Operator of vehicle one stated that while driving east bound on Crafts St at Albemarle Rd vehicle two darted out into the path of his vehicle from the south bound lane of Albemarle Rd. Operator of vehicle one stated that he attempted to avoid a crash with vehicle two by applying his vehicle's brakes and swerving to his left. Operator of vehicle one stated that his vehicle's front bumbler made contact with vehicle two's front driver's side fender and bumper. Operator of vehicle one stated that he was not injured his vehicle was not towed. Operator of vehicle two stated that he had stopped at the stop sign in the north bound lane of Albemarle Rd at Crafts St. Operator of vehicle two stated that he saw vehicle one driving east bound on Crafts St and he pulled out into the east bound lane of Crafts St in font of vehicle one believing that he had enough time to cross over Crafts St . Operator of vehicle two stated that vehicle one's front bumper struck his vehicle's front driver's side. Operator of vehicle two stated that he was not injured and his vehicle was not towed. Passenger in vehicle two Zbigniew Saletnik stated that he was not injured and had little recollection of the crash. All Streets are public ways in the city of Newton. I issued operator of vehicle two MA Citation T0340520 and cited him for MLG 89/8 , failure to yield. I took photos of the vehicles and crash area, the disk was downloaded by the NPD's IT bureau.

OPERATOR #1 WAS ON DEDHAM ST, HEADING EASTBOUND AT THE INTERSECTION OF BROOKLINE ST. SHE WAS ATTEMPTING TO TAKE A LEFT HAND TURN ONTO BROOKLINE ST. SHE STATES THAT THE CAR IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF HER STOPPED, AN INDICATION THAT THE DRIVER WAS LETTING HER TAKE A LEFT HAND TURN. SHE TOOK THE LEFT HAND TURN ONTO BROOKLINE ST AND STRUCK VEHICLE #2 AS IT WAS PASSING BY. VEHICLE #2 IN TURN REAR ENDED VEHICLE #3. VEHICLE #3 OPERATOR TRANSPORTED TO FAULKNER HOSPITAL WITH MINOR INJURIES. VEHICLE OPERATOR #1 STATES THAT HER VIEW WAS OBSTRUCTED, AND THAT SHE WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND THE SUN WAS IN HER EYES AND HER VIEW WAS OBSTRUCTED. VEHICLE #2 AND #3 WERE TOWED BY TODYS TOWING OF NEWTON. VEHICLE #1 OPERATOR ISSUED CITATION T0645456 BY MAIL, FOR FAILING TO YIELD TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC.

On Thursday January 10th, 2019 at 0645 hours, I responded to a two car motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries. The first vehicle (Mass Reg # 674AX7, Chev Cobalt, Owned/Operated by Meagan Descovich) was traveling east on Webster St approaching a stop sign. The second vehicle (MassReg # 6CG475, Honda Fit, Owned/Operated by Kathryn Keniston) was traveling north on Cherry St. The first vehicle did not stop at the stop sign and collided into the second vehicle. The operator of the first vehicle admitted it was her fault and she did not see the stop sign. Both vehicles suffered major damage. Todys towed the Chevy Cobalt. Medics did not respond. Both vehicles have insurance.

Oper of veh # 1 stated she was traveling EB on Crafts Street when MV 2 came out of Albemarle Road and she was unable to stop in time before hitting the back half of MV 2. Oper #stated she did not see MV 1 when she stopped at stop sign and decided to proceeded through the intersection. She was then struck by MV 1 in intersection. No Injuries. No tows.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was waiting to exit NWH at the east exit/entrance. When her light turned green she proceeded to enter Washington St and her MV was struck by MV#2, who was traveling south on Washington St. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was traveling south on Washington St approaching NWH and had a green light to proceed thru the intersection at the east exit/entrance. An independent witness stated that she was in a MV directly behind MV#1 at the east exit when she observed their traffic light turn green and both her and MV#1 proceeded into the intersection. The witness then observed MV#2 traveling south on Washington St enter the intersection crashing into MV#1 while their light was still green. Operator #2 cited for a red light violation.

The OP. of MV#1 states while travelling westbound on Commonwealth Ave., MV#2 suddenly came out of the side and they collided together. The OP. of MV#2 states he was on Temple Street waiting to cross Commonwealth Ave to continue on Temple Street. He did not see any oncoming vehicles and drove forward, but collided with MV#1. The OP. of MV#2 only had an El Salvador drivers license that expired in 2009. He states he has lived in the U.S. for a long time and is in the process of getting his legal status from marrying a U.S. citizen. Commonwealth Ave and Temple Street are both public ways in the City of Newton.

At approximately 1630 HRs on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, I was dispatched to the intersection of Washington St. and Stanton Ave. Upon arrival, both parties had pulled into 160 Stanton Ave. and began to exchange paperwork. I spoke with the operator of MV1 (MA Pass: 166AW2), who stated that as she traveled Eastbound on Washington St. she was cut off by MV2, who was attempting to cross over Washington St. and enter Stanton Ave., causing her vehicle to collide with MV2. I spoke with the operator of MV2 (MA Pass: 822EZ4) who stated that she was stopped at the intersection and made a left hand turn in an attempt to enter Stanton Ave Southbound, believing she had enough time to safely do so, it was at this point that her vehicle and MV1 collided. I observed damage to MV1's front right bumper area and damage to MV2's right rear door area. Both parties stated that they were uninjured and I cleared without incident.

Based on observations and statements made, the following occurred I observed. Upon my arrival, I observed M/V#2 stopped in the right land of Ellis St. aprox. 20 feet south of the Rte 9 overpass, and M/V#1 was stopped by the curb, in the left lane, aprox. 40 feet south of the intersection. The operator of M/V#1 stated that he came off Rte. 9, stopped at the stop sign, then turned right (south) on to Ellis St. where M/V#2 collided with it. The operator of M/V#2 stated that she was traveling south on Quinnobiquin Rd, and proceeded through the intersection, when M/V#1 turned right, in front of her, and they collided. I spoke to a male party, who was seated in a car, in a parking area on Ellis St. who stated that he heard the accident, but did not see it.

OPER OF MV#1 STATED THAT HE WAS TRAVELLING SB ON GLEN AVE, WHEN MV#2 EMERGED FROM ELGIN STREET STRIKING HIS MV. OPER OF MV#2 STATED THAT HE WAS STOPPED ON ELGIN STREET (STOP SIGN) AND WHEN HE PULLED OUT ON TO GLEN AVE, HE DID NOT SEE MV#1, AND STRUCK THE MV. BOTH VEHICLES SUSTAINED MINOR FRONT END DAMAGE.

At approximately 1830HRs on Friday, February 1, 2019, I was dispatched to the intersection of Austin St. and Lowell Ave. for a report of an MVA. Upon arrival, I spoke with the operator of MV1 (MA Pass: 4AD259), who stated that she was traveling Northbound on Lowell Ave. when MV2 entered the intersection after stopping at his stop sign and did so when she was too close, which caused her to collide with MV2. I spoke to the operator of MV2 (NH Pass: 3745570), who stated that he was stopped at his stop sign on Austin St. and that he believes MV1 was in his blind spot because he did not see it. Thinking there was no other traffic, he entered the intersection and attempted to continue Eastbound on Austin St., when his vehicle collided with MV1. On scene, I observed that Austin St. is controlled on both the East and West sides of Lowell Ave. by stop signs, while Lowell Ave. has no traffic controls at that intersection. I noted damage to the right fender area and what appeared to be a broken right front axle on MV2. I observed MV1 to have minor damage to its left front bumper area. Both parties stated they were uninjured, MV2 was towed from the scene by Todys Services and I cleared without incident.

Operator of Vehicle #1 stated that she was traveling West on Homer Street. Vehicle #2 exited from Kenwood Ave, crossing over to Pleasant St., and struck Vehicle #1 on the passenger side front. Operator of Vehicle #2 stated that he was crossing over Homer St., from Kenwood Ave, heading south onto Pleasant St. Operator stated that he stopped at the stop sign and proceeded, but did not see Vehicle #1. Vehicle #2 struck Vehicle #1 with its front. Newton FD and Medics responded to the scene. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and were towed from the scene by Tody's Towing. Inventory sheets were completed and filed. No injuries were reported and the medics cleared with refusals.

Thomas Mellino stated that on 02/06/2018 at 12:34 hours he was standing next to the cab of his 2019 Volvo tractor trailer ( IN APP reg 2660662 ) facing west in front of 340 River St. River St is a public way in the city of Newton. Mellino stated that a green box like SUV, possibly a KIA Soul was driving east on River St and passed his truck. It should be noted that Mellino's truck was complexly taking up the entire east bound lane of River St. Mellion stated that as the green vehicle passed by him it stuck on his right wrist. Mellion stated that the green vehicle did not stop and continued to drive east on River St. Mellion stated he believed that the green vehicle registration was MA 774GBI. A check of the MA RMV data base came back with no matching record. Several different combinations of the plate that Mellion gave were entered into the MA RMV data base with negative results. Mellion was evaluated by medics and singed a patient refusal. Several units checked the area with negative results.

On 02/07/2019, while assigned to N494, I, Officer Conary, responded to a MVA at Franklin Street and Waverly Ave. I met with the Operator of MV1 who stated that he was driving Northbound on Waverly Ave when MV2 came into his lane from Franklin Street and hitting him on the left side. Operator of MV2 stated that he was stopped at the stop sign at Franklin Street and proceeded to take a left turn onto Waverly Ave. At this time, MV2 thought MV1 had a stop sign and was going to stop. MV2 hit MV1. There is no stop sign on Waverly Ave at Franklin Street. Operators of each vehicle were offered and declined medical attention. Operator of MV2 was a Lyft driver and was driving three others in the vehicle. Two occupants were offered and accepted medical attention. Both were transported to Newton Wellesley hospital. The other occupant (Paige) declined medical attention. She had a air cast on from a previous injury. MV1 could not be driven from scene. It was parked legally and safely on the side of the road. Operator of MV1 will get a tow later on. MV2 was able to be driven from scene. Operator of MV2 continued to drive Paige home. No further incident to report.

Operator of MV#1 stated she was driving southbound on Lexington St and began to turn left onto River St. She stated she was following her GPS and another car in front of her and did not see MV#2 approaching. She collided with MV#2 in the intersection. MV#1 suffered major damage to the front of the vehicle. Operator of MV#2 stated he was travelling northbound on Lexington St through the green light when MV#1 turned in front of him causing the collision. MV#1 suffered major damage to the front and left side. Both cars were towed by David from Tody's Towing.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was traveling south on Chestnut St approaching Prince St when MV#2 pulled out in front of her from Prince St and crash occurred. Operator #1 stated she had no time to stop. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was traveling west on Prince St and had come to a complete stop at the stop sign at Chestnut St, but did not see MV#1 until it was too late and crash occurred. Operator #2 stated the crash was his fault and he was cited.

OPER OF MV#1 STATED THAT SHE WAS STOPPED (EB) ON GIBBS ST ST, AT THE STOP SIGN, WHEN MV#2 EMERGED FROM SUMNER ST, STRIKING HER VEHICLE. OPER OF MV#2 STATED THAT HE WAS TRAVELLING (NB) ON SUMNER ST, WHEN MV#1 WENT THROUGH THE STOP SIGN ON GIBBS ST, STRIKING HIS VEHICLE. MV#1 WAS TOWED WITH MODERATE FRONT DAMAGE. MV#2 SUSTAINED A FRONT RIGHT FLAT TIRE AND MINOR FRNDER DAMAGE.

OPERATOR #1 STATED SHE WAS GOING S/B ON CRAFT ST WHEN VEHICLE #2 PULLED OUT FROM ALBEMARLE RD INTO THE INTERSECTION CAUSING THE CRASH. OPERATOR #2 WAS STOPPED FACING E/B ON ALBEMARLE RD AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO CROSS THE INTERSECTION TO GET TO THE OTHER SIDE OF ALBEMARLE RD WHEN HE CRASHED INTO VEHICLE #1 IN THE INTERSECTION. OPERATOR #2 FURTHER REPORTED NOT SEEING VEHICLE #1 COMING DOWN CRAFT ST.

The operator of Vehicle #1 stated that he stopped, prior to proceeding through the Stop Sign Southbound at Lewis St, and Newtonville Ave prior to colliding with the bicyclist. The bicyclist stated that he was travelling Westbound on Newtonville Ave prior to colliding with Vehicle #1. Vehicle #1 was cited for a violation of M.G.L. Ch.89/S.9-Stop Sign. It should be noted that the bicyclist was wearing a helmet, and a rear flasher, however wore no other bright, or reflective clothing. All parties declined medical attention. Pictures of the scene were taken by me, and placed in the IT box.

On Wednesday, February 27, 2019 while assigned to Traffic unit N525, I responded to the area of 843 Beacon Street, Newton for a report of a 2 car motor vehicle accident. Beacon Street is a public way maintained by the City of Newton. I spoke with the operator of MV1, Omer Chaudhry (NY: 122909834). Chaudhry stated he as operating his 2015 blue Mazda 3 (NY Reg: GVJ1096) Eastbound on Beacon Street towards Centre Street. Chaudhry stated he observed MV2 exiting a parking spot on his right. As MV2 attempted to merge into traffic it's front driver side crashed into the passenger side of his vehicle. I observed damage along the passenger side of Chaudhry's vehicle from the rear passenger tire to the front passenger bumper area. Chaudhry reported no injuries at this time. I spoke with the operator of MV2, Elizabeth Libert (S75526057). Libert stated she was attempting to pulled out of a marked parking spot (E) on Beacon Street when the front driver side of her 2017 gray Mercedes E400 (MA: 1YT269) crashed into the passenger side of MV1. I observed damage to the front driver side tire area of MV2. Libert reported no injuries at this time. Libert's vehicle was removed from the roadway by Tody's towing. Libert was cited with Massachusetts Uniform Citation T1269154 for Newton City Ordinance Chapter 19, Section 75 (Failure to Use Care).

On 3/5/19, I responded to Crafts St at Albemarle Rd for a motor vehicle accident. The operator of MV1 (NJ Reg: K89JJU) stated that she was travelling eastbound on Crafts St when MV2 suddenly attempted to drive across the street in front of her. MV1 stated that she attempted to brake but could not do so in time. The operator of MV2 (NH Reg: 4253062) stated that she was stopped at the stop sign on Albemarle Rd when she looking right and saw MV1 driving down Crafts St. MV1 stated that she thought she had enough time to make it across the street, but did not, resulting in the accident. Both parties declined medical attention. MV1 sustained moderate front end damage. MV2 sustained moderate passengers side damage. Neither vehicle required a tow. MV2 was issues MA Uniform Citation T1272249, c89/9.

Operator of MV1 states she was driving Northbound on Centre St. She states she was in the right (straight ) lane, going the speed limit. She states MV2 attempted to turn left in front of her, and she was unable to avoid them. She stated MV2 struck her vehicle on the left front side, sending her off the road and into the traffic signal on the northeast side of the roadway. Operator of MV2 states he was driving southbound on Centre St, attempting to turn left onto Walnut St. He stated he did not see MV1 until the least second, because of the cars in the opposite turn lane. He stated he attempted to stop, but believed MV1 was speeding and he did not have time. Witness 1 was directly behind MV2. He stated it looked like MV2 was attempting to turn left in front of him. He stated MV1 did not appear to be speeding, and that MV2 turned into MV1. He stated he did not think the two cars could see each other until the last second. Witness 2 was in the opposite turn lane. She also stated it appeared MV1 was driving the proper speed, and MV2 turned into MV1. MV1 was towed by Tody's. MV2 was moved off to the side on Walnut St to wait for AAA. 2 parties from MV2 were transported to NWH with minor injuries. Operator of MV2 was given in hand MA citation# T1441667 for 89/8, Fail to yield while turning left. A traffic signal was taken down, and Dagle electric was notified to respond. All other lights were functioning properly. 4 photos were taken of the damage.

The operator of MV#1 stated she was travelling southbound on Centre St and made a right turn onto the on ramp of Boylston St westbound when MV#2 cut her off making contact with her front bumper. MV#1 sustained minor non visible damages to its front center bumper. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#1. The operator of MV#2 stated she was travelling northbound on Centre St and made a left turn onto the Boylston St on ramp westbound when MV#1 struck her from behind. The operator of MV#2 stated she then pulled over to the side of the road to exchange information when MV#1 struck her a second time from behind. MV#2 sustained minor damages to its rear right side bumper. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#2. The rear passenger of MV#2 was evaluated by Newton Paramedics and the operator of MV#2 signed a refusal of treatment.

Operator of MV1 states she was traveling eastbound on Washington Street approaching the intersection at Walnut Street. Operator of MV1 states the traffic light was green and when she entered the intersection she was struck by MV2 who was taking a left turn from Washington Street westbound onto Walnut Street southbound. MV1 sustained minor damage to the front right bumper. Operator of MV2 states she was traveling westbound on Washington Street approaching the intersection at Walnut Street. Operator of MV2 states she was in the left turn/straight traffic lane when she attempted to take a left turn onto Walnut Street traveling southbound when MV1 struck MV2 in the right rear corner panel. Operator of MV2 states she didn't have the green arrow light, yet had the steady green traffic light. MV2 sustained damage to the right rear corner panel/tire and needed to be towed. It should be noted when the traffic light turns green facing westbound on Washington Street, it gives drivers in the left turn/straight traffic lane the opportunity to take a left onto Walnut Street or travel straight on Washington Street before traffic can flow on Washington Street eastbound. This is displayed by a green arrow light and steady green light. Due to my investigation, I cited the operator of MV2 in hand Massachusetts Uniform Citation #T1441446 for MGL Ch. 90 Sec. 14 Fail to yield right of way when turning

On 03/07/19 at 08:29 hours, I responded to a two car motor vehicle accident at Needham & Oak Streets. The operator of M/V # 1 states she blacked out upon impact of the accident. She was immediately transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital by Cataldo Ambulance for a possible head injury. After at the hospital, Operator of M/V # 1 states she was traveling straight ahead (WB) on Needham Street at Oak Street with the green light signal in front of her. As she approached the intersection, M/V # 2 suddenly attempted a left turn from the opposite side of the road and she was not able to stop in time. M/V # 1 sustained passenger front end damage and the vehicle was towed by Tody's as the operator was transported to the hospital. Operator of M/V # 2 states she was in the left turn lane on Needham Street facing eastbound attempting to take a left turn on to Oak Street. She states that she thought it was clear to proceed and M/V # 1 came out of no where and struck her on her rear passenger side. At first, the operator told me the signal light was green and then after stated that the light was changing to red when she was proceeding through. The vehicle sustained rear passenger side rear wheel and axel damage and it was towed by Tody's. Based on both operator statements, it appears that the operator of M/V # 2 did not yield the right of way and attempted to turn left when it was not clear to proceed. The operator was issued and mailed MA Uniform Citation # T1441703 for Ch. 89/8.

On 3/10/2019(cid:31) at approx 1118hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the intersection of Chestnut St and Amherst Rd for a report of a two car crash. upon arrival both vehicles were up on the curb at the northeast corner of Chestnut St and Amherst Rd. I spoke with the operator of Ma Reg 4BC783, UNSITAHARUTAI,Saifoun who stated she was travelling EB on Chestnut St when the operator of Ma Reg 5ES474, CANJURA, Iris cut across in front of her causing collision. Saifoun stated her father UNSITAHARUTAI, Somchai was in the front passenger seat and now complaining of neck pain. Saifouns mother , UNSITAHARTAI, Saipan was in the rear passenger seat and had no injuries. Please note Saipans only DOB is the year 1952, I added January 1St for report validation purposes.I spoke with Iris who stated she was crossing Chestnut St from Tamworth St to Amherst Rd when she saw Saifoun "going really fast". Iris and Samchai were transported to NWH by Cataldo Ambulance. Todys towed both MVs.

On March 10, 2019 at approximately 15:54 hours I responded to 18 Station Ave for a motor vehicle crash. Operator of MV1 said he was pulling out of a parking space on Station Ave and struck the side of MV2. There was no visible damage on MV1. MV1 admitted fault as MV2 had the right of way.

OPER OF MV#1 STATED THAT SHE WAS TRAVELLING (WB) ON DEDHAM ST, WHEN MV#2 PULLED OUT OF GREENWOOD ST, AND STRUCK HER VEHICLE. OPER OF MV#2 STATED THAT HE DID NOT SEE AN APPROACHING MV#1, AND PULLED OUT FROM GREENWOOD ST ON TO DEDHAM ST. MV #2 AND MV# 1 THEN COLLIDED. OPER OF MV#2 WAS CITED FOR 89/9 FAIL TO COMPLY WITH A STOP SIGN.

OPER OF MV#1 STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELLING ON BEACON ST (EB), MV#2 EMERGED FROM GLEN AVE STRIKING HER VEHICLE. OPER OF MV#2 STATED THAT SHE WAS STOPPED ON GLEN AVE AT BEACON ST. OPER OF MV#2 STATED THAT SHE DID NO NOT SEE AN ONCOMING MV#1 AND PULLED OUT OF GLEN AVE, STRIKING MV#1. BOTH VEHICLES TOWED FROM THE SCENE WITH HEAVY FRONT/SIDE DAMAGE. OPER OF MV#2 WAS CITED FOR MGL 89/9 FAIL TO STOP AND PROCEED SAFELY.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was traveling east on Commonwealth Ave in the left hand lane when MV#2 emerged from parking area at #2102 Comm Ave into her travel lane and crash occurred. MV#2 was attempting to make a left hand turn onto Comm Ave west bound. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was attempting to exit the parking area at #2102 Comm Ave when the traffic in the right hand lane on Comm Ave east bound had stopped to allow him to enter. MV#2 the entered the left hand lane of Comm Ave east bound and crash occurred with MV#1. No injuries, air bags deployed in MV#1 and both MV's towed by Tody's.

On Sunday 3/17/19 at approximately 1606 while assigned to marked unit n499 I was dispatched to the area of 89 Wiswall Rd. for a report of a two car motor vehicle crash with no injuries. Upon arrival I spoke with WONG Cheung, the operator of motor vehicle #1. WONG states that he was traveling southbound on Wiswall Rd. from Dedham Street when he was attempting to pull into his driveway at 89 Wiswall Rd. WONG further states that as he attempted to turn Motor vehicle #2 passed him on the inside causing him to strike motor vehicle#2 on the drivers side. WONG stated to me that he used his right turning signal. Operator of motor vehicle#2, CAI Wei, states that he was traveling behind motor vehicle#1 and he thought that motor vehicle #1 was taking a left into 88 Wiswall Rd. He states that Motor vehicle #1 made movement to the left toward the center yellow double line as if he was turning left so he attempted to pass motor vehicle#1 when it suddenly turned right into 89 Wiswall Rd. causing him to strike the front passenger side of the motor vehicle. CAI states that motor vehicle #1 never used a turn signal.

On 3/19/19 I was working N504 when I responded to Lewis St. at Newtonville ave for a report of a two car accident with a child on board. Upon arrival I met with Gabrielle Sichel ( the operator of VEH 2) and Megan Predina ( the operator of VEH 1) along with her daughter who was also in the vehicle Joni Predina. The medics responded for an evaluation as a precaution even thought all parties stated they did not need medical attention. I spoke with Predina first who stated she was traveling northbound on Lewis St. when she entered the intersection of Newtonville ave she collided with VEH 2. Predina stated she did not see VEH 2 coming. I spoke with Gabrielle Sichel who stated she was traveling eastbound on Newtonville Ave when VEH 1 exited northbound from Lewis St. colliding with her. All parties were provided with an accident report number. All parties stated they were uninjured. Both vehicles were driven away from the scene.

OPERATOR #1, UPS TRUCK DRIVER REPORTS GOING S/B ON CENTRE ST WHEN VEHICLE #2 ENTERED OUT INTO THE INTERSECTION FROM BELLEVUE ST CATCHING HIS REAR PASSENGER SIDE BUMPER. OPERATOR #2 STATED HE WAS STOPPED E/B ON BELLEVUE ST@ CENTRE ST. HE THEN ATTEMPTED TO TURN LEFT, N/B ONTO CENTRE ST WHEN HE STRUCK A USP TRUCK AS IT WAS PASSING BY HIM. OPERATOR FURTHER REPORTED NOT SEEING THE TRUCK COMING PRIOR TO THE CRASH.

Operator of MV1 (Ma reg CHE1) stated he was traveling SB on Centre Street approaching the intersection of Beacon St when his vehicle was struck on the driver's side door. Operator of MV1 stated he was in the second line when a MV from the left side entered into his lane hitting his running board. Operator of MV1 stated he never saw this vehicle attempting to enter into his lane. Operator of MV2 (Ma reg 6pw879) stated she was traveling SB on Centre Street approaching the intersection of Beacon St when she attempted to enter into the adjacent lane. Operator of MV2 stated she put on her right blinker and attempted to enter the lane to the left. Operator of MV2 front passenger side bumper struck MV1's driver's side running board. There was very minor damage to the running board on MV1. MV2 had more significant damage to the front bumper area. Both parties stated they were not injured at this time. Both vehicles were able to operate without any incidents.

OPERATOR #1 STATED SHE WAS GOING E/B ON CALIFORNIA ST WHEN VEHICLE #2 PULLED OUT FROM ADAMS ST N/B AND CAUSED THE CRASH. OPERATOR #2 STATED SHE WAS STOPPED N/B ON ADAMS ST. OPERATOR LOOKED BOTH WAYS NEVER SAW VEHICLE #1 COMING. SHE THEN PROCEEDED SLOWLY INTO THE INTERSECTION WHEN SHE WAS STRUCK BY VEHICLE #1.

Operator 1 states she was traveling Eastbound on Hammond St when vehicle 2 pulled out of Hammondswood Rd and struck vehicle 1. Operator 2 states she stopped at the stop sign on Hammondswood Rd. Operator two made sure both ways were clear and then pulled out of Hammondswood. Vehicle 1 was traveling at a high rate of speed and struck vehicle 2. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and vehicle 2 was towed by Tody's. Operator 1 complained of back pain; but, refused medical attention. Operator 2 was not injured. Operator 2's license was suspended and she was issued citation #T0646633 for 89/9 failure to comply stop sign, 90/23/D operating on a suspended license, and 90/23 Unregistered M/V.

On Wednesday, April 10th 2019, at approximately 5:31pm, I, Officer Brooks, responded to Crafts St street at Albemarle road, for a report of a 2 car MVA with injuries. Upon my arrival I spoke with the operator of MV1 (MA REG 61MS57), who stated he was traveling southbound on Albemarle road. He stated he stopped at the stop sign at the intersection with Crafts street, and then proceeded over Crafts street down Albemarle road. The operator stated he was struck by MV2 as he was crossing Crafts street. MV1 sustained heavy damage to the passenger side front end and wheel well area. The operator of MV1 was not injured. I then spoke with the operator of MV2(MA REG 11809), who stated she was traveling eastbound on Crafts street, when MV1 pulled out in front of her. She was not able to stop and her vehicle struck MV1 in the middle of the intersection. MV2 had damage to the front end. The operator of MV2 was complaining of pain in her head from striking the steering wheel. A witness to the accident stated he was stopped behind MV1 at the intersection of Albemarle road and Crafts street. He stated that MV1 accelerated across the intersection without yielding to MV2, and that there was no time for MV2 to stop safely. Both vehicles were towed due to the damage. The operator of MV1 was issued in hand MA Uniform Citation T1442386 for 89/9 Failure to safely proceed after stopping. The operator of MV2 was transported by Cataldo to NWH.

On Thursday, April 11, 2019 while assigned to Traffic unit N525, I responded to the area of 1302 Washington Street, Newton for a report of a motor vehicle accident. The weather at the time of the accident was clear and sunny. The road surface was dry. Washington Street is a public way maintained by the City of Newton. The operator of MV1, Jacqueline Dupre (S29256883), stated she was parked in front of 1302 Washington Street (E) in her 2018 Honda CRV (MA: 5054RF). Dupre stated she was attempting to exit her street parking spot and did not see any vehicles traveling towards her as she entered Washington Street. Dupre stated MV2's passenger side hit her front driver side area as she was attempting to enter the lane. I observed minor damage to the front driver side quarter panel/headlight area. Dupre reported no injuries at this time. The operator of MV2, Donnell Stoute (S53698210), stated he was operating a 2017 Porsche Macan (MA: 7ZC447) East on Washington Street. Stoute stated as he was traveling by 1302 Washington Street, MV1 pulled out of her parking spot and hit the passenger side of the vehicle he was operating. I observed moderate damage to the passenger side of MV2. Stoute reported no injuries at this time.

Operator of MV1 (ma reg 85CD87) stated he was traveling EB on Washington Street in the left lane when he was struck from a motor vehicle attempting to turn onto the WB side of Washington Street. Operator of MV1 stated he was traveling straight on Washington Street when a motor vehicle attempted to cross over Washington Street from the RT 95 exit ramp. MV1 was struck on the passenger's side door. Operator of MV2 stated she was stopped on the exit ramp of RT 95 and Washington Street attempting to turn left onto Washington Street. Operator of MV2 stated the first lane of traffic on the EB side of Washington Street was stopped when she edged out. Operator of MV2 stated she thought the other lane was clear when she attempted to turn left onto Washington Street. Operator of MV2 stated that as she started to enter into the second lane MV1 was approaching and her front bumper struck his passenger side door. Both drivers stated they were not injured and required no medical treatment at this time. Both vehicles suffered damage but were able to drive away from the scene without any issues.

The owner of MV#1 states that he returned to his unoccupied MV to find a note from a witness stating they observed another MV strike his MV while they were attempting to park in the parking spot to the left of MV#1. Witness identified MV#2 as Ma Reg 1705XY, a Honda CRV. Witness states he observed an older W/M operating Ma. Reg. 1705XY (MV#2) attempt to park in a parking spot while striking MV#1 and then quickly exit the spot. Witness feels confident operator of MV#2 knew he struck MV#1. I then spoke with operator/owner of MV#2 who admitted he was operating MV#2 during minor crash, but didn't think it was significant so he left the area. Operator #2 cited for leaving the scene of a MV crash.

Operator of vehicle 1 stated she was traveling eastbound on Franklin St and came to a stop at the stop sign at Waverly Ave. She then proceeded forward across Waverly Ave and was struck on the drivers side by vehicle 2. Operator of vehicle 2 stated he was traveling southbound on Waverly Ave when vehicle 2 pulled out of Franklin St and he struck its drivers side. Operator of vehicle 2 was transported to St Elizabeth by Cataldo Ambulance with minor injuries and his vehicle was picked up by his daughter. No injuries were reported by vehicle 1 and no tow was required.

OPERATOR #1 FURTHER STATED BEFORE EXITING OUT ONTO WASHINGTON ST HIS ATTENTION WAS DRAWN TO THE OPERATOR OF VEHICLE #3 WHOM HE RECOGNIZED AS A TEACHER AT HIS SONS DAY CARE. SHE WAS STOPPED W/B ON WASHINGTON ST WAITING FOR HIM TO PULL OUT BEFORE TURNING INTO THE DAY CARE. OPERATOR #1 WITH TRAFFIC STOPPED W/B ON WASHINGTON ST PROCEEDED OUT FORGETTING TO LOOK BACK TO HIS LEFT(E/B) WHERE VEHICLE #2 WAS COMING FROM. HE THEN CRASHED INTO VEHICLE #2 AS HE ENTERED OUT INTO THE STREET. OPERATOR#2 STATED HE WAS TRAVELLING E/B ON WASHINGTON ST WHEN VEHICLE #1 PULLED OUT FROM THE PARKING LOT TO #2330 WASHINGTON ST CRASHING INTO HIS VEHICLE. THE IMPACT SENT HIS VEHICLE INTO VEHICLE #3 WHO WAS STOPPED W/B ON WASHINGTON ST WAITING TO TURN INTO THE DAY CARE CENTER. OPERATOR #3 STATED SHE WAS STOPPED W/B ON WASHINGTON ST WAITING TO MAKE LEFT TURN INTO HER WORK PLACE, ARTISON CHILD DAY CARE, #2330 WASHINGTON ST WHEN VEHICLE #2 CRASHED INTO HER VEHICLE AFTER FIRST BEING HIT BY VEHICLE #1.

OPERATOR #1 REPORTS SHE WAS GOING N/B ON CRAFT ST WHEN VEHICLE #2 EXITED OUT FROM THE PARKING LOT OF WHOLE FOODS CRASHING INTO HER VEHICLE. OPERATOR #2 REPORTS SHE WAS ATTEMPTING TO EXIT ON CRAFT ST FROM THE PARKING LOT OF WHOLE FOODS AFTER FIRST LOOKING BOTH WAYS BUT STRUCK VEHICLE #1 ON CRAFT ST. SHE FURTHER STATED SHE NEVER SAW VEHICLE #1 COMING N/B PRIOR TO THE CRASH.

Mv#1 operator was travelling on the Boylston St W/B off ramp at the Chestnut St intersection. #1 front seat passenger spoke for #1 operator who spoke limited English. #1 passenger stated #1 operator came to a stop at the posted stop sign, prior to attempting to cut straight across the intersection further W/B on the ramp. After stopping, #1 proceeded straight ahead into the intersection and collided with Mv#2 which was travelling straight ahead on Chestnut St. #1 driver's side front struck #2 passenger side front. No injuries. #1 appeared to sustain moderate damage and did not require towing. #2 stated he was travelling straight ahead on Chestnut St N/B (right of way). #2 stated he was travelling at a low speed. #2 stated when he arrived at the off ramp intersection, #1 drove out straight ahead from his right and crashed into his passenger side front. No injuries. #2 appeared to sustain moderate damage, was leaking fluids and required towing. Tody's towed #2 to their storage yard without incident. Witness was walking on the Chestnut St sidewalk. Witness stated he observed #1 edging out (stop and go fashion) into the intersection before he observed #1 fully proceed forward colliding with #2.

OPERATOR #1 STATED HE WAS EXITING THE MASS PIKE E/B@ EXIT 17 AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE INTO A LEFT LANE ON CENTRE AVE WHEN HIS CAR CAUGHT THE TRAILER OF A CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE(#2) WHO WAS CHANGING INTO THE LANE VEHICLE #1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO LEAVE. OPERATOR #2 STATED HE WAS COMING OVER THE WASHINGTON ST BRIDGE TO THE MASS PIKE WHEN HE PUT SIGNAL ON TO ENTER THE FAR RIGHT LANE OF CENTRE AVE WHICH IS THE LANE FOR RIGHT TURN ONLY FOR S/B TRAFFIC ONTO CENTRE ST, WHEN VEHICLE #1 CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS TRUCKS ATTACHED TRAILER. VEHICLE #1 SUSTAINED HEAVY FRONT END DAMAGE. TRAILER OF VEHICLE #2 HAD VERY LITTLE DAMAGE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND VEHICLE #1 WAS TOWED BY TRIPLE A.

On May 3, 2019 at approximately 18:18 I responded to a motor vehicle crash on Beacon St at the intersection of Hammond Pond Pkwy. It was reported that a school bus was involved with no passengers on board. Upon arrival, both vehicles were pulled over on the westbound lane of Beacon St. Both vehicles were turning left onto Beacon St. from Hammond Pond Pkwy, which has two left turn only lanes. MV1 was in the left lane, and MV2 was in the right. MV1 attempted to merge with MV2 on Beacon St. but misjudged the turn and drove into MV2's driver's side. MV2 was a school bus contracted by the City of Newton with no passengers on board. Photographs were taken and submitted to IT to be attached to this report. No reported injuries.

Vehicle #1 stated they were traveling east bound on Beacon St. and was attempting to continue through the intersection of Langley Rd. with a green light. Vehicle #1 stated he was struck on the right side by Vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 stated they were pulling out of 780 Beacon St. and was attempting to turn left. When turning they saw Vehicle #1 drive by and was un able to stop in time and struck Vehicle #1 in the side passenger door. Vehicle #1 had moderate damage to the right side of the vehicle and was able to be driven away. Vehicle #2 had moderate damage to the front of the vehicle and was able to be driven away. Both operators were asked if they were injured which they stated they were not hurt and refused any medical evaluation.

The operator of MV#1 stated he was stopped in traffic east bound on Commonwealth Ave(#1778) when MV#2 rear ended his MV. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was also traveling east on Commonwealth Ave directly behind MV#1. Operator stated she is not familiar with MV#2 and attempted to stop MV but that brake didn't respond as quickly as she expected it to. MV#2 then rear ended MV#1. No injuries and MV#2 was towed by Todys.

Operator 1 stated he was stopped at the red light Northbound on Langley Rd. at the intersection of Beacon St. When the light turned green he proceeded forward and vehicle 2 pulled out of a metered spot striking vehicle 1. Operator 2 stated that she was parked facing Northbound on Langley Rd. Operator 2 thought vehicle 1 was letting her pull out of her spot. She proceeded forward into the travel lane and the two vehicles collided. 2 witnesses to the accident stated that vehicle 2 pulled out of the spot while vehicle 1 proceeded forward. Both witnesses believe that due to the height of the truck vehicle 1 couldn't see vehicle 2 pulling out. Vehicle 1 sustained minor damage, vehicle 2 sustained moderate damage, there were no tows. There were no injuries.

On Wednesday, May 29, 2019 while assigned to Traffic unit N525, I responded to the area of Centre Street and Washington Street, Newton for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a school bus. The weather at the time of the crash was overcast and the road surface was dry. Centre Street and Washington Street are both public ways maintained by the City of Newton. The operator of MV1, Norma Cedeno (S60008138), stated she was operating a 2016 Dodge Caravan (MA SPN: 104893) around the Washington Street/Centre Street rotary. Cedeno stated as she was traveling in the left turn lane on Centre Street, she attempted to travel straight (N) through the intersection at Washington Street towards 255 Washington Street. Cedeno stated the front passenger side of her vehicle crashed into the driver side of MV2. MV2 was attempted to continue left around the rotary and was located on the passenger side of her vehicle. Cedeno reported no injuries. I observed minor damage to the front passenger side tire area of MV1. Cendeno's passenger, Cristina Velez (S04276767), reported not injuries. The operator of MV2, Mary Sanker (S62890912), stated she was operating her 2016 BMW 328XI around the Washington Street/Centre Street rotary. Sanker stated as she was continuing through the rotary in her lane, the vehicle traveling in the lane to her left (MV2) entered her travel lane in an attempt to travel straight towards 255 Washington Street and crashed into the driver side of her vehicle. I observed moderate damage to the front and rear driver side doors of MV1. Sanker reported no injuries. The operator of MV1 was cited for Newton City Ordinance Chapter 19, Section 75 (Failure to Use Care)

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was stopped east bound in the area of #1508 Washington St in heavy stop & go traffic when her MV was rear ended by MV#2. The operator of MV#2 stated she was also traveling east on Washington St directly behind MV#1 when her MV rear ended MV#1. Operator #2 stated that she believes her MV insurance has been canceled, but a check through the RMV indicated it was presently active with Esurance.

The operator of MV#1 stated that he was traveling north on Washington St in front of the NWH west entrance/exit when MV#2, who was exiting NWH struck his MV. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was stopped at the NWH west exit/entrance and attempting to enter Washington St. Operator of MV#2 stated she thought it was safe to enter Washington St when crash occurred with MV#1. No injuries, no tows.

The operator of MV#1 stated that he was traveling southbound on Parmenter Rd when MV#2 crashed into his MV from Elsworth Rd. The operator of MV#2 stated that she stopped at the stop sign on Elsworth Rd at Parmenter Rd, though the roadway was clear and proceeded into the intersection striking MV#1. No injuries, no tows.

OPERATOR #1 STATED HE WAS GOING S/B ON ADAMS ST WHEN VEHICLE #2 PULLED OUT FROM CHANDLER ST CRASHING INTO HIS VEHICLE IN THE INTERSECTION. OPERATOR #2 STATED HE WAS STOPPED W/B ON CHANDLER ST AND LOOKED BOTH WAYS FOR ANY ONCOMING TRAFFIC ON ADAMS ST. OPERATOR#2 THEN STATED AFTER NOT SEEING ANY ONCOMING VEHICLES PROCEEDED OUT INTO THE INTERSECTION HITTING VEHICLE #1.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was stopped in the intersection on Grove St (north) at Central St attempting to make a left hand turn when her MV was rear ended from behind. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was also on Grove St directly behind MV#1 and observed that she was attempting to make a left hand turn, but states he misjudged her turn and rear ended her MV. Operator of MV#1 transported to the hospital for minor injuries and her MV was towed by Tody's.

OPERATOR#1 STATED HE WAS GOING E/B ON CENTRE AVE AND WAS CHANGING LANES WHEN HIS VEHICLES DRIVERS SIDE MIRROR STRUCK VEHICLE #2 AS HE ENTERED THE LANE VEHICLE #2 WAS IN. OPERATOR#1 FURTHER STATED HE LOOKED PRIOR TO CHANGING LANES AND NEVER SAW VEHICLE #2 COMING. OPERATOR #2 STATED SHE WAS GOING E/B ON CENTRE AVE HEADING TOWARDS THE MASS PIKE EAST WHEN VEHICLE #1 ENTERED HER LANE STRIKING HER VEHICLE.

On Thursday, June 6, 2019 while assigned to Traffic unit N525, I responded to the intersection of Waverly Avenue and Franklin Street for a report of an accident involving a City of Newton school bus. The weather at the time of the accident was clear and sunny. The road surface was dry. Waverly Avenue and Franklin Street are both public ways maintained by the City of Newton. The operator of MV1, Dorothy Wensink (S40227061), stated she was operating her 2010 Toyota Prius (MA: 538EV6) Eastbound on Franklin Street towards Waverly Avenue. Wensink stated she came to a stop at the stop sign on Franklin Street (E) at Waverly Avenue. Wensink stated as she began to travel through the intersection, a school bus traveling on Waverly Avenue (S) crashed into the rear driver side door area of her vehicle. Wensink reported no injuries on scene. I observed moderate damage to the rear driver side area of MV1. Wensink was able to driver her vehicle away from the scene. MV2 was a City of Newton contracted yellow school bus (MA BUN: 39173) transporting students attending the Ward Elementary School. The bus was returning to the Ward School from a field trip. The operator of MV2, Antonio Goncalves (S54275856), stated he was operating the school bus Southbound on Waverly Avenue towards Franklin Street. Goncalves stated MV1 abruptly accelerated across the intersection from Franklin Street. Goncalves stated he was unable to avoid making contact with MV1 and crashed into the rear driver side of the vehicle. I observed minor damage to the front middle and passenger side bumper area of MV2. The following Ward Elementary School student, teachers, and parents were traveling on the school bus at the time of the accident and reported no injuries. Students: Avishai Arbili, Eleanor Chen, Maeve Donovan, Esat Efendigil, Mark Elentuck, Julian Ismay, Rhea Khanna, Griffin Kirby, Ori Layani, Priscilla Le-Ngo, Callum McLaughlin, Carolina Muniz, Emily Ney, Hrithik Ponduru, Levi Rosenberg Van Gameren, Zachary Schwarzberg, Ava Smoller, Matthew Somers, Lillian Welford, William Balerna, Alexandra Bogdanova, Randi Green, Christopher Iatrou Johnson, Charlotte Nichols, Henry Pozen, Sofia Shadah Alcalde, and Zoey Steinberg. Teachers: Katherine Goldman and Lauren Ludman. Parents: Enrique Shadah, Brian Rosenberg and Xinxin Wang. The Principal of the Ward Elementary School, Becca Brogadir, responded to the crash scene and signed a patient refusal for all of the students with Newton Medics. The students, teachers, and parents, then walked back to the Ward Elementary School with Principal Brogadir. The school bus was able to drive away from the scene. Once the students arrived at the Ward Elementary School, the nursing staff there evaluated each child before they could return to class. The school staff stated they would make notifications to the parents of the children involved in the accident. After speaking with all parties involved, the operator of MV1 was cited in hand for Newton City Ordinance Chapter 19, Section 75 (Failure to Use Care). Pictures were taken of both vehicles and submitted to the IT Bureau.

The operator of MV#1 stated she was travelling southbound on Chestnut St and had stopped at the intersection of Boylston St and observed MV#2 stopped at the stop sign. The operator of MV#1 stated she then proceeded to move forward when MV#2 struck her. MV#1 sustained heavy damages to its front right side. The operator of MV#1 stated she was not injured but felt something "not right inside". She refused medical attention and was picked up by her husband. The operator of MV#2 stated she was travelling eastbound on Boylston St and had stopped for the stop sign at the intersection of Chestnut St. The operator of MV#2 stated she thought it was a 4 way stop sign and proceeded to move forward when she made contact with MV#1. MV#2 sustained heavy damages to its front left side. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#2. Witness #1 stated she was walking on Boylston St and observed MV#2 stopped at the stop sign on Boylston St. Witness #1 stated she observed MV#2 proceed to move forward and made contact with MV#1. Witness #2 stated she was travelling northbound on Chestnut St and stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of Boylston St. She observed MV#2 stopped at the stop sign then proceeded to move forward making contact with MV#1. Both vehicles were towed by Tody's Towing. The operator of MV#1 was picked up by her husband and the operator of MV#2 was transported to Police Headquarters by Witness #2 to be picked up by her friend.

The OP. of MV#1 states he was travelling eastbound on Beacon Street. As he was entering the intersection of Chestnut Street, MV#2 on the oncoming lane suddenly made a left turn in front of his path causing a collision. He pulled over and couldn't find MV#2 anywhere around. He describes MV#2 as a black pick-up truck. The OP. of MV#1 is a dog walker and there were 6 dogs inside the vehicle during the accident. He states the dogs appear fine and the collision wasn't a large impact. Witness #1 states he was the first car stopped on Chestnut Street waiting for the traffic light to turn green. He witnessed MV#2 cut in front of MV#1 and cause a collision. MV#2 then continued driving down Chestnut Street southbound and didn't stop. When they were all stopped at a traffic light for Chestnut Street and Woodward Rd., Witness#1 took down the plate of MV#2 as L92280 and described it as a black pick-up truck with possible MA commercial plates. He describes that it has a spare tire on the bed of the truck leaning against the back window. MV#2 then accelerated away when the light turned green and turned into a unknown side street. The owner of the plate given is for Eric P. Rowe out of Norton, MA. His vehicle model does match the description of a black pick-up truck. I gave Norton P.D. a call at approx. 1800 hrs. A short while later, they called back and said the pick-up wasn't home but gave me a cell phone number. I was able to speak with Eric Rowe and he stated he was the OP. of MV#2. He stated he was on Beacon Street westbound making a left towards Chestnut Street southbound. There was a car making a turn in front of him and he saw MV#1 slow down, which is why he made the turn. A minor collision happened so he stopped to look at this truck and saw no damage. He didn't see MV#1 stopped anywhere so he drove away thinking there was no need to exchange paperwork for no damage to his truck. The OP. of MV#2 was advised of the proper procedure and that he will be getting a citation in the mail. An incident report was also generated.

Operator of MV#1 stated she was travelling westbound on Crafts St when MV#2 took a left hand turn in front of her causing a collision. MV#1 suffered moderate damage to the front and right side. MV#2 suffered damage to the passenger side. Both operators exited the vehicles and agreed to move out of the roadway, park and exchange information. Operator of MV#2 then left the scene without providing any information. Operator of MV#1 responded to the station to report the accident. Operator of MV#2 was described as an older white woman possibly in her late 60s early 70s driving a white sedan. No further description or plate given. No cameras in the area.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was traveling east on River St at Auburndale Ave when MV#2 entered her travel lane from Auburndale Ave when crash occurred. The operator of MV#2 stated that she was attempting to merge onto River St from Auburndale Ave when crash occurred with MV#1. MV#2 was then pushed into MV#3, which was parked and unoccupied in front of #118 River St. The operator of MV#2 was transported to NWH with possible injuries and her MV was towed by Todys.

Operator of vehicle #1 stated that she was inside the mall parking lot and took a right down one of the rows when vehicle #2 pulled out of a parking spot and struck her on her passenger side. Operator of vehicle #2 stated that she was taking a left out of her parking spot and didn't see vehicle #1 when she struck the car. Minimal damage to both vehicles. The operator of vehicle #2 was cited in hand #T1271245 for failure to use care in turning.

MV1 operator states she was driving Eastbound on Beacon St when MV2 operator exited Lake Ave intersection and collided with MV1. Operator reported pain to leg. Signed a medical refusal on scene. Had private tow collect vehicle. I observed damage to the front end of MV1. MV2 operator states she was stopped at the stop sign in the Lake Ave and Beacon St intersection when she pulled out to cross over Beacon and continue on Lake Ave. Operator states she did not see MV1 in intersection during collision. No injuries reported on scene. I observed damage to the right side of MV2.

Operator of MV1 states she was stopped at the northbound light on Chestnut St at the intersection of Elliot St. She states the light turned green and she proceeded northbound through the intersection. MV2 was heading southbound on Chestnut St. Operator of MV1 states MV2 did not yield, and turned in front of her. She did not have time to stop and the two vehicles collided. Operator of MV2 states he was heading southbound on Chestnut St, turning left onto Elliot St. He states he did not see MV1, and turned left. While turning, MV2 collided with MV1. Witness states she was behind MV2 at the light. She states MV1 continued into the intersection when the light turned green. She states MV2 turned into MV1 without yielding. Operator of MV2 was issued citation #T1444579, for 89/8, fail to yield while turning left. MV1 had airbag deployment. Operator of MV1 was transported to Newton Wellesley hospital with apparent minor injured. Operator of MV2 signed a patient refusal, as did the passenger of MV1. Both vehicles were towed by Todys.

On Friday 1/3/20 at approximately 1834 hours while assigned to marked unit n504 patrolling sector 499 I was dispatched to the intersection of Brookline Street and Vine Street for a report of a minor motor vehicle crash with no injuries. Upon arrival I spoke with the operator of vehicle #1, HORN Paul, who states that he was travelling on Vine Street and was stopped at the stop sign waiting to turn left onto Brookline Street. HORN states Motor Vehicle #2 was taking a left onto Vine Street from Brookline Street and turned to sharp striking the front drivers side of his vehicle. HORN states that he was not moving as he was waiting for traffic to clear. After speaking with HORN I spoke to the operator of Motor Vehicle #2, QIAN Xiaohua, who states that she was turning left from Brookline Street onto Vine Street. She states while turning left she didnt see Vehicle #1 waiting to turn and she struck the front of his vehile causing damage to the drivers side door of her vehicle. After hearing from both parties involved and observing the damage to both vehicles it appears to me that the operator of MV#2 (QIAN) violated the right of way of MV #1 (HORN). The statement by HORN that he was not moving and was simply waiting to turn is consistent with the damage to the vehicles. Had HORN been moving the damage would have occurred to the Passengers side of his vehicle and the front drivers side of vehicle#2 (QIAN). The statements made by both operators and my observations lead me to believe that the operator of MV#2 (QIAN) is at fault for this Crash

On 01/16/2020, while assigned to N494, I, Officer Conary, responded to a hit and run on Walnut Street at Otis Street. Operator of MV1 stated that she was traveling Northbound on Walnut Street when MV2 came out of Otis Street taking a left turn on Walnut Street. MV2 hit MV1. MV2 continued to drive Northbound on Walnut Street and did not make an attempts to stop. MV1 pulled over and notified Newton Police. I checked the area for MV2 with negative results. There is damage to MV1 left front bumper and left side. Operator of MV1 said there should be damage to MV2 right side. MV1 was able to be driven from the scene. Newton Dispatch contacted the Operator of MV2 and left a message. I went by the address at 484 Lowell Ave, but the owner was not home nor was the vehicle involved. I left a message with her neighbor to contact Newton Police, and I also left an additional voicemail. Later in the evening, I was able to speak to the Operator of MV2. Operator of MV2 stated she was traveling Eastbound on Otis Street and taking a left Northbound on Walnut Street. She said that the driver Southbound on Walnut Street let her out to turn, and made the left turn onto Walnut Street. Operator of MV2 stated that she did not know that she hit another vehicle. She said she could have hit a curb. At one point, she said "they hit me". She checked the damage on her car and found a scratch on the right side back bumper area. I confirmed all her information and updated the report as accordingly. Operator of MV2 said she has Traveler's Insurance, but RMV is showing Standard Fire. Operator of MV1 was also notified. No further incident to report.

Based on observations and statements made, the following occured. M/V#1 was traveling south on Walnut St. when M/V#2, traveling east on Stoney Brea Rd. attempted to cross Walnut St. and collided with M/V#1. The operator of M/V#2 stated that he was traveling east on Stoney Brea Rd. when M/V#1 came out of no where and collided with him. It should be noted that the stop sign at Stoney Brea Rd and Walnut St. is missing. The operator of M/V#2 was issued citation # T2013115 MGL Ch 89 s 8 Failure to yield.

Operator Of vehicle #1 stated she was travelling West on Crafts St. approaching the intersection Of Crafts St. at North St. Operator #1 stated that vehicle #2 was in the right turn lane and accelerated to get in front of vehicle #1 striking Vehicle#1. Operator of Vehicle #2 stated she was in the right turn lane and did not realize she was in a Right turn lane. Operator #2 stated she went straight and struck vehicle #1.

MV#1 was traveling south when it struck MV#2. -OpMv#1 stated she was traveling South on Center Street when MV#2 suddenly turn and she collided with MV#2. -OpMv#2 stated she was traveling North on Center Street when she observed an opportunity to turn into the Starbucks Parking lot; as she preceded forward MV#1 struck right rear passenger side of her car setting off the air bags. -Both vehicles were towed from scene and all parties went to Newton Wellesley Hospital for medical evaluation.

MV#1 was traveling south on Centre St. MV#2 was traveling north on Centre, and attempting to make a left turn onto Boylston St, west bound. MV#1 crashed into MV#2. Operator of MV#1 stated that as she was traveling south, MV#2 took a left in front of her. Operator of MV#1 stated that she was not able to stop in time, and crashed into MV#2. Operator of MV#2 stated he was traveling north on Centre and attempting to make a left turn. Operator MV#2 stated that he believed that there was enough room for him to make the left safely. Operator MV#2 stated that as he was taking the turn, MV#1 crashed into him. Both vehicles were towed by Todys. No injuries occurred.

The operator of MV#1 stated that she was traveling east on Webster St, stopped at the stop sign at Elm St and proceeded to turn right when crash occurred with MV#2. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was traveling south on Elm St and thinks he stopped at the stop sign at Webster St and then proceeded straight ahead and crash occurred with MV#1. The witness operating MV#3, was stopped at the stop sign on Webster St (west) at Elm St and stated to me that he observed MV#1 stop at her stop sign and that MV#2 went through his stop sign without stopping and that is why the crash occurred. No injuries, MV#1 towed by Todys and operator #2 cited for stop sign violation.

Vehicle One stated while exiting the main entrance at Newton Wellesley Hospital he was struck in the drivers side by Vehicle Two which came from the driveway to the front parking garage of NWH. Vehicle Two stated she could not recall the events leading up to the accident. The damage to both vehicles is consistent with Vehicle One's version of the events. The operator of vehicle one was evaluted by Ambulance One and signed a patient refusal.

Vehicle one, Newton police marked 503 cruiser operated by Officer Hagopian, was stopped behind a stopped unknown vehicle on Watertown Street facing West waiting on a red light. Officer Hagopian stated both vehicles were in the right travel lane. Vehicle one was the second car in line at the red light. Officer Hagopian of vehicle one heard a police broadcast of a victim in cardiac arrest and activated its police emergency lights and siren to respond to the emergency call. The unknown vehicle in front of vehicle one pulled to the right and allowed vehicle one to navigate around it. Officer Hagopian stated he had his emergency lights and siren activated and went around the stopped vehicle that had pulled to the right in front of him. Vehicle one proceeded West toward the intersection at a slow rate of speed and observed the intersection to be clear and then accelerated. Officer Hagopian stated that vehicle two came from Walnut Street, traveling North, and came across the intersection where vehicle one and two collided. Officer Hagopian estimated his cruiser to be traveling at 15-20 mph upon impact with vehicle two. The front end of vehicle one made impact with the passenger side of vehicle two. Vehicle two, BMW operated by Gail Glaser, was traveling North on Walnut Street and was approaching the intersection of Walnut Street and Watertown Street. Operator of vehicle two estimated her vehicle speed to be about 20 mph as her vehicle entered the intersection. Ms. Glaser stated she had a green light. Operator of vehicle two was in the middle travel lane that was a designated lane to go straight. Mrs. Glaser stated she did not see an emergency vehicle but could hear the siren as she approached and then entered the intersection from Walnut Street (going North). She stated she had a clear view of the intersection. Vehicle two then came in contact with vehicle one (going West on Watertown Street) in the intersection. Vehicle two then came to a final rest in the Southbound lane of Walnut Street near the traffic signal posts at the corner. Vehicle two made head on contact with vehicle three upon final rest. Vehicle three, Acura operated by Jeffrey Katz, was the first car in the right travel lane on Walnut Street facing South. Mr. Katz stated he, vehicle three, was stopped at a red light that had just turned to a green light. Mr. Katz stated he heard the siren, stay stopped, and looked towards the direction of the sound and saw a marked cruiser entering the intersection from Watertown Street (West). Mr. Katz remained stopped where he was and then saw vehicles one and two collide in the intersection. Vehicle two then veered into the front of his vehicle head on and contact was made. Mr. Katz stated when he initially saw the cruiser it was already in the intersection with emergency lights and siren activated and estimated the cruiser to be going about 20 mph upon impact. Mr. Katz also indicated that vehicle two was traveling into the intersection from Walnut Street (North) at an estimated 20 mph. Witness Peter Dill was sitting in his parked car on Watertown Street facing East. Mr. Dill was parked in front of his house at 606 Watertown Street. It is the second home in from the intersection on the Eastbound travel side of Watertown Street. Mr. Dill Stated that he was looking at his cell phone when he heard the siren. When he looked up towards the sound of the siren, he saw vehicle one traveling about 5 mph in the intersection with emergency lights and siren activated. He did not know where vehicle one had originated from and just that it was traveling West on Watertown Street. Mr. Dill also saw vehicle two approaching from Walnut Street heading North and was not speeding. Mr. Dill estimated that 3-5 seconds had gone by when he first heard the siren to when the initial impact of vehicles one and two occurred. Witness James Davis-Sanon was driving a large MWRA utility work truck. He was the first car in the right turn only lane on Walnut Street. He stated that Walnut Street had the green light and he stopped before the intersection to allow vehicle one to continue going West on Watertown Street. Mr. Davis-Sanon stated he saw/heard vehicle one activate its emergency lights and siren when vehicle one was stopped behind a car waiting on a red light on Watertown Street. After vehicle one activated the emergency lights and sirens, it went around the car stopped in front of it and proceeded into the intersection at a slow rate of speed that Mr. Davis-Sanon described as a "rolling stop" but could not remember if the cruiser stopped or nearly stopped. Mr. Davis-Sanon stated vehicle one then accelerated to about 15 mph into the intersection. Mr. Davis-Sanon also looked at his driver's door rear view mirror and saw vehicle two traveling North on Walnut Street in the designated straight only lane and then proceed into the intersection. He estimated that vehicle two was traveling at 25 mph upon impact with vehicle one. Witness Joseph Giangregorio was in the front passenger seat of the same MWRA utility work truck. Mr. Giangregorio concurred with Mr. Davis-Sonon witness accounts regarding the location of their truck and vehicle one prior to emergency lights and sirens. Mr. Giangregorio did not witness the rear view mirror account since Mr. Giangregorio did not observe vehicle two in the rear view mirror. Mr. Giangregorio added that vehicle one activated its emergency lights and siren, maneuvered around the stopped car in front of it, slowed to 1-2 mph before the intersection but could not remember if it was stopped and then accelerated to about 15 mph before impact with vehicle two. He estimated that vehicle two was traveling 25 mph upon impact with vehicle one. I canvassed the area of where this incident ocurred for cameras. The only cameras I was able to locate was at 575 Watertown Street which is the second house in from the intersection on the Westbound travel side. Both cameras at this address did not have an angle to capture the intersection. Both cameras are focused on the front door to the home and the homeowner, Jose, confirmed that the angle could not capture the intersection. Operator of vehicle two was cited for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, MA uniform citation T2012104. Citation was written on February 3, 2020 and sent via mail.

Operator of MV1 (MA. reg. 1GLD57) states she was traveling eastbound on Hammond Street when she approached Hammondswood when MV2 pulled out in front of her causing the accident. Operator of MV2 (MA. reg. 9JNM50) states she was traveling southbound on Hammondswood Road when she approached the stop sign at Hammond Street. Operator of MV2 states she stopped and then proceeded through the intersection when she collided with MV1.

On 02/08/20 I responded to the intersection of Winchester St and Curtis St for a two vehicle crash. M.V. #1 stated she was driving due West on Winchester St. when veh #2 side swiped her in the same direction. The Operator of veh#2 stated he was driving due West on Winchester St. when veh #1 tried making a U-turn near Curtis St. and turned into his passenger side. The operator of veh#2 does not have an active license and was driving a work van with an expired registration. Both vehicles were towed by Tody's Towing. The operator of veh#2 was handed Mass. Criminal Citation #T2013434 for Ch 90 / Sec 23- Operating after License Suspension (subsequent offense) and Ch 90 / Sec 9- Unregistered M.V. on a public way. Operator of veh #2 has 11 arraignments on his adult B.O.P. with mostly motor vehicle offenses. I completed a towed m.v. form for veh #2, scanned it into this report and placed the citation into the court packet. All roads traveled/mentioned in this report are public ways in the City of Newton as they are serviced and maintained by this city.

The operator of MV#1 states that she was traveling east on River St when MV#2 entered her roadway from Alden Pl and crashed into her MV. The operator of MV#2 stated that he had stopped at the stop sign on Alden Pl and was attempting to enter River St east bound after he didn't observe any MV's traveling on River St in either direction. According to operator #2, as soon as he entered River St crash occurred with MV#1. No injuries, no tows and operator #2 cited.

On February 14th, 2020 at approximately 12:30 hours while working N491 I responded to Centre St @ Carlton St for a reported two car mv crash. On my arrival I first spoke with operator #1 who reported driving s/b on Centre St when mv#2 pulled out into the intersection from Carlton st striking his rear passenger side to his work truck. Operator #2 reported that she was on Carlton St attempting to make a left turn(n/b) onto Centre St when she crashed into vehicle #2. She further reported not seeing vehicle#1 coming prior to her entering the intersection. There were no injuries and no tows from this crash.

Vehicle #1 was traveling West on Washington St. Vehicle #2 was traveling South on Armory St. Vehicle #2 entered the Westbound travel lanes of Washington St. to turn left to go East on Washington St. When Vehicle #2 entered the middle westbound travel lane failing to yield to oncoming traffic and was struck by Vehicle #1. The Operator of Vehicle #2 stated he could not see the second travel lane westbound travel lane due to his view being obstructed by a large van. There were no injuries reported and both operators declined medical attention. Vehicle #1 sustained minor damage to it's front passenger side. Vehicle #2 sustained minor damage to it's front end. No tows were needed and both vehicles were able to drive away from the scene.

On Thursday, February 27th, 2019 at approximately 1757 hours I, Officer Newton, was sent to Hammond St and Hammondswood Rd for an MVA. Operator of vehicle 1 stated he was traveling northbound on Hammond St when vehicle 2 went through the stop sign and struck his vehicle in the intersection. Operator of vehicle 1 stated he had minor back pain but declined medical attention from EMS. Operator of Vehicle 2 stated she was stopped at the stop sign traveling westbound on Hammondswood rd. She stated she did not see vehicle 1 and proceeded through the intersection and struck vehicle 1. Operator of vehicle 2 stated she had no injuries. Operator of vehicle 2 was cited for Ch. 89/8 Failure to Yield MA Citation T2012813. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Todys.

On Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at approximately 0929 I was dispatched to the parking lot behind Wegmans on Boylston St for an MVA. Operator of MV 1 stated she was taking a left out of the parking lot when she struck MV 2. She stated she did not see MV 2 coming and thought it was safe to pull out. Operator of MV2 stated he was traveling straight through the parking lot when MV 1 suddenly pulled out of the parking lot and struck his vehicle. Both parties declined medical attention and both vehicles were able to drive away from the scene safely.

MV1 (Ma Reg. 8AV736) was traveling eastbound on Commonwealth Avenue and began turning left onto Rowe Street while MV2 (CT Reg. 597JRH) was stopped at the end of Rowe Street where it intersects with Commonwealth Ave. MV2 attempted to turn left onto Commonwealth Avenue and struck MV1. No injuries were sustained and no tow was necessary.

On March 16th, 2020 at approximately 09:38 hours while working N491 I responded to a report of two car MV crash at the intersection of Newtonville Ave at Lewis Terrace. On my arrival I observed a large while box truck(vehicle1 ) with passenger side front end damage parked on Newtonville Ave just west of Lewis Terr. The other involved vehicle(#2) was located inside the construction site at #255 Newtonville Ave. I spoke with the operator of the Truck(veh#1) who reported that he was driving W/B on Newtonville Ave when vehicle #2 pulled out into the intersection from north side of Lewis Terr striking the front passenger side of his truck. The impact from the crash caused vehicle #2 off the road, through a chain link fence and into the construction sit to #255 Newtonville Ave before coming to a stop. There were numerous construction worker on the job site but miraculously none of them were struck by vehicle #2 as it crashed through the fence onto the site. I later spoke with the operator of vehicle #2 who was not injured. he stated he was driving S/B on Lewis Terr. and was entering onto Newtonville Ave when he was struck by vehicle #1. Operator couldn't remember if he looked for oncoming traffic prior to entering the intersection. I spoke with the son of Mr Goldfinger(operator #2) who had arrived on scene and he assured me his father would no longer be driving again. I cited Mr Goldfinger for failing to yield/stop(c89/c9) at an intersection. Ticket # t1444075 Todys towed vehicle#2 from scene and there were no reported injuries. Witness stated she was behind vehicle #2 on Lewis Terr.and observed him slowly enter out into the intersection without coming to a complete stop. Pictures taken by Construction foreman. All insurance information and drivers info from operator #2 was taken by him also.

On Thursday 4/30/2020 at aprrox 1859hrs, while assigned to N-494, I responded to the intersection Washington St and Centre St for a 2 car MVA. There I observed MV2 stopped in the far left lane and MV1 stopped in the adjacent lane. Operator of MV1 stated that he was crossing over the Washington St bridge and stayed in the second lane furthest from the left and was headed to the I-90 on ramp. He said that he saw MV2 in his side view mirror try to enter his lane and hit his U haul trailer. Operator of MV2 states that he was coming from Centre St and was attempting to head WB on Washington St. It should be noted that the two left lanes are for the I-90 on ramp only and that his merging lanes had a posted yield sign. Operator of MV2 stated that MV1 was driving at a high rate of speed and that the trailer swerved into his vehicle. Operator of MV2 was cited on scene for failing to yield. Citation # T2015008

On May 17th, 2020 at approximately 14:26 hours while working N491 I responded along with NFD and Medic One to a mv crash at the intersection of Watertown St @ CRAFT St. On my arrival both the Fire Dept. and Medics were assessing the operators of the two involved vehicles. Operator from vehicle #1 a 2014 black Jeep identified as Mark Mccullough was transported from the scene by ambulance to Newton Wellesley due to his injuries. He did give a statement prior to being transported.. He stated he was going N/B on Craft St when vehicle#2 suddenly made a left turn in the intersection towards Watertown St causing the crash. Operator of vehicle #2 reported going S/B on Craft St and was attempting to turn left onto Watertown St when vehicle #1 crashed into him in the intersection. Witness id as Eamen Keane stated he was behind vehicle #1 on Craft St when he observed vehicle #2 turn left in front of vehicle #1 causing the crash. I cited operator #2 for failing to yield at an intersection C89/S8.additionally charged him with operating his mv without a valid license C90/S10. He did possess a Guatemalan license. His vehicle was registered to him with an address of #59 Chester Ave Waltham Ma. e . He was additionally charged with operating his vehicle on a public way without being properly licensed.C90s10.Citation #T2014121. Both vehicles were towed by todys. Both drivers sustained injuries but only operator #1 went to the hospital. Operator #2 refused. All above mentioned streets are public ways and maintained by the city of Newton DPW.

Operator of Vehicle #1 stated that she was traveling south on Centre Street, approaching the intersection with Allerton Rd. Vehicle #2 pulled out from Allerton Rd and struck the driver's side of Vehicle #1. Vehicle #1 sustained damage to the driver's side front and middle. It was driven away from the scene. Operator of Vehicle #2 stated that she was pulling out from Allerton Rd onto Centre Street heading West. Vehicle #2 struck Vehicle #1. Vehicle #2 sustained heavy front end damage and was towed from the scene by Tody's Towing. At the intersection of Centre St and Allerton Rd, Allerton Rd has a stop sign on either side and Centre St has the right of way. No injuries were reported.

On Wednesday, June 17th 2020 at 1631 hours, I responded to Meadowbrook Rd at Hartman Rd for a 2 vehicle accident with no injuries. Vehicle # 1 (Mass Reg # 7WNP80 2008 LEXS SEDAN COLOR BLACK) was being operated by registered owner Frances Schwartz. Vehicle # 2 (Mass Reg # 7CF791 2020 MERZ SEDAN COLOR BLACK ) was being operated by registered owner Anne Chiang. Vehicle # 1 was headed west on Hartman Rd approaching the stop sign at the intersection of Meadowbrook Rd. Vehicle # 2 was driving southbound on Meadowbrook Rd. Stuart Rothman of 83 Meadowbrook Rd was standing in his front yard and witnessed the accident. The witness stated Vehicle # 1 did not stop at the stop sign and continued straight into Meadowbrook Rd toward Fox Ln. Vehicle # 1 crashed into Vehicle # 2 as a result. There was major damage to the left rear end of Vehicle # 2. Tody's towed Vehicle # 2. Vehicle # 1 suffered minor damage and was able to be operated. According to driver Frances Schwartz of Vehicle # 1, the sun was in her eyes and she did not see the other vehicle approaching. Both vehicles have insurance.

MV#1 was traveling east-bound on Crafts St when it was struck by MV#2 pulling out of the Whole Foods parking lot. MV#1 rolled over and the operator was trapped for a short amount of time. Sgt. Chisholm got Operator #1 out of the vehicle. MV#1 also took down a no parking sign. Traffic took pictures. The operator of MV#1 had minor injuries but signed a refusal after being treated on scene. MV#1 had major damage all over. MV#2 had front end damage. The operator of MV#2 signed a refusal as well and was able to drive his vehicle away from the accident. MV#1 was towed by Tody's towing.

The operator of veh #1 stated he was driving due North on Winchester St. when veh #2 suddenly turned in front of him. Heavy damage to veh #1 as it was towed from the scene by Tody's Towing. The operator of veh #2 stated he was driving his work delivery truck due South on Winchester St. when he looked down the road and then down Sutcliffe Pk as he turned. The operator stated he failed to look back at Winchester St and that's when he struck veh #1. Light damage to veh #2. Operator of veh #2 cited in hand Mass# T2080844 N.C.O. Ch19/Sec75-Failure to use care in turning. No reported injuries on scene. All roads mentioned/traveled upon in this report are public ways in this city as they are serviced and maintained by the City of Newton.

On 6/26/2020 at approx 1214hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the area of Washington St at Quinobequin Rd for a report of a 2 car crash with air bag deployment. Upon arrival I observed Ma Reg 579AM3 a gray Toyt Rav 4 and Ma Reg 219w70 a red Toyota Corolla in the middle of the EB lanes of Washington St both with significant damage, front and side airbag deployment and fluids leaking. I ascertained the operators were not hurt and called for two tows and NFD for speedy dry. I spoke with the operator of the red Toyt Brendan OCONNOR who stated he was travelling EB on Washington St, had the green light, was proceeding through the intersection when he was struck by the operator of the Toyt Rav 4,Gabriella NUGENT. I spoke with NUGENT who stated she was attempting to take the left onto Quinobequin Rd from the WB lane of Washington St when she collided with OCONNOR. NUGENT acknowledged that although the light was green WB she did not have the left arrow to turn. Both cars towed by Todys, both Nugent and OCONNOR signed patient refusals with Cataldo ambulance.

The operator of MV#1 stated she traveling south on Lexington St approaching the intersection of Rumford Ave when her traffic light turned yellow and she slowed to a stop. MV#1 was then rear ended by MV#2. The operator of MV#2 stated he was also traveling south on Lexington St directly behind MV#1, when MV#1 stopped suddenly and MV#2 rear ended MV#1. No injuries, no tows.

On 08/03/2020, while assigned to West Newton Square, I, Officer Conary, took a report of a past mva, car vs bicycle. No police officer was on scene at the time of the accident. Both parties wanted the incident documented. The operator of the bicycle, JIANG, explained to me that he was pedaling Eastbound on Washington Street, crossing over Adam Street, in the crosswalk, when he was struck by MV1. JIANG stated he tried to move out of the way but didn't have time. The bicycle went under the car. Operator of MV1 explained to me that he was traveling Westbound on Washington Street and signaled to take a right turn going Northbound on Adam Street. He said he had a green light and proceeded to take the right turn when he hit the cyclist. There is a regular green signal, no right turn green signal. There was minor damage to the front of MV1 (seen from pictures). JIANG stated that his bike is damaged. All parties did not receive medical attention at this time. JIANG stated that his right shoulder is sore.

On Monday, August 10th 2020 at 0459 hours, I responded to the intersection of Brookline St at Vine St for a one vehicle accident into a City Of Newton Tree. The vehicle was a Black Honda Accord Mass Reg # 7DZ958. Upon arrival, Samuel Perez was outside the vehicle and no operation of the vehicle was witnessed. There was no drugs or alcohol inside the vehicle. The vehicle appeared to have been operated heading west on Vine St. The vehicle continued through the stop sign at Vine St straight into Brookline St where the vehicle collided into a City of Newton Tree. Pictures were taken and submitted to IT. The airbag was deployed. Perez complained of chest and head pain. Perez was taken by Ambulance to Newton Wellesley Hospital. There was extensive damage to the front of the vehicle. Tody's Towed the vehicle. A Towed Motor Vehicle Inventory form was completed. Perez was mailed Mass Uniform Citation #T1273442 in the amount of $ 105 for M.G.L Ch. 89/9 Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.

The operator of veh #1 stated he was driving due North on Elliot St when veh #2 turned in front of him suddenly and without a directional. Moderate damage to veh #1 but he pulled into CVS parking lot and stated he had his own tow on the way. The operator of veh #2 stated he was driving South on Elliot St when he attempted to take a left into Negoshian's Gas Station and veh #1 drove down the street too fast and they collided. Moderate damage to veh #2 as it was towed from the scene by David from Tody's Towing. The operator of veh #2 was cited in hand for Ch 89/ Sec 8 Failure to Yield to right of way.

The operator of MV#1 stated he was traveling east bound on Commonwealth Ave when MV#2 pulled out in front of him from the carriage lane. MV#1 struck the side of MV#2. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was making a turn from the carriage lane crossing over 2 lanes of traffic heading east on Commonwealth Ave. MV#2 was struck by MV#1 on the passenger side. Both vehicles had airbag deployment, both vehicles were towed by Tody's, and medical refusals were signed by both operators.

The operator of veh #1 was driving City of Newton work truck #455 due South on Quinnobequin Rd when he was struck by veh #2 coming off of Rt 9 East from his right. Moderate damage to veh #1 and it was towed by Tody's Towing. The operator of veh #1 stated he had right arm and leg pain and was checked out by the Medics and signed a patient refusal. The operator of veh #2 stated he was coming off of the Rt. 9 East ramp when he stopped at the stop sign at Ellis St. The operator said he looked left and right and then started to proceed straight when veh#1 him on the drivers side front left. Moderate damage to veh#2 and it was towed from the scene by Tody's Towing. The operator was issued in hand Mass. Citation #T2080849 for Ch 89/ Sec 8-Failure to yield to the right of way. Pictures were taken of the scene and submitted to our I.T. Bureau for upload to this report.

On September 19th, 2020 at approximately 13:20 hours while assigned to N491 I responded to a report of a two car MV crash at the intersection of Washington St(E/B) at the Centre St bridge(N/B). On my arrival I spoke with operator #1, Charlie Margosian. He reported first going E/B on Washington St in the lane for traffic to veer left towards the Centre St bridge when MV #2 entered his lane from his right( passenger side) striking his vehicle from his front to his rear on the passenger side. Operator #2identified as Won K.Yun was heading E/B on Washington St in a lane that was for straight ahead traffic when he signaled to make a lane change to go towards the Centre St bridge when he collided with vehicle #1. He never saw vehicle #1 prior to changing lanes.

The operator of MV#1 stated that he had just exited the Mass Pike west, had a green light and was entering Washington St overpass west when his MV was struck by MV#2. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was traveling on the Washington ST overpass west and changed lanes striking MV#1. No injuries, no tows and operator #2 cited for failure to yield.
