Narrative:
On January 25, 2019 at approximately 17:46 I responded to a motor vehicle hit and run. It was reported that a white pick-up truck crashed into a parked car and left the scene. I checked the area and was unable to find a vehicle matching the description. I responded to the crash location and spoke with the owner of MV1, who was not with his vehicle when it was struck. MV1 was parked legally on the shoulder of by 1743 Beacon St. The vehicle that struck MV1 left the travel lane and struck MV1 in the driver's side rear, causing damage. I spoke with the reporting party, Tim Leary, who heard the crash and saw a white Ford F-150 leaving the scene with damage on front passenger side. Leary did not see the license plate of the truck but thinks it was the 2006-2012 body style. The owner of MV1 was going to arrange for a private tow at a later time.

On 01/28/2019 Karen Griffin came into NPD Headquarters to report the following. Griffin states that on 01/17/2019 her vehicle (V1) was parked in a parking space in the lower parking lot of Wegman's 200 Boylston Street. Griffin states that V1 was backed into a parking stall near the entrance of the parking garage. Griffin states that between 1015 and 1130hrs V1 was stuck by an unknown motor vehicle (V2). V2 left the scene without leaving leaving their information. At the time of the collision V1 was parked and unoccupied. As a result of the impact V1 sustained minor damage to the passenger side front bumper. Griffin states that an employee of Wegman's witnessed the crash and described V2 as a Gray Honda Accord with a possible Maryland Reg JNK824. I conducted an RMV check of V@ registration with negative results. At this time the identity of V2 is unknown. No injuries were reported. Griffin stated she did not report the crash to the police until instructed to do so by her insurance company.

Operator of MV1 (Mass. reg 4458XR) states he was traveling east bound on Commonwealth Ave when he approached the intersection. He states he had a flashing yellow light, slowed down and proceeded through the intersection when he collided with MV2. Operator of MV2 (CT reg. AA22048) states she was traveling north bound on Walnut Street when she approached the intersection. She states her light was solid green and slowed down as she proceeded through the intersection because MV1 was also proceeding through the intersection. MV2 and MV1 collided. When on scene I observed the traffic lights to not be working properly. The north bound traffic lights on Walnut Street were completely out and at times would flash red. The Commonwealth Ave lights were flashing yellow. It appears the cause of the accident is a faulty traffic light. Dagle Electric had to come out to the crash scene to re set the faulty lights.

Narrative:
The operator of MV1 stated she was traveling Westbound on Washington St. at Church St. in the left travel lane and was coming to a stop behind several other cars at the red light. She stated as the light turned green she was struck from behind by MV2. As she proceeded to pull over, MV2 continued to travel Westbound on Washington St. and didn't stop. MV1 sustained minor damage to the right rear and was able to drive away from the scene safely. MV2 came back registered to GOMES, Leonel of 72 High St. Waltham, and dispatch requested Waltham PD respond to check for the vehicle. Waltham PD located the vehicle in the driveway and the registered owner was sitting in the vehicle. An ELMUS, Elmer was on scene to translate for the operator as he only spoke Spanish. Dispatch relayed to me that there was no status found on GOMES' license, and upon speaking to GOMES and ELMUS they confirmed he did not have a license or passport. GOMES relayed to ELMUS that he was aware that he struck MV1 at the intersection of Washington St. at Church St. He stated that the light was green and that he was traveling Westbound on Washington St behind MV1. He attempted to brake and turned his wheel to the right to avoid the crash, but struck MV1 in the right rear. He stated that he thought MV1 was going to leave so he didn't stop and drove back to his residence in Waltham. MV2 sustained minor damage to the front left bumper. All parties involved were uninjured.

He stated he was at a complete stop waiting to turn left on to Commonwealth ave. He stated MV#2 was in the right lane adjasent to his vehicle when it took a sudden left turn on to Commonwealth Ave striking MV#1 in the right rear side oh his vehicle with the front left end of MV#2. He stated MV#2 then continued to drive behind him Eastbound on Commonwealth ave. MV#1 stopped on Read CT to evaluate the damage at which point MV#2 kept driving. MV#1 stated the car traveling behind MV#2 witnessed the incident and gatherd the plate information. The witness was not on scene upon my arrival nor did MV#1 gather their information. Newton Dispatch ran MA Reg 7EW346. The plate came back to a Black Honda Civic 2005 matching MV#1's description of the vehicle. The owner of the Civic was listed out of Brighton. I followed up at 78R Foster St Brighton, Upon arrival I noticed a black Civic matching the plate and description. The Civic had damage to the front end and damage to the back right side. I spoke with owner of the vehicle that stated he had not been driving today and had been at home. He did not know who was operating the vehicle at the time. Speaking with Medina the owner of MV#2 there was a significant language barrier issue. I will not be charging owner of MV#2 due to the vehicle damage not being consistent with MV#1 statements, as well as proof of operation. MV#1 was not towed. Operator of MV#1 stated he did not sustain any injuries at this time. Owner of MV#2 did not have any injuries to him consistent with being in a MV accident.

Narrative:
On Saturday, May 15th 2019, at approximately 12:09am, I, Officer Brooks, responded to a 2 car MVA at the intersection of Parmenter road and Fuller street. Upon my arrival I spoke with the operator of MV1(MA REG 8TA771), who stated he was traveling southbound on Parmenter road when he was struck by MV2(MA COM V23569) which had been traveling eastbound on Fuller street and was attempting to cross Parmenter road. I observed damage to the drivers side front bumper of MV1, in the area of the headlight assembly. I then spoke with the operator of MV2 who stated she was crossing over Parmenter road when MV1 came "flying" towards her and struck her driver's side in the area of the door and front wheel well/quarter panel. There was minor damage to the area, however the driver's side door would not open. The damage to both vehicles was not consistent with how the operators described the accident. Both vehicles had been moved after the accident before my arrival, so I was unable to see how the accident had occurred. Based on the damage, the accident appeared to be a sideswipe going in opposite directions versus the "T bone" style collision the operators gave. There were no injuries in the accident, and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

MV#1 sustained heavy damage to the rear of her MV and her MV was pushed forward a few feet as a result of the crash. Owner is going to arrange for her own tow as it appears that her rear axel is broken. I searched the area for a black PU with front end damage on the passengers side with negative results.

On July 3, 2019 at approximately 00:08 hours I responded to 25 Crosby Rd for a report of a hit and run that had just occured. Upon arrival, I spoke with Nicholas Giamalis who reported that he heard a bang and went outside and observed damage to MV1's left rear bumper. MV1 was parked facing southbound in front of 25 Crosby Rd. Nicholas said that a gray Chevy sedan driving northbound on Crosby Rd towards Commonwealth Ave. Officer Kayla Donahue canvased the area with negative results. Nicholas said that he was the last person to use the vehicle but the vehicle is owned by his father, Stephen Giamalis. Based on the travel direction of the unknown vehicle and the location of the dent, it is likely that MV1 was backed into by an unknown motor vehicle. It does not appear that anyone witnessed the actual crash and there did not appear to be any cameras in the area.
