was injured. On arrival I spoke to the pedestrian involved, Jinny Lin who stated he was walking northbound on Lowell Ave and was crossing Highland Ave in the marked crosswalk when he was struck by vehicle 1. Lin stated he was more than halfway across the street when he was struck. Lin said he was only bumped by the vehicle and was never knocked over. Lin had already notified his mother, Tina Chan who arrived on scene shortly after. Lin was seen by Fallon medics and signed a patient refusal. I than spoke to the operator of vehicle, Ali Roozbehani1 who stated he was traveling southbound on Lowell Ave and saw that it was blocked off and detoured down Highland Ave due to road construction. Roozbehani said he was slightly blinded due to solar glare as he made a left turn onto Highland Ave and as he did so struck a pedestrian. Roozbehani had no damage to his vehicle and was uninjured. I took several digital images of the scene and submitted them to IT to be attached to this report. Roozbehani was issued MA Uniform Citation #T2016735 for 89/11 pedestrian in a crosswalk.

The operator of Vehicle #2 stated that she was attempting to make a left turn on Eliot St when she collided with Vehicle #1 as he attempted to overtake her vehicle. All parties denied medical attention when it was offered, a Lyft passenger in Vehicle #1 complained of a pain in her side as a result of the collision, but declined medical attention several times. The operator of Vehicle #1 produced a Massachusetts ID, and an expired Florida Driver's License. A routine query could not find an active Driver's License for him. Narrative:
MV1 was stopped in traffic heading WESTBOUND at the Walnut St/Watertown St red light with a few cars in front of him. The eastbound side of Watertown St has one lane that becomes two about 100ft before the red light intersection for a left turn only lane. MV1 was in the rightmost lane planning to continue straight on Watertown St. MV2 was behind MV1 heading WESTBOUND as well and planning to turn left onto Walnut St but the turn only lane wasn't clear yet so MV2 went around MV1, over the double yellow line and into the turn only lane. MV2 sideswiped MV1. MV1 sustained damage to its driver's front side. MV2 sustained damage to its passenger rear side. No injuries and both vehicles were still operable. MV2 operator was issued in hand MV citation for Marked Lanes 89/4A.

Narrative:
On July 4, 2022 at approximately 06:56 hours I, Officer Guarino, responded to the area of Commonwealth Ave at Centre St for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, I observed the fire and medics on scene with a two vehicle motor vehicle crash, one of which was a rollover. MV1 was on the roof of its car in the northbound lane of Centre St. MV2 was in the Eastbound Lane of Commonwealth Ave. I spoke with the operator of MV2, Annika Morris-Kelly who told me that she was traveling Eastbound on Commonwealth Ave when she stopped at the red light. The light turned green and she began to go, as she proceeded, she noticed MV1 traveling southbound on Centre St and tried to stop but crashed into MV1. I spoke with the operator of MV1, Luymar Bezerra, who said that he was traveling southbound on Centre St and did not see the traffic signals due to the trees on the side of the road and continued through the intersection causing the crash. I asked Luymar for his license and registration. He provided me with a passport and a CT registration for his vehicle. Luymar said that he did not have a license on his posession and did not have a valid license within the United States. He said that he had a Portugese driver's license and has been in the country for less than a year. I was unable to confirm this information and issued a criminal complain against Luymar Bezerra on MA Uniform Citation T1447651 for MGL 90/10 Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle. I explained the citation to Bezerra, who said that he understood. All partied involved were seen by medics and signed a patient refusal. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Todys.
